首钢外购焦炭质量恶化后的高炉生产实践

针对焦炭质量劣化的状况，高炉操作以活跃炉缸为主，从上下部调剂入手，采取疏导煤气、控制合理的实际风速和鼓风动能、缓解焦炭在高温区的粉化等措施，有效地改善了高炉的顺行状况，并逐步恢复高炉指标。     

小浪底水利枢纽的初期运行

总结了小浪底水利枢纽投运初期的水沙情况、孔板洞原型观测试验、调水调沙试验和枢纽的安全监测情况,介绍了大坝防渗、转轮裂纹问题的处理方案,总结了枢纽在防洪、防凌、减淤、供水和发电等方面发挥的作用。试验和对监测资料的分析表明,枢纽运行稳定,孔板洞设计合理、消能效果显著,各部位建筑物性态稳定,发挥了巨大的综合效益。     

气缸可靠性试验装置的研制

为了进行气缸可靠性试验研究,针对缸径为50mm、行程为160mm的气缸研制了一套气缸可靠性试验装置.5个月的不间断试验测试及获得的大量数据表明,该装置运行稳定可靠,满足了气缸可靠性试验的要求.详细介绍了装置试验回路的构成、工作原理和具体实现,测控子系统的硬件构成和软件流程,气缸性能参数测量方法及获得的部分数据.     

Short contact time dissolution of vitrinite and inertinite concentrates

The short contact time dissolution of vitrinite and inertinite concentrates of an Australian bituminous coal was studied under isothermal conditions with tetralin as solvent. The reactivity of the two maceral types and the yields and nature of the products were determined for a range of reaction temperatures (400, 420 and 440 °C) and reaction times (2–20 min). The dissolution of vitrinite proceeded at a significantly greater rate than for inertinite and was associated with greater selectivity to soluble non-gaseous products. At very short reaction times (2 min), the vitrinite underwent solubilizing reactions to yield products of higher molecular weight and greater oxygen functionality than was the case for inertinite, for which changes in the chemical nature of the products were negligible over the range of conditions studied. At longer reaction times (5 min), the composition of the vitrinite-derived products was similar to that of the inertinite-derived products.

本文应用天然气中甲烷、乙烷的碳同位素,甲烷的氢同位素,汞含量及天然气成分等指标,探讨了四川盆地天然气成因分类;并结合地质情况对气源层进行了探讨。     

温度敏感葡聚糖凝胶的合成及其细胞相容性研究

合成了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺（NIPAAm）与葡聚糖的共聚水凝胶，利用红外光谱表征了单体和凝胶结构，研究了水凝胶在去离子水和细胞培养基中的温度响应性，并对凝胶进行了细胞培养和脱附研究．结果表明，共聚凝胶具有很好的温度敏感性和细胞相容性，可以通过控制温度变化，实现对细胞的无损伤脱附．     

In situ formation of multi scale reinforcing phases to improve performance of Al2O3-SiC C castables

In order to improve the physical properties and slag corrosion resistance of refractory materials for hot metal pretreatment, different contents of composite metal powders (CMP) were introduced into Al2O3-SiC-C refractory castables. The effect of CMP on the microstructure, physical properties and slag corrosion resistance of Al2O3-SiC-C refractory castables were studied. The results show that the multi scale reinforcing phases including flake crystals, rod shaped fibers, filamentous fibers and whiskers are in situ formed in the samples with addition of CMP, which result to the improvement of the cold modulus of rupture and cold crushing strength. When the addition of CMP is 6 wt.%, the high temperature modulus of rupture increases by 231%, the thermal shock resistance increases by 77% after thermal shock by water cooling 5 times and the percentage of the slag resistant area reduces by 37.2%.     

以表面负载季铵盐阳离子型苯/丙乳胶粒为模板制备ZrO_2空心微球

以C9油与甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化胺的共聚物P(C9-DMC)为乳化剂制备苯/丙阳离子乳胶粒,并以其为模板,利用直接包覆法制备了由17 nm左右微晶体堆成的ZrO2空心微球。所制得的样品采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM和SEM等进行了表征。     

TMS320C67系列EMIF与异步FIFO存储器的接口设计

介绍了TI公司TMS320C67系列DSP的EMIF(外部存储器接口)与异步FIFO(先进先出)存储器的硬件接口设计,着重描述了用EDMA(扩展的直接存储器访问)方式读取FIFO存储器数据的软件设计流程,最后说明了在选择FIFO存储器时应注意的问题.由于EMIF的强大功能,不仅具有很高的数据吞吐率,而且可以与不同类型的同步、异步器件进行无缝连接,使硬件接口电路简单,调试方便.运用EDMA的方式进行数据传输,由EDMA控制器完成DSP存储空间内的数据搬移,这样可以最大限度地节省CPU的资源,提高整个系统的运算速度.
