土壤中有机污染物的检测技术研究进展

土壤污染防治法的实施促进了国内土壤监测业务的发展.对比分析了目前土壤中有机污染物的采样、前处理技术.挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)对采样环节的要求较高,需使用采样器和保存剂来减少挥发损失,进样前提取过程宜选用吹扫捕集等具有封闭系统的高效自动化方式.半挥发性有机污染物(SVOCs)的回收率主要受萃取、净化方式的影响,二氯甲烷和加速溶剂萃取的组合方式既快速又节约溶剂;净化材料宜选择弗罗里硅土、氧化铝类物质.选择合适的采样、前处理方法才能保证回收率、质量控制的要求.     

弹性元件参数优化对扑翼机构转速波动影响研究

以特拉华大学机械系统实验室所研制的样机模型进行建模,该模型传动机构采用曲柄摇杆机构.传动机构在运转的过程中,翅翼会在气动力和惯性力作用下产生周期性波动,导致电机转速波动增大,影响机构的平稳运行,产生振动和噪声.在仿真试验中引入弹簧元件,可有效降低电机转速波动,利用正交试验设计方法对影响电机转速波动的影响因素进行极差分析,得出弹簧的连接点位置是主要因素,弹簧的刚度系数是次要因素,弹簧原长影响最小.搭建了物理实验平台,验证了仿真结果和正交试验设计方法的正确性.     

基于图像分割技术的图像数字水印算法研究

针对数字图像水印技术,通过对闭运算得到的图像再进行开运算,使实验得到的图像区域较为完整,采用4×4的正方形结构元素,使得图像区域有更多的白色像素被置为黑色,对图像进行取反操作,能够对图像区域的非连通区域进行填充.希望能够利用精确的图像分割算法,实现对复杂版面的文档图像的有效切割,在一定程度上对图像数字水印的推广起到促进作用.

一种商用车MT变速箱简易推式分离机构设计

为了提升大型载货车、专用车用变速箱分离机构分离性能,满足大离合器盘分离需求,设计出一种分离机构.该机构通过机械原理实现放大输入端推力来满足离合器摩擦片分离.该分离机构结构简单、成本低廉,值得推广.     

Spatiotemporal Magnetocaloric Microenvironment for Guiding the Fate of Biodegradable Polymer Implants

The degradation behavior of implants is significantly important for bone repair. However, it is still unprocurable to spatiotemporally regulate the degradation of the implants to match bone ingrowth. In this paper, a magneto-controlled biodegradation model is established to explore the degradation behavior of magnetic scaffolds in a magnetothermal microenvironment generated by an alternating magnetic field (AMF). The results demonstrate that the scaffolds can be heated by magnetic nanoparticles (NPs) under AMF, which dramatically accelerated scaffold degradation. Especially, magnetic NPs modified by oleic acid with a better interface compatibility exhibit a greater heating efficiency to further facilitate the degradation. Furthermore, the molecular dynamics simulations reveal that the enhanced motion correlation between magnetic NPs and polymer matrix can accelerate the energy transfer. As a proof-of-concept, the feasibility of magneto-controlled degradation for implants is demonstrated, and an optimizing strategy for better heating efficiency of nanomaterials is provided, which may have great instructive significance for clinical medicine.     

Marine Phospholipids from Fishery By-Products Attenuate Atherosclerosis

In this study, the anti-atherosclerotic properties of three marine phospholipids (MPLs) extracts from fishery by-products including codfish roe, squid gonad, and shrimp head are verified. Their effects on key factors involved in atherosclerosis are examined and compared to explore whether the differences in their constitutions lead to the differences in the function. All three MPLs dampen oxidation of low- density lipoproteins (LDL) in vitro. Treating RAW264.7 macrophages and HUVECs endothelial cells with each MPLs ranging 10–100 µg mL⁻¹ does not decrease cell viability, yet ox-LDL caused cytotoxicity of both cells are alleviated by 50 or 100 µg mL⁻¹ MPLs treatment. In addition, the three MPLs reduce ox-LDL induced macrophage foam-like transition, mainly through inhibition of lipid uptake. Of the three MPLs, the one from squid gonad exhibits the best effect. On the other hand, all three MPLs modulate inflammatory responses, equally, by inhibiting the adhesion of monocytes to endothelial cells, and decreasing secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and MCP-1. Using a high-cholesterol diet induced zebrafish model, it is found that all three MPLs, especially the one from squid gonad, alleviates cholesterol accumulation in early plaques, and decreases total cholesterol as well as lipid peroxide in vivo. Practical Applications: As a way of making the best of the increasingly scarce marine resources, valuable lipid components can be recovered from by-products and wastes from the fishery industry. Here, we tested the anti-atherosclerotic effects and the mechanisms of three MPLs extracted from codfish roe, squid gonad, and shrimp head. Our study provides further evidence that marine phospholipids extracted from fishery by-products could protect against atherosclerosis, and helps to elucidate the structure-function relationship of MPLs.     

Synthesis,characterization and charge transport properties of Pr–Ni Co-doped SrFe2O4 spinel for high frequency devices applications

Ferrites are materials of interest due to their broad applications in high technological devices and a lot of research has been focused to synthesize new ferrites. In this regard, an effort has been devoted to synthesize spinel Pr–Ni co-substituted strontium ferrites with a nominal formula of Sr_1-xPr_xFe_2-yNi_yO₄ (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1, 0.0 ≤ y ≤ 1.0). The cubic structure of pure and Pr–Ni co-substituted strontium ferrite samples calcinated at 1073 K for 3 h has been confirmed through X-ray diffraction (XRD). Average sizes of crystallites (18–25 nm) have been estimated from XRD analysis and nanometer particle sizes of synthesized ferrites have been further verified by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM results have also shown that particles are mostly agglomerated and all the samples possess porosity. It has been observed that at 298 K, the values of resistivity (ρ) increase, while that of AC conductivity, dielectric loss, and dielectric constants decrease with increasing amounts of Pr³⁺ and Ni²⁺ ions. The values of dielectric parameters initially decrease with frequency and later become constant and can be explained on the basis of dielectric polarization. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) studies show that the charge transport phenomenon in ferrite materials is mainly controlled via grain boundaries. Overall, synthesized ferrite materials own enhanced resistivity values in the range of 1.38 × 10⁹–1.94 × 10⁹ Ω cm and minimum dielectric losses, which makes them suitable candidates for high frequency devices applications.     

Toughness and R-curve behaviour of laminated Si3N4/SiCw ceramics

Laminated Si₃N₄/SiC_w ceramics were successfully prepared by tape casting and hot-pressing. Its mechanical properties were measured and the impact resistance was discussed. The toughness of the laminated Si₃N₄/SiC_w ceramics was 13.5 MPa m^1/2, which was almost 1.6 times that of Si₃N₄/SiC_w composite ceramics, namely 8.5 MPa m^1/2. Moreover, the indentation strength of laminated Si₃N₄/SiC_w ceramics was not sensitive to increasing indentation loads and exhibited a rising R-curve behaviour, indicating that the laminated Si₃N₄/SiC_w ceramics had excellent impact resistance. The improved toughness and impact resistance of laminated Si₃N₄/SiC_w ceramics was attributed to the residual stress caused by a thermal expansion coefficient mismatch between the different layers, resulting in crack deflection and bridging of SiC whiskers in the interface layer, thus consuming a large amount of fracture work.

现代学徒制是一项深化产教融合、校企合作的育人机制,是创新技术技能人才的现代培养模式.山西铁道职业技术学院与山西安泰控股集团有限公司深度合作开展山西省现代学徒制试点项目,合作目的之一是培养企业煤化工专业人才.学校教师结合学生(员工)在企业车间岗位上的技能知识,系统地讲授煤化工专业课程"煤质分析及煤化工产品检验"理论知识,同时针对企业员工日常学习思想政治知识较少的实际,润物细无声地加入思政元素,实现专业知识与实践技能相结合,技能知识与思政教育相融合,真正培养知识型、技能型、创新型高素质技能人才,努力构建职业教育产业发展命运共同体.
