宁夏气象数据网设计与实现

首先分析了宁夏现用气象资料检索的弊端,之后根据宁夏资料存储与管理的特点,采用SQL Server、ASP.NET、Java Script、C#等技术,设计开发了基于B/S架构的宁夏气象数据网,用于改善传统气象资料检索的现状,通过多种资料检索方式,帮助资料共享和管理人员便捷、快速的获得所需气象资料。目前系统已投入业务试运行,运行良好,在气象资料服务方面起到良好作用。     

基于WINDOWS环境下色斑图制作方法

根据气象要素地理平面分析的需求,在WINDOWS操作系统环境下采用B/S架构的方式,独立绘制了宁夏区域气象要素地理分布色斑图。程序采用模块化设计,便于开发、修改和扩充。目前程序已投入业务运行,运行状态良好。     

A Normalization Method of Moment Invariants for 3D Objects on Different Manifolds

3D objects can be stored in computer of different describing ways, such as point set, polyline, polygonal surface and Euclidean distance map. Moment invariants of different orders may have the different magnitude. A method for normalizing moments of 3D objects is proposed, which can set the values of moments of different orders roughly in the same range and be applied to different 3D data formats universally. Then accurate computation of moments for several objects is presented and experiments show that this kind of normalization is very useful for moment invariants in 3D objects analysis and recognition.     

两轮自平衡车控制系统的设计与实现

根据飞思卡尔智能车竞赛的要求,设计了基于MC9S12XS128单片机的两轮自平衡智能车控制系统.介绍了该智能车系统的硬件模块电路设计、控制系统的构成及核心控制算法的实现.在此基础上详细介绍了用于智能车直立控制、速度控制和方向控制的参数调试时简单易行的关键技术.经过反复多次的实验表明,本文设计的两轮自平衡车控制系统性能可靠,在车身保持直立平衡的同时能够沿着赛道快速平稳运行.     

Preparation and characterization of a PMMA/Ce(OH)3, Pr2O3/graphite nanosheet composite

An easy process for the synthesis of poly(methyl methacrylate)/Ce(OH)₃, Pr₂O₃/graphite nanosheet (PMMA/Ce(OH)₃, Pr₂O₃/NanoG) composite was developed. Graphite nanosheets (NanoG) were prepared by treating the expanded graphite with sonication in aqueous alcohol solution. The PMMA/Ce(OH)₃, Pr₂O₃/NanoG composites were prepared via in situ polymerization of MMA monomer in the presence of graphite nanosheets and Ce(OH)₃, Pr₂O₃ through reverse micelle template, in which the methyl methacrylate was designated as the oily phase. The composites were then dispersed with chloroform and coated on glass slides to form films. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the structure and dispersion of the graphite nanosheets and the composites. The results showed that the high-aspect-ratio structure of the nanosheets played an important role in forming a conducting network in the PMMA matrix. From thermogravimetric analysis, the introduction of graphite nanosheets and inorganic nanopartices exhibited a beneficial effect on the thermal stability of PMMA.     

钽平台-石墨炉原子吸收法测定高背景废水样品中的Cd、Pb

运用钽平台石墨管测定基体成分复杂的废水样品中的Cd、Pb元素,基本消除了基体残留影响和记忆效应,降低了背景吸收,提高了灵敏度。样品经超声波仪粉碎后直接进样,用校正曲线法测定,简化了操作步骤,减少了测定时间,延长了石墨管使用寿命。其测定值与石墨平台标准加入法测定值结果一致。样品回收率:Cd为96.9%～104%,Pb为98.2%～106%,Cd的相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.04%～4.24%,Pb的RSD为2.93%～6.53%。     

一种针对依赖性周期任务的实时多核调度算法

针对软实时系统中的一类同时具有依赖性与周期性的任务,提出一种基于单行树矩阵(MST)的动态因子均衡调度算法SMD(schedule on matrix of the single tree and dynamic load factor)。该算法通过对MST矩阵的特性进行分析,将任务划分为若干并行集,再综合考虑已执行时间、任务间的依赖关系及任务最早截止时间几个要素,以动态因子的形式对任务进行实时调度。最后,还以证明的形式给出了可充分调动的任务集的充分条件,并以此为基础随机生成了测试任务集,进行了对比实验。实验表明,与文献中现有经典算法相比,新算法使处理器利用率提升近15%,任务丢失率降低2%。     

基于本体的特征模型演化的一致性验证

针对特征模型的演化导致特征间的冲突问题, 从特征模型的演化方面进行研究, 提出了一种基于本体的特征模型演化的一致性验证方法。首先采用本体理论方法对特征模型的演化进行分析和建模, 建立本体的特征模型元模型; 其次基于上述元模型, 为网上购物系统实例建立相应的网上购物的领域特征模型, 根据需求裁剪出产品特征模型; 然后在Eclipse集成开发环境下, 通过Jena推理机加载规则和产品特征模型进行一致性验证, 当检测到冲突时, 采用演化策略来消除冲突; 最后通过实例研究说明了该方法的有效性。     

400kt／a硫铁矿制酸装置挖潜扩能改造

介绍400 k t/a硫铁矿制酸装置的挖潜改造。通过调整工艺技术指标,增加少量设备和催化剂,将硫酸装置的生产能力从400 k t/a提高到450 k t/a,改造后各项技术经济指标均达到要求,2005年第1季度实现利润1 479万元,取得了明显的经济效益。     

水性核（PMMA）／壳（PU）聚氨酯丙烯酸酯杂化乳液的合成研究

合成高Tg低成膜温度的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯杂化乳液,研究了合成工艺、—N CO和—O H的比例、丙烯酸酯含量等因素对乳液稳定性和其他性能的影响。
