水胶比对于高强自应力钢管混凝土膨胀性能的影响

高强自应力钢管混凝土实现自应力依赖于核心混凝土的膨胀性能以及混凝土膨胀与强度的协调发展,而水胶比是实现核心混凝土膨胀性能和强度等级的关键.因而,试验研究了水胶比对核心混凝土膨胀性能的影响,结果表明,对于强度等级不同膨胀混凝土和砂浆,水胶比的影响规律不尽相同,随着水胶比的降低,C60混凝土的膨胀率数值先增加后降低,C70混凝土的膨胀值则持续降低;对于相同强度等级的膨胀混凝土及其砂浆,其膨胀性能具有较好的相关性.     

Carboxyl‐containing polyarylene ether nitrile/Fe3O4 hybrids and their effects on the PEN composites

In this study, the novel polyarylene ether nitrile containing carboxyl groups (CPEN)/Fe₃O₄ hybrids were synthesized via the solvent‐thermal route. The SEM and TEM images showed that the surface of functionalized Fe₃O₄ hybrids (CPEN‐f‐Fe₃O₄) became rough and coated with a thin polymer layer successfully. Chemical bonds were formed between the carboxyl groups and Fe₃O₄ spheres, which were characterized by FTIR and XRD. Series of PEN composite films were prepared through solution‐casting method with different contents of CPEN‐f‐Fe₃O₄ hybrids and raw Fe₃O₄ spheres. The SEM images showed that the CPEN‐f‐Fe₃O₄ hybrids became much more dispersible and compatible in PEN matrix than that of raw Fe₃O₄ spheres, which was further confirmed by rheological study. The magnetic analysis showed that the saturation magnetization of composites films increased with the increase of CPEN‐f‐Fe₃O₄ hybrids loading content. The results of thermogravimetric and mechanical study exhibited that the composite films had good thermal stability and mechanical property. POLYM. Reversible pH-Responsive Hydrogels of Softwood Kraft Lignin and Poly[(2-dimethylamino)ethyl Methacrylate]-based Polymers

Softwood kraft lignin (SKL) pH-responsive hydrogels were prepared through controlled aggregation using poly[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] (PDMAEMA) and poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)-block-poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate) triblock copolymer (PDMAEMA-co-PEO-co-PDMAEMA). At low SKL concentrations, the SKL/polymer (PDMAEMA and PDMAEMA-co-PEO-co-PDMAEMA) aqueous solutions exhibited pH-dependent aggregation arising from the formation of strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Decreasing the SKL/polymer weight ratio resulted in the pH-reversible soluble-insoluble (S-I) transition to become a soluble-insoluble-soluble (S-I-S) transition, which upon increasing the SKL concentration resulted in hydrogel formation. Under neutral conditions relatively strong hydrogels were formed, which upon either increasing or decreasing solution pH resulted in the hydrogels collapsing to liquid solutions, but were readily reformed upon neutralization. The effects of polymer structure, concentration, and intermolecular interactions on solution behavior and gelation are thoroughly discussed.     

低渗透油田周期注水方案优选

Y油田A井区属于低渗透油田,经过多年开发,逐渐暴露出井网对砂体的控制程度低、注采系统不够完善、含水上升较快和砂体水淹状况复杂等问题。周期注水可以利用现有井网,周期性地提高和降低注水压力的办法,在油层内产生不稳定压降,使层内不同渗透率区域之间产生相应的液体交换渗流,使滞留状态的原油动用起来,扩大注入水的波及体积,提高注入水的利用率。根据该井区的实际情况,计算出适宜该井区的周期注水周期,并设计了4种不同方案进行了方案预测。预测结果表明:不对称的短注长停的注水方案效果最好;对称方式次之;不对称的长注短停最差。
