Composition Group Vector Space (CGVS) method for estimating melting and boiling point T m , T b of organic compound has been proposed, and the principle of this method has been elucidated. The models for estimating T m , T b have been established and the numerical values of relative parameters have been presented. The average percentage deviations of T m , T b estimation are 7.53 and 1.58, respectively, which show that the present method demonstrates significant improvement in applicability to predict the above properties, compared to conventional group methods.  相似文献

Weldable primers are thin zinc-rich organic coatings that are weldable due to the electrical conductivity provided by the zinc dust. They are used in the automotive industry to provide corrosion protection in regions of difficult access. Modification of the ABSE polycarbosilazane with multi‐walled carbon nanotubes for the creation of spinable masses An inexpensive method has been found to produce ceramic SiCN‐fibres via the precursor route consisting of five processing steps: synthesis of the polymer, preparation of the spinning mass, melt‐spinning, curing via electron beam and subsequent pyrolysis at 1100 °C in a nitrogen atmosphere. A special solid and meltable fibre polymer, the so‐called polycarbosilazane ABSE, has been developed in the last decade for this purpose. Due to its low molecular weight, an adequate catalytic and thermal aftertreatment was necessary to guarantee a stable melt‐spinning process. This article discusses an alternative way to prepare a qualified spinning mass, i.e. the addition of Multi‐Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs) to the ABSE melt. For this purpose a homogeneous dispergation of the MWCNTs in the ABSE matrix is necessary. In this study, spinning masses were fabricated in different ways. By optical analysis and comparison of the level of dispergation in these spinning masses an optimized process for integration of the MWCNTs was identified. The influence of the addition of a dispersing agent is investigated as well. In using a dispersing agent, the level of homogeneous dispersion of the MWCNTs increases whereas the interactions between the particles and the precursor melt decrease. In first spinning experiments a good spinability of the masses were noticed. Thus the addition of MWCNTs represents a new way to modify the ABSE precursor for the melt‐spinning process.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the development of a method for hazard classification of holding ponds at the Industrial Association Mayak, the Siberian Intergrated Chemical Plant, and the Integrated Iron-Mining and Mining-Chemical Plant. The method is based on a combined approach employing the qualitative characteristics and quantitative parameters of the ponds. The classification of holding ponds is intended to be used for developing the requirements for the composition and content of the documentation presented by enterprises for licensing the operation and decommissioning of holding ponds.  相似文献

The results of numerical simulation and experimental investigation of a prototype of a megawatt multifrequency gyrotron for controlled thermonuclear fusion facilities are presented. In experiments, the gyrotron has operated at six frequencies in the range 105–152 GHz with small diffraction losses in the internal quasi-optical system and a high Gaussian mode content in the output beam.  相似文献

The aluminium species in different tea infusions were investigated, by determining their stability constants and concentration. This was done for some particular samples using a simple experimental method based on the sorption of aluminium on the strongly sorbing resin Chelex 100, by a batch procedure. From the thermodynamic information obtained it is possible to calculate the concentration of the different species, and in particular that of the free metal ion, which is very important for evaluating the adsorption of aluminium on biological membranes. It was found that aluminium in the tea infusions here considered is present at high total concentration, approximately 0.1 mM, but mainly linked to strong complexes, for instance with side reaction coefficient higher than 10(5.11) at pH 3.95 in one case (tea 1). This could be the reason for the low toxicity of aluminium in tea. These strong complexes were not dissociated even in the presence of Chelex 100. In this case only a limiting value of the reaction coefficient could be evaluated. The presence of the very strong complexes was found in all the tea sample here considered. In two of the considered samples (one black and one green tea) a part of Al(III) was linked to less strong complexes, for example with a reaction coefficient 10(4.14) (tea 2, pH 4.20). The presence in the considered tea infusions of other substances able to complex aluminium was also detected, by the well known ligand titration procedure, at concentration ranging from 0.65 to 3.37 mM in three tea infusions, and at somewhat higher concentration in the case of the ready drink, which was also considered for comparison.  相似文献

Summary  Well-defined water-soluble poly(styrenesulfonate)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-b- poly(styrenesulfonate) (PSS-b-PEG-b-PSS) triblock copolymers with narrow molecular weight distribution (1.29 < Mw/Mn < 1.36) were synthesized in aqueous solution at 70 oC via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The complex formed by the PSS-b-PEG-b-PSS triblock copolymer coordinated with aluminum ion was investigated with turbidimetry, dynamic light scattering (DSL), zeta-potential, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The aggregation formation was based on the neutralization of the SO3- groups in the PSS blocks with Al3+ ions. The appearance, size and stability of the PSS-b-PEG-b-PSS/Al3+ aggregates were controlled by varying the PSS block length and degree of neutralization (DN). At DN = 0.33, where the PSS-b-PEG-b-PSS copolymer was completely neutralized with Al3+, the aggregate size increased with increasing PSS block length. The transition from the shrinking coil of small size to the interchain aggregates of large size was found at DN of about 0.33.  相似文献
