忆阻器是一种具有记忆性的新型非线性电阻,是继电阻器、电容器和电感器之后的第4种基本电路元件。该文根据惠普实验室提出的荷控型TiO2忆阻器模型,构建了一个磁控TiO2忆阻器模型,采用该磁控忆阻器模型设计了一个新的混沌振荡电路,以期产生复杂的伪随机混沌信号。对该振荡电路的基本动力学特性进行了理论和仿真分析,并进行了DSP芯片实验验证。仿真结果、理论分析和实验观察具有一致性,表明该混沌系统具有与一般混沌系统不同的特性。 相似文献

In this paper, a multi-layer gas diffusion layer (GDL) is designed. The GDL consists of a single carbon paper backing layer and dual microporous layers (MPLs). Moreover, the effects of thickness and hydrophobicity of double MPL on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells are investigated. From the test results of the water contact angle, conductivity, pore size distribution, and the polarization curve, it is found that the thickness adjustment increases the number of 0.5 to 7 μm and 20 to 100 μm pores in GDL, which is more conducive to water discharge. Therefore, the thickness adjustment is more favorable to the cell performance under high humidity. While the gradient hydrophobic design makes the MPL of the modified intermediate layer have a certain water-retaining capacity to humidify the reaction gas, which has better effect under low humidity. At last, the results show that the optimized GDL meets a limit power density of 1.772 W/cm2 under 60% humidification and 1.600 W/cm2 under 100% humidification. 相似文献

This work presents the design of a novel static-triggered power-rail electrostatic discharge (ESD) clamp circuit. The superior transient-noise immunity of the static ESD detection mechanism over the transient one is firstly discussed. Based on the discussion, a novel power-rail ESD clamp circuit utilizing the static ESD detection mechanism is proposed. By skillfully incorporating a thyristor delay stage into the trigger circuit (TC), the proposed circuit achieves the best ESD-conduction behavior while consuming the lowest leakage current (Ileak) at the normal bias voltage among all investigated circuits in this work. In addition, the proposed circuit achieves an excellent false-triggering immunity against fast power-up pulses. All investigated circuits are fabricated in a 65-nm CMOS process. Performance superiorities of the proposed circuit are fully verified by both simulation and test results. Moreover, the proposed circuit offers an efficient on-chip ESD protection scheme considering the worst discharge case in the utilized process. 相似文献

A Fe61Co10Zr5W4B20 bulk metallic glass (BMG) with a diameter of 2 mm was prepared by using copper mould suction casting. The X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), micro-hardness and compression tests were adopted to investigate the structure, thermal stability, especially, the effect of heat treatment on the micro-hardness and compression strength of this BMG. The BMG exhibits micro-hardness of about 1 207 Hv and compression fracture strength of about 1 707.6 MPa. After being annealed below the onset of crystallization temperature, the micro-hardness almost keeps constant. But after being annealed above the peak of crystallization temperature, the micro-hardness increases firstly and then declines gradually with the elongation of annealing time. However, annealed for the same period of time, the micro-hardness will increase with the rise of annealing temperature, while the compression fracture strength will apparently decrease. 相似文献

To understand the complexity of the mathematical models of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) and their shortage of practical PEMFC control, the PEMFC complex mechanism and the existing PEMFC models are analyzed, and artificial neural networks based PEMFC modeling is advanced. The structure, algorithm, training and simulation of PEMFC modeling based on improved BP networks are given out in detail.
