Second-order sliding-mode control of DC drives   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
One of the most recent topics in variable-structure systems theory is represented by the second-order sliding-mode control (2-SMC) methodology. This approach guarantees the same robustness and dynamic performance of traditional first-order SMC algorithms, and, at the same time, attenuates the chattering phenomenon, which is the main drawback in the actual implementation of this technique. In the present paper, a recently-proposed 2-SMC algorithm is used to synthesize a robust dc-drive control system which does not require current feedback and demands only rough information about the actual motor parameters. Stability and performance are analyzed, and an experimental comparison with a proportional-integral-based control scheme is reported.  相似文献

It is stated that the ileocecal valve delays the passage of ileal contents into the cecum and acts as a barrier against reflux and ascension of colonic bacterial flora into the small bowel: its resection may lead to bacterial colonization of the ileum and to abnormalities of intestinal motility, transit and absorption. In this study twenty individuals subjected in pediatric age (1 day to 11 years) to ileocecal resection have been evaluated from 2 to 19 years after surgery. Three patients underwent limited ileocecal resection, in four this was associated with a significant ileal resection, in five with extensive right colon resection and in eight with extensive ileal and right colon resection. Growth, stool habit, hematology and serum biochemistry were examined; all patients also underwent abdominal ultrasonography. In all body weight and height were within normal limits; seven had moderate diarrhea up to 18 months after surgery and two who required extensive intestinal resection (40 and 30 cm of small bowel left) had diarrhea until about 36 months after surgery: now all of them have daily fecal evacuation. Hematological, biochemical, urinary and fecal studies proved normal except in one treated with TPN who presented transaminases slightly increased and in three suffering from mucoviscidosis in whom steatorrhea with moderate alterations of fats and elevation of alkaline phosphatase and transaminases were present. Urinary and gall stones were not seen in anyone. In conclusion from this study it can be postulated that removal of ileocecal valve can be done safely in children.  相似文献

The influences of harvest time and storage on the quality indices and nutritional content of kiwifruit were evaluated. Antioxidant capacity, ascorbic acid, total phenol content, carotenoids, soluble solids content and flesh firmness were determined in kiwifruit gathered at two different time (T1: 17-11-2005 and T2: 24-11-2005) and stored at 0 °C, for 2 or 6 months (S1 and S2, respectively). At the end of the cool storage, fruits were maintained for a week at 25 °C (S1 + 7d and S2 + 7d).  相似文献

Eleven peach cultivars (white‐ and yellow‐flesh peaches, nectarines and canning clingstone peaches) were assayed for their antioxidant capacity and their content of some important organic compounds as well as vitamin C, carotenoids and phenols. Antioxidant capacity, determined by FRAP assay, varied between genotypes. Those with the highest value of Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) were Federica and Springcrest. Antioxidant capacity was correlated to the amount of organic components with significant differences among the cultivars. In some case, antioxidant capacity was related to phenol content, as in yellow–flesh peaches. These results suggest the importance of genotype for determining antioxidant capacity, which, in turn, is related to the organic constituents, such as phenols, vitamin C and carotenoids.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Our laboratory has shown that the potassium-channel opener pinacidil is an effective cardioplegic agent. A theoretical benefit of cardioplegia with potassium-channel openers is that it arrests the heart at hyperpolarized membrane potentials, a state of minimal metabolic requirement. This study was designed to examine another nondepolarizing agent, adenosine, and to test the hypothesis that it could provide comparable cardioprotection or augment potassium-channel opener cardioplegia. METHODS: Using the blood-perfused Langendorff technique, isolated rabbit hearts were arrested for 30 minutes of global normothermic ischemia. Cardioplegia consisted of either Krebs-Henseleit solution alone (control) or with pinacidil (50 micromol/L), adenosine (200 micromol/L to 1 mmol/ L), or pinacidil + adenosine (200 micromol/L). Recovery of developed pressure and coronary flow were recorded. RESULTS: Postischemic functional recovery for control, pinacidil, adenosine, and adenosine + pinacidil groups was 44.1%+/-3.4%, 59.5%+/-5.2% (p < 0.05 versus control), 37.0%+/-4.5%, and 56.0%+/-2.9%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Adenosine, alone or as adjunct to pinacidil cardioplegia, was not an effective cardioplegic agent, despite shorter times to electromechanical arrest than control. The ineffectiveness of adenosine suggests that the cardioprotective properties of potassium-channel openers involve mechanisms other than the avoidance of membrane depolarization.  相似文献

We have investigated the contractile property of cyclosporin A and FK506 in guinea-pig isolated bronchus. Cyclosporin A (10 microM) failed to significantly attenuate the excitatory non-adrenergic non-cholinergic (eNANC) and cholinergic contractile response (per cent methacholine Emax) induced by electrical field stimulation (EFS). In contrast, eNANC responses were significantly attenuated by both the neurokinin (NK)-1 and (NK)-2 receptor antagonists, N-acetyl-L-tryptophan 3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl)-benzyl and SR48968, respectively. Cyclosporin A and FK506 caused a concentration-dependent contraction in guinea-pig isolated bronchus, which was significantly attenuated by NK-1 and NK-2 receptor antagonists. The capsaicin receptor antagonist, capsazepine (10 microM) significantly reduced the contractile response to cyclosporin A and capsaicin, but not to FK506. The N-type calcium channel blocker, omega-Conotoxin (omegaCTX: 10 nM), significantly reduced the contractile response to FK506 and the eNANC response following EFS. In contrast, omega-CTX failed to significantly reduce the contractile potency to capsaicin or cyclosporin A. In bronchial preparations desensitized by repeated application of capsaicin (1 microM), the contractile responses to both cyclosporin A (100 microM) and FK506 (100 microM), were significantly reduced. In contrast, the contractile responses to substance P and neurokinin A (10 microM) were not altered. Furthermore, repeated application of cyclosporin A (100 microM) significantly inhibited the contractile response to capsaicin (1 microM). The findings from this study would indicate that cyclosporin A and FK506 mediate contraction of guinea-pig isolated bronchus secondary to the release of neuropeptides from airway sensory nerves. However, the release of sensory neuropeptides appears to be mediated via different mechanisms for cyclosporin A and FK506, the former by stimulation of the vanilloid receptor and the latter via opening of N-type calcium channels.  相似文献
