Quantum light sources from semiconductor

Semiconductor provides a physics-rich environment to host various quantum light sources applicable for quantum information processing. These light sources are capable of deterministic generation of non-classical photon streams that demonstrate antibunching photon statistics, strong indistinguishability, and high-fidelity entanglement. Some of them have even successfully transitioned from proof-ofconcept to engineering efforts with steadily improving performance[ 1]. Here, we briefly summarize recent efforts and progress in the race towards ideal quantum light sources based on semiconductor materials. The focus of this report will be on group III–V semiconductor quantum dots, defects in wide band-gap materials, emitters in two-dimensional van der Waals layered hosts, and carbon nanotubes, as these systems are well-positioned to benefit from recent breakthroughs in nanofabrication and materials growth techniques.

L—α-白氨酸与硝酸镱、销酸钇固体配合物的制备与表征

利用硝酸镱和硝酸钇在苯和无水乙醇中与白氨酸作用,制备了它们1:3型固体配合物。经元素分析、熔点测定和X—射线粉末衍射,说明它们是新化合物,组成为RE(Leu)_3(NO_3)_3·2H_2O(RE=Yb·Y,Leu—L—α—leucine);摩尔电导测定表明它们在水中为1:3型电解质;IR光谱说明稀土离子与内盐形式的白氨酸羧基配位;TG—DTG曲线表明配合物受热分解分两个阶段进行。     

一种小型化C波段线性调频T/R组件

采用模拟调频方案,设计了一种小型化线性调频微波收发(T/R)组件。该微波T/R组件在实现所需的调频中心频率和带宽的同时,保证了调频稳定度。T/R组件的调频中心频率为(4 300±15) MHz,调制带宽为(150±1) MHz,调制线性度小于1.2,发射功率大于20 dBm,接收噪声系数小于3 dB,收发隔离度大于80 dB。此T/R 组件的尺寸仅为 50 mm×40 mm×12.3 mm,在同类型产品中具有较明显优势。     

WIN95环境下WWW服务器的分析与研究

介绍了一个WWW服务器在VC提供的WINSOCK支持的基础上,实现HTTP协议,完成对HTTP数据包的收发,从而达到了提供WWW服务的目的.对该WWW服务器的分析为三网合一环境中开发新的WWW服务器提供了依据.     

基于粒子群算法的滑阀节流槽优化设计

基于Fluent流场仿真分析软件,在定压差条件下,对带有单U形、斜U形以及V形基本节流槽的滑阀阀口开度-流量特性开展了研究,并将其与试验结果进行了对比验证,得出了U形类槽口随着阀口开度的增加流量梯度减小、斜U形类槽口随着阀口开度的增加基本保持不变、V形类槽口随着阀口开度的增加流量梯度增大的结论。基于上述研究,利用粒子群优化算法,得到满足定压差条件下阀口开度-流量特性要求的节流槽优化尺寸,并通过实例验证了优化结果。     

铝合金浇铸过程中热交换系数的测定

铝合金浇铸过程中热交换系数的精确测定,对于控制铝铸件的冷却工艺,进而获得优良组织性能是非常重要的。采用自主设计的实验装置,测量并计算了A356铝合金与不同初始温度的铸铁模具在重力浇铸条件下的界面热交换系数。结果表明,铸型初始温度对热流和热交换系数有比较大的影响,随着铸型初始温度的上升,热流密度的峰值逐渐下降;热交换系数峰值出现的温度范围不随模具初始温度的变化而改变。     

Study on the genotoxicity of HA/ZrO2 composite particles in vitro

To evaluate the genotoxicity of the HA/ZrO₂ composite particles by using the micronucleus test (MNT) in vitro. HA/ZrO₂ composite particles prepared by sintering at high temperature and pressure, that used powder of HA and ZrO₂ of different proportions, were compared with pure HA particles and pure ZrO₂ particles. The effect of the composite particles on cell proliferation of rabbit mesenchymal stem cells, and its the genotoxicity to rabbit mesenchymal stem cells were detected by MNT method. The MTT test showed that both pure HA particles and composite particles which contained HA promoted cell proliferation of rabbit mesenchymal stem cells, while pure ZrO₂ particles did not, and there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). The MNT test showed no significant difference between the HA group and the negative control group (P > 0.05), but a significant difference between the HA group and the positive control group (P < 0.05). The difference between the ZrO₂ group and the negative control group was significant (P < 0.01), while the difference between the ZrO₂ group and the positive control group was insignificant (P > 0.05). The genotoxicity of the HA/ZrO₂ composite particle increased with a higher proportion of ZrO₂ and an increase in the concentration of the composite, and the 30 wt.% HA/70% ZrO₂ composite with 200 μg/mL concentration showed significant genotoxicity (P < 0.01).

微型涡旋式空气压缩机

涡旋压缩机是继活塞压缩机和螺杆压缩机之后的一种新型高效的流体机械。它是依靠加工精度很高且相互啮合的两个涡盘的相互运动而工作的,其中一个固定在机架上,称为静涡盘;另一个由偏心轴驱动绕静涡盘基圆中心平动,称为动涡盘,工作原理如图1所示。与其他容积式压缩机相比,涡旋压缩机具有许多不可替代的优越性。首先,它结构简单、体积小、重量轻,其主要零部件数量仅为往复式压缩机的1/10,体积减小约40%,重量减轻15%以上。其次,涡旋压缩机的吸气、压缩和排气过程是同时而且连续进行的,吸、排气腔不直接相邻,故泄漏较小,效率较高。压缩机工作腔…
