Effects of the addition of a supramolecular assembly of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in SiO2-TiO2 gel films on the formation of anatase type TiO2 nanocrystals with hot-water treatment were investigated. Anatase nanocrystals were formed in the whole SiO2-TiO2 gel films with the addition of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide by the treatment, whereas the nanocrystals were formed only on the film surface in the case of gel films without cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide molecules in the SiO2-TiO2 gel films were completely removed by the hot-water treatment and the following UV irradiation. In the usual procedure for preparation of porous materials, the removal of template molecular assemblies required high temperature treatment over 400 degrees C. In this system, all the processes were performed at temperatures less than 100 degrees C. Additionally, the porous structure produced by the removal of micellar assembly allowed anatase nanocrystals to be formed inside the films. Therefore, the method presented in this work provides us with the novel photocatalyst coatings of porous membrane with highly-dispersed TiO2 nanocrystals via low temperature process.  相似文献

Laminar and blazed type holographic varied-line-spacing spherical gratings for use in a versatile soft x-ray flat-field spectrograph attached to an electron microscope are designed, fabricated, and evaluated. The absolute diffraction efficiencies of laminar (or blazed) master and replica gratings at 86.00° incidence evaluated by synchrotron radiation show over 5% (or 8%) in the 50-200 eV range with the maxima of 22% (or 26%-27%). Also the resolving power evaluated by a laser produced plasma source is in excess of 700 at the energy near the K emission spectrum of lithium (~55 eV) for all gratings. Moreover, the K emission spectrum of metallic Li with high spectral resolution is successfully observed with the spectrograph attached to a transmission electron microscope.  相似文献

The clinical appearance of cystic blebs and the incidence of bleb infection were retrospectively evaluated in 215 trabeculectomies with mitomycin C. The incidence of cystic bleb formation in trabeculectomy was 79% (169/215). The cumulative incidence of the cystic bleb survival when using the Kaplan-Meier method was 73% in the 50th month after surgery. The incidence of large cystic bleb survival was better than that of small and localized cystic blebs. There was statistically significant difference. The incidence of cystic bleb survival without Seidel phenomenon and bleb infection was 96% in the first year after surgery and 91% in the third year. Bleb infections occurred in two of 169 eyes (1.2%). Bleb infection was successfully treated and there were no cases of endophthalmitis. The large cystic blebs had a higher incidence of bleb infection than the small ones. In one of 25 eyes treated with antibiotic eye drops after surgery, the Seidel test was positive and bleb infection occurred. The Seidel test was positive in 5 of 96 eyes in which antibiotic eye drops were not used and bleb infection occurred in one of these 5 eyes.  相似文献

The bandgap engineering method using a SiGe source structure is presented as a means to suppress the floating-body effect in SOI MOSFET's. Experiments using Ge implantation are carried out to form a narrow-bandgapped SiGe layer in the source region. It has been confirmed that Ge-implanted SIMOX exhibited a 0.1 eV bandgap narrowing with a relatively low Ge-dosage of 1016 cm-2. The fabricated N-type SOI-MOSFET's exhibited suppressed parasitic bipolar effects, such as improvement of the drain breakdown voltage or latch voltage, and suppression of abnormal subthreshold slope. Advantages over other conventional methods are also discussed, indicating that the bandgap engineering provides a practical method to suppress the floating-body effect  相似文献

Abstract— It is shown that meta‐stable de‐excitation spectroscopy (MDS) is one of the most useful characterization methods to analyze the interaction between the discharge gas and the surface of the material and is applied to MgO:Al,N films. From the results of the measurement and analysis of helium MDS and the in‐situ discharge experiment, it is confirmed that the limited composition films of MgO:Al,N have potentially a larger secondary‐electron‐emission coefficient (γ) compared with that of MgO. The improvement in γ is caused by the electron‐occupied tailing state at around the top of the valence band which is generated by the introduction of Al,N to MgO films. Also, the O1s spectra measured by x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) shows that the stable surfaces are formed with the introduction of Al,N to MgO films.  相似文献

Plastic liquid crystal displays (LCDs) termed sheet LCDs with transparent polyimide (PI) substrates were constructed. There is a lot of potential to expand the use of these LCDs in LCD applications. Herein, we investigated a structure for sheet LCDs such as high‐density main post spacers (PSs) and PI substrates with the aid of a barrier layer to control the residual stress and protect the liquid crystal from moisture. Drawing on this, we propose an ultra‐narrow border LCD that makes of the developed sheet LCDs. The most significant improvement is that the four borders of the LCD can be folded to wrap the backlight unit. This LCD was based on various new techniques, including the use of plastic substrates, processing of polarizer films, control of the neutral surface of a bending component based on the sealant width, and the use of a cover glass with a lens effect. We believe that these novel LCDs will be useful in numerous new applications.  相似文献

This paper addresses topics of research and development (R&D) being challenged for realization of concrete cask storage of spent nuclear fuel in Japan. Comparison between metal cask storage and concrete cask storage is addressed. Background of these R&D and current status of technology on spent fuel storage are described. Need and design concepts of concrete cask storage technology, tests and evaluation of integrity of spent fuel, materials, concrete casks under normal and accident conditions, monitoring technology, etc. are systematically arranged and introduced.
