数控超声加工的初步工艺试验

介绍在经过数控化改造的两坐标超声加工机床上所进行数控超声加工的初步工艺试验,并讨论试验结果。     

A Study on NMR and GC/MS Spectra of the Isomers of Linear Hexyl Naphthalene

The GC/MS and NMR analysis of the reaction products of naphthalene with 1-bromohexane were reported. The products obtained were suggested to have six isomers of linear hexylnaphthalene and the structure of each isomer was determined by GC/MS and NMR spectra. For the first time, the unique chemical shift data were obtained. The content of each isomer calculated by ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR spectra was consistent with that by GC/MS spectra, which confirmed the accuracy of NMR data.

本文主要是在线性解调系统中,利用信道中加性高斯白噪声正交分量(nc与Ns)两者正交性与其中之一(ns)经相移之后形成线性相关性使噪声本身消除噪声,以达到提高信噪比的目的,从而提高抗噪声性能.     

Studies of the influence of alloying elements on the growth of ferrite from austenite under decarburization conditions: Fe-C-Nl alloys

We have evaluated controlled decarburization as a method for probing the effect of alloying elements on ferrite growth from austenite. The technique permits the exploration of longer-time ferrite layer growth; it minimizes the effects of interface structure on ferrite growth; and it permits the isolation of the effects of temperature and alloying element concentration on ferrite/austenite interface motion. The study of the decarburization of initially homogeneous Fe-C-Ni alloys was complemented by experiments using specimens with a controlled nickel concentration gradient. Although the decarburization method yields consistent results at longer times, it is found to be less appropriate for the study of initial ferrite growth. Nucleation in the gas/solid interface region, coupled with uncertainties about the precise time of decarburization, leads to large relative errors at the earliest times. For these reasons, the method is considered a valuable complement to studies based on precipitation boundary conditions. 金刚烷是近 30年来发展起来的一种新型精细化工原料。简要介绍了金刚烷的分子结构、性质及其主要用途 ,重点对近年来国内外报道过的金刚烷合成方法进行了评述 ,在此基础上指出了金刚烷化工的未来发展趋势。     

扇形段电磁搅拌对82B钢连铸坯成分和组织的影响

进行了结晶器搅拌和结晶器 +扇形段电磁搅拌连铸 82B钢 2 80mm× 380mm方坯的工业试验。结果表明 ,扇形段搅拌降低和改善了铸坯的中心偏析、疏松和夹杂物分布。 82B钢铸坯经扇形段搅拌后 ,中心部位碳含量峰值明显减小 ,碳偏析指数降低 5 7%～ 1 0 8% ,铸坯成分的方差值 (σ)减小 32 %～ 34 9%。     

高炉与风机配置的优化

根据高炉风机配置的具体情况 ,为充分发挥大风机生产优势 ,建立了适宜的送风制度及装料制度 ,对利旧风机采取了自动防喘振控制、高压水阻软启动的措施 ,风机仪表采用集散控制 ,并优化上料系统 ,提高了高炉上料能力。一系列优化方案保证了高炉稳定、安全、顺行 ,1号、2号高炉利用系数分别由 3 .3 64、3 .43 2t/m3.d提高到 3 .917和 3 .767t/m3.d。
