A new technique was developed to produce high quality, uniform and attractive thin sliced, cured dried pork. The effects of nitrate, packaging method and storage time on residual nitrite, TBA values, sensory properties and microbiological counts were determined. Residual nitrite decreased with increased storage time at 3 ± 1°C. The addition of nitrate plus vacuum packaging caused a greater residual nitrite level and a lower TBA value during storage. Nitrite and/or nitrate acted as an antioxidant to retard oxidative rancidity (TBA value). Dried pork manufactured by the technique described had no major rancidity problem and had an acceptable shelf life. Total aerobic plate counts, lactic acid producing microbial counts and total anaerobic counts were not affected by nitrate or packaging methods. Coliforms, molds and yeasts were not found in this dried pork.  相似文献

随着风电在电网所占比例的不断增大,提高风机在故障条件下的不间断运行能力越来越重要。通过分析交流励磁变速恒频双馈风机的运行特点,建立双馈风力发电系统的并网数学模型;针对电网电压小幅对称跌落,在不增加硬件成本的基础上,改进传统双馈发电机矢量控制策略,加入前馈补偿项来抑制电压小幅跌落时转子中的过电流,提高双馈风力发电系统的低压穿越能力。在MATLAB/SIMULINK中验证控制策略的合理性,为以后深入研究双馈风力发电系统提供了基础。  相似文献

In this paper, we proposed a fragile video watermarking technique to authenticate the H.264 video content. Our watermark information is embedded in motion vectors as which have strong fragile nature. The proposed method finds out the best locations of motion vectors to embed the information to achieve the fragility, where are based on the statistical analysis of the motion vector by the H.264/AVC rate-distortion cost function. This scheme does not require the original video sequence for watermark detection. Experimental results show that the proposed watermarking technique can keep the perceptual quality at best effort and still has good fragility.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new Curative Food Service (CFS) recommendation system, the designed Situation-aware Curative Food Service Recommendation System (SCFSRS), which provides the cooperation web-based platform for all related Mobile Users (MUs) and Curative Food Service Providers (CFSPs), could strengthen the ability of CFS suggestion. The stability robustness of discrete linear time-invariant systems in state-space models is analysed. Based on a root-locus approach and from the stable-eigenvalue viewpoint, fundamental criteria for testing the stability robustness of autonomous systems are derived and applied to the robustness analysis of multivariable feedback systems. Both the norm bound and the element bounds for the allowed perturbations are obtained. A stability robustness index is denned which is useful both for the analysis and synthesis of control systems.  相似文献

The multi-modal optimization problem is considered. An automata model with improved learning schemes is proposed to solve the global optimization problem. The numerical simulation shows that the automata approach is better than the well-known gradient approach because the gradient approach is easily trapped inside the local optimal states. Theoretically, we prove that the automaton converges to the global optimum with a probability arbitrarily close to one. The simulation result also shows that our automata model converges faster than the existing models in the literature  相似文献

In order to improve the machining efficiency of ultrasonic milling,the easiest and most effective approach was started with the improvement of tool design.The main objective of this research was to utilize rotary ultrasonic machining (RUM’s) effectiveness in removing brittle materials to extend the applications of this independent,innovative manufacturing method (self-driving rotary ultrasonic machining),and to experimentally investigate its milling application on brittle materials.The designed tool was used in the conjunction with previously established RUM machine tools,and glass was selected as workpiece for experiments.The interrelationship between feed rate and depth of cut was discussed.By measuring the surface roughness of workpiece,the overall efficacy of utilizing RUM for milling was evaluated and presented.Ultrasonic assisted milling results in the reduction of milling resistance,which leads to a greater process rate.  相似文献

星座图是Qam调制信号的重要特征,分形理论是研究图形属性的一种前沿工具。将分形和星座图结合,计算星座图所对应的格形分形维数和信息维数等分形理论中的特征量,把他们作为区分调制类别的特征向量,进行信号识别。该方法经实验验证能够有效的进行Qam信号的识别。  相似文献
