In this article, maleated–grafted ethylene‐co‐vinyl acetate (EVA‐g‐MA) was used as the interfacial modifier for polypropylene/polyamide‐6 (PP/PA6) blends, and effects of its concentration on the mechanical properties and the morphology of blends were investigated. It was found that the addition of EVA‐g‐MA improved the compatibility between PP and PA6 and resulted in a finer dispersion of dispersed PA6 phase. In comparison with uncompatibilized PP/PA6 blend, a significant reduction in the size of dispersed PA6 domain was observed. Toluene‐etched micrographs confirmed the formation of interfacial copolymers. Mechanical measurement revealed that the addition of EVA‐g‐MA markedly improved the impact toughness of PP/PA6 blend. Fractograph micrographs revealed that matrix shear yielding began to occur when EVA‐g‐MA concentration was increased upto 18 wt %. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The crack behavior of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) spherulites was studied mainly by polarizing optical microscopy, along with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). In addition to the effects of temperature and constraining substrate, another important factor, film thickness, on the formation of crack was first put forward and investigated. The emergence of the first crack occurred at 120°C during cooling after crystallization at 190°C for the sample with a thickness of 31.0 μm. For the spherulites growing between glass sheets, it was interesting that the sample with a thickness of 26.0 μm exhibited the largest number of cracks measured per 200 μm of radius, whereas samples thicker than 100 μm or thinner than 1 μm did not induce the formation of crack. Also, spherulites growing between two polyimide and two Teflon sheets showed no crack. Glass sheets lubricated with silicon oil restrained the number of cracks but did not eliminate cracks. SEM revealed that the cracking was about 900 nm in width. In addition, the AFM results suggest that the cracks had a depth of at least 150 nm. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 石菉—鹦鹉岭—锡山一带是粤西地区的一个铜锡钨(铅锌)多金属矿密集区,矿床(点)众多,区内矿床勘查工作多开展于20世纪90年代前,勘查深度浅,且各矿床之间均为大面积第四系覆盖区,研究程度低,各矿床深部和外围均有良好的找矿前景。本文通过对该区开展的1∶5万重力测量、1∶1万地面磁法测量以及典型矿床电磁法剖面测量等工作成果的综合研究,认为本区主要为北西和北东向的区域构造控岩、控矿,综合物探成果反映空白区内隐伏构造发育,成矿地质条件有利,具备寻找新的中大型隐伏矿床的条件。通过进一步工作,该区有望成为粤西地区重要的铜锡多金属矿田。 相似文献

随着先进封装和第三代半导体的快速发展,具有高熔化温度、耐持久温度考验的高温焊料逐渐成为学界追逐的热点,也成为推动电子产业无铅化和升级换代等“卡脖子”问题的瓶颈。本文综述了传统高温Sn-80Au和Pb-Sn焊料、IMC焊料、纳米及纳米-微米混合焊料,提出未来高温焊料在成分上必将以金、银、铜、铝等金属或石墨烯、碳纳米管等轻质、高导热、高熔化温度的碳基材料及其复合材料为主流;在微观尺度上,纳-微米混合焊料既具有纳米焊料的温度效应,又具有颗粒选择的灵活性,能在一定程度上解决纳米焊料的氧化、团聚及烧结时的相转变等问题;基于颗粒焊料的多尺度、颗粒种类选择的多维度,具有低温快速制备、高温长期服役的IMC高温焊料也具有极大的前途。加速高温焊料研发,突破低温封装、高温服役的技术瓶颈,必将极大推动先进封装和功率封装的快速发展。 相似文献

The first stage extracts all the coherent signals from an antenna array using their direction-of-arrival information, and then the resultant signals are coherently combined in the second stage. A novel frequency estimation algorithm for wideband signal with sub-Nyquist sampling is proposed in this paper. With the aid of information provided by the auxiliary delayed sampling channel and the aliased frequency estimation for wideband signal with sub-Nyquist sampling, the frequency aliasing due to sub-Nyquist sampling can be solved. This method can reduce the complexity of the overall hardware at the cost of an auxiliary sampling channel. Furthermore, in order to alleviate the computation burden for its practicability, a more simplified algorithm is put forward and its validity is proved by our numerical simulation results. The Cramer-Rao Lower Bound (CRLB) of the frequency estimation is also derived at the end of this paper. 相似文献

This paper presents a joint method of Doppler Beam Sharpen (DBS) imaging and Signal Subspace Processing (SSP) to achieve Ground Moving Target Indication(GMTI) for alongtrack dual-antenna airborne radar. When the error of the two antennas (also refers to channels) changes pulse to pulse, the method SSP is used to precisely calibrate the two antennas‘ DBS images, then to detect the ground moving targets in the difference image of the two calibrated images.
