As applied to the numerical simulation of electron transport and scattering processes in semiconductors an efficient model describing the scattering of electrons by the ionized impurities is proposed. On the example of GaAs at 77 and 300 K and Si at 300 K the dependencies of low-field electron mobility on the donor impurity concentration in the semiconductors are calculated in the framework of proposed model as well as in the framework of such most frequently used applied models as the Conwel-Weisskopf model and the Brooks-Herring one. After comparing the calculation results with the well-known experimental data it has been ascertained that the best agreement between the theory and experiment is achieved with application of the proposed model.  相似文献

Transplantation of various types of stem cells as a possible therapy for stroke has been tested for years, and the results are promising. Recent investigations have shown that the administration of the conditioned media obtained after stem cell cultivation can also be effective in the therapy of the central nervous system pathology (hypothesis of their paracrine action). The aim of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the conditioned medium of hiPSC-derived glial and neuronal progenitor cells in the rat middle cerebral artery occlusion model of the ischemic stroke. Secretory activity of the cultured neuronal and glial progenitor cells was evaluated by proteomic and immunosorbent-based approaches. Therapeutic effects were assessed by overall survival, neurologic deficit and infarct volume dynamics, as well as by the end-point values of the apoptosis- and inflammation-related gene expression levels, the extent of microglia/macrophage infiltration and the numbers of formed blood vessels in the affected area of the brain. As a result, 31% of the protein species discovered in glial progenitor cells-conditioned medium and 45% in neuronal progenitor cells-conditioned medium were cell type specific. The glial progenitor cell-conditioned media showed a higher content of neurotrophins (BDNF, GDNF, CNTF and NGF). We showed that intra-arterial administration of glial progenitor cells-conditioned medium promoted a faster decrease in neurological deficit compared to the control group, reduced microglia/macrophage infiltration, reduced expression of pro-apoptotic gene Bax and pro-inflammatory cytokine gene Tnf, increased expression of anti-inflammatory cytokine genes (Il4, Il10, Il13) and promoted the formation of blood vessels within the damaged area. None of these effects were exerted by the neuronal progenitor cell-conditioned media. The results indicate pronounced cytoprotective, anti-inflammatory and angiogenic properties of soluble factors secreted by glial progenitor cells.  相似文献

This paper presents methods of building ontologies, which are used in “ISTINA” current research information system (the name is the abbreviation for Russian equivalent of “Intellectual System for Thematic Investigation of Scientometrical Data”), used in Moscow State University and a number of other institutions. These methods include thematic analysis of scientific results present in the system; information search; context analysis of publications; a number of applications in the learning process, in particular, automatic generation of test suites and forming students’ individual learning trajectories. In the framework of the suggested approach, ontology elements (concepts and relations) are added by users of the system, which work in different branches of science, using the web editor to be described in the paper. These elements are stored in a relational database. The editor works on the client side and communicates with the server using the SPARQL query language and specially developed protocol for modifying the ontology. The concepts and relations between them may be verified by experts in the corresponding areas.  相似文献

The isothermal section of the Er-Ag-Sn system at 873 K was constructed with the use of scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive x-ray microanalysis and x-ray powder diffraction. Two ternary compounds were confirmed at this temperature: ErAgSn (LiGaGe structure type, P63mc, Z = 2, a = 4.6595(2) Å, c = 7.2872(3) Å) and non-stoichiometric phase ErAg1?xSn2+x (Cu3Au structure type, Pm-3m, Z = 1). For the last one homogeneity range was established (0.08 < x < 0.24) and lattice parameters were determined (a = 4.5007(4), 4.5040(2), 4.5107(1), 4.5412(1) Å for the compositions Er25.4Ag23.4Sn51.2, Er25.7Ag23.0Sn51.3, Er25.7Ag21.7Sn52.6, Er25.2Ag18.6Sn56.2 (at.%) respectively). Melting point of the phase Er25.7Ag21.7Sn52.6 (at.%) was determined to be 1199 K by differential thermal analysis.  相似文献

A framework for color image segmentation is presented, which combines color histogram analysis and region merging approach. Its main goal is to segment an image at material boundaries (i.e., discontinuities of reflectance properties) while ignoring spatial color inhomogeneities of uniformly pigmented (colored) objects, caused by accidents of illumination and viewing geometry. Theoretical examination of light spectrum transformations upon light reflection from material surfaces and upon interaction with a sensor system shows that in a wide variety of viewed scenes (even containing interreflections and highlight areas) uniformly pigmented objects are projected to the color space of the sensor as planar, linear, or point-like clusters, depending on lighting and viewing conditions and object geometry. To detect such clusters in the color space, three methods are suggested: Generalized Hough Transform method, gradient descent method, and eigenvectors method. A framework algorithm of color segmentation based on region merging approach is developed, which can use any of these methods. Testing this algorithm with both artificially generated and real images shows quite reliable results.  相似文献

Patterned polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is an important structure for soft lithography. Various materials have been deployed as mold for patterning PDMS. Anodized nanotubular array has been sought after as cost-effective alternative for textured silicon. An array of TiO2 nanotubes with characteristic diameter ≈140 nm and the length of ≈1.5 microns, created by anodic oxidation of a titanium substrate, was used here as a template for soft PDMS molding. The optimal molding process was developed by a combination of silanization, use of solvent, application of a vacuum, and hydraulic pressing. The silanization was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and contact angle measurements while the PDMS structure was examined by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Hydraulic pressing significantly improved the infiltration of PDMS into the pores of nanotubular array resulting in formation of PDMS nanobumps after separation of the polymer from the template. Complete infiltration of PDMS precursor into the cavity of nanotubes was observed on the hydraulic-pressed sample without toluene impurities. The hydraulic-pressed samples exhibited higher adhesion strength than nonpressed ones. The adhesive strength was measured by a simple experimental arrangement, in which the PDMS layer was stuck on a vertical glass surface followed by pulling it downwards.  相似文献

In this article we propose a new method for accurate nonrigid motion analysis when point correspondence data is not available. Nonlinear finite element models are constructed by integrating range data and prior knowledge about an object's properties. The motion sequence is recovered given an initial alignment of the model with the first frame of the sequence. The main idea of the method is to find the forces that are responsible for the motion or shape deformation of the given object. The task is broken into subtasks of finding the forces for each frame. Both absolute values and directions of these forces are taken into consideration and iteratively varied not only for each frame, but also between the frames. Experimental results demonstrate the success of the proposed algorithm. The method is applied to man-made elastic materials and human hand modeling. It allows for recovery of single and multiple forces using restricted (elastic-articulated) and completely unrestricted (elastic) models. Our work demonstrates the possibility of accurate nonrigid motion analysis and force recovery from range image sequences containing nonrigid objects and large motion without interframe point correspondences.  相似文献

The potential of the natural chabazite for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx with NH3 is evaluated in the present work. Activity tests were performed under technically relevant reaction and temperature conditions for the fresh and hydrothermally aged catalysts. The natural chabazite before and after alkaline removal as well as after iron and copper addition were compared. The structural as well as surface and bulk properties were elucidated by a variety of complementary characterization techniques, i.e. XRD, XPS, EPR, BET, NH3‐TPD, ex situ and in situ XAS. The results indicate that an important facet for using the natural chabazite for the standard and fast SCR reactions is the removal of alkaline metals, which at the same time also leads to a partial change of the structure and the size of the iron‐containing particles. The performance and especially the hydrothermal stability can be further improved by copper addition.  相似文献
