β－C_2S固溶体稳定的热力学研究

从热力学理论出发，利用Ｘ射线衍射定性和定量的方法，对β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ固溶体的稳定性进行了分析和研究。经热力学理论推导得出β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ稳定的热力学条件，即掺入的微量元素的化学位μ＿ｉ须小于β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ的反应自由焓△Ｇ＿β，μ＿ｉ＜△Ｇ＿β．并定量地计算出一种微量元素稳定β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ的临界掺加量为；多种微量元素对β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ的稳定性判断条件为：

缺血性糖尿病下肢病变的膝下动脉成形术

目的探讨膝下动脉的球囊成形术在治疗糖尿病缺血性下肢病变中的价值。方法对５３例糖尿病合并缺血性下肢病变患者６４侧缺血性下肢进行膝下动脉Deep球囊扩张成形术。对比患者手术前后临床症状的改变及足部溃疡的变化。结果５３例患者共１１９支动脉分支接受PTA治疗，５０例患者的１０１个分支成功地开通，技术成功率为８４．９％，所有５０例患者的临床症状均明显缓解，足部溃疡均变小，无需截肢。结论膝下动脉的球囊成形术是治疗缺血性糖尿病下肢病变安全有效的微创手段     

Motion Planning for Redundant Manipulators Using a Floating Point Genetic Algorithm

This paper deals with the trajectory planning problem for redundant manipulators. A genetic algorithm (GA) using a floating point representation is proposed to search for the optimal end-effector trajectory for a redundant manipulator. An evaluation function is defined based on multiple criteria, including the total displacement of the end-effector, the total angular displacement of all the joints, as well as the uniformity of Cartesian and joint space velocities. These criteria result in minimized, smooth end-effector motions. Simulations are carried out for path planning in free space and in a workspace with obstacles. Results demonstrate the effectiveness and capability of the proposed method in generating optimized collision-free trajectories.     

Photoreactivation of Escherichia coli following medium-pressure ultraviolet disinfection and its control using chloramination.

Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection is becoming increasingly popular as an alternative disinfection technology to chlorination in recent years. In this study, we investigated the photoreactivation of Escherichia coli following medium-pressure (MP) UV disinfection of synthetic water by a bench-scale collimated beam apparatus. The UV doses ranged from 1.6 -19.7 mWs/cm2 and photoreactivation was investigated for 6 hours under fluorescent light. In addition, chloramination was applied after UV disinfection to investigate its ability to control photoreactivation. It was found that photoreactivation occurred for all UV doses tested and the increase in bacteria numbers ranged from 0.04 to 1.35 log10. However, the degree of photoreactivation decreased with increased UV doses. Chloramination experiments revealed that the addition of 0.5 mg/l of monochloramine resulted in suppression of photoreactivation for 1 hour only. An increased monochloramine dose of 1 mg/l was found to prevent photoreactivation for the entire duration of the experiment. The results of this study have shown that photoreactivation occurs even after MP UV disinfection, although it is of a lesser extent at higher UV doses. This study has also established that secondary chloramination can effectively suppress and eliminate photoreactivation with a chloramine dose of 1 mg/l.     

粘土作为高放废物处置回填材料的可行性研究

本文以西北粘土为对象,对其压实行为、热传导、膨胀特性,以及吸附和渗透性能进行了初步研究,借以探讨西北粘土在高放废物处置中用作回填材料的可行性。试验表明,以西北粘土为基材,经过适当的热改性和吸附改性,在初始含水量约为9%,于70MPa 下成型,用作高放废物处置中的回填材料是可行的。     

Temperature dependence study of two-dimensional electron gas effecton the noise performance of high frequency field effect transistors

We present experimental evidence that the noise figure (NF) and associated gain equal to those achieved with GaAs pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors (GaAs p-HEMT's) can also be accomplished by ion implanted GaAs metal-semiconductor field-effect transistors (GaAs MESFET's). These measured noise figure results as a function of low temperature for GaAs MESFET's and p-HEMT's clearly suggest that the transport properties of the two-dimensional electron gas in HEMT's and p-HEMT's do not make a significant contribution to the noise reduction at high frequency operation of these devices

Improved coupled-mode theory of anisotropic optical waveguides

A coupled-mode equation for anisotropic waveguide systems of arbitrary cross section and general dielectric distribution is derived. Numerical results comparing the exact calculations to those of the method of Hardy et al. (Opt. Lett., vol.11, 742-4, 1986) show that the same accuracy can be obtained not only for TE, but also for TM mode coupling in the case of anisotropic waveguides, and the improved coupled-mode theory is applicable to the situation when moderately strong coupling occurs under the condition where the edge-to-edge separation of two coupled guides D₂ is about 0.1 μm
