This paper describes a comparison of the properties of the three versions of the QuEChERS method (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) – the original (unbuffered), acetate-buffered, and citrate-buffered methods – for the determination of fenobucarb residues in beef muscles via liquid chromatography–electrospray ionisation tandem mass spectrometry (LC–ESI+-MS/MS). The recovery results were good for all the versions; however, the acetate-buffered version gave higher and more consistent recoveries for fenobucarb than the other versions. Performance characteristics, such as linearity, accuracy, and precision were determined. Matrix-matched standard calibration was used for quantification, obtaining recoveries in the range of 83.7–93.4% with relative standard deviations of <5%, at two spiking levels: 10 and 40 μg/kg. The limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) were estimated to be 1.5 and 5 μg/kg, respectively. Finally, the method was applied to the analysis of 15 market samples, and no residues were found over the limit of quantification. The method developed was found able to determine the analyte with satisfactory intensity and accuracy.  相似文献

The growth of GaN nanowires on sapphire substrates coated with Ni or Pt catalyst was investigated to address their behavior in a vapor–liquid–solid mechanism. Our observations revealed that both the two catalysts, which led to the growth of nanowires, behave rather complex, including diffusion and re-agglomeration from the coated films to the surface of the micro crystals that is formed in an early stage of growth by vapor–solid mechanism. GaN nanowires have a diameter and length of ~100 nm and several tens of micrometers, respectively, and tend to align epitaxially on the facets of the micro crystals.  相似文献

The microporous alumina membrane with asymmetrical structure, having upper layer with pore diameter of 10 nm under and lower layer with pore diameter of 36 nm, was prepared by anodic oxidation using DC power supply of constant current mode in an aqueous H2SO4 solution as a electrolyte. The aluminum plate was pretreated with thermal oxidation, chemical polishing and electrochemical polishing before anodic oxidation. The membranes were prepared by controlling the current density such as a very low current density for upper layer and a high current density for lower layer of membrane. By controlling the cumulative charge density, the thickness of upper layer of membranes was about 6 Μm and the total thickness of membranes was about 80–90 Μm. We found from gas permeation experiments with the membranes prepared by above method that the mechanism of gas permeation of the all membranes prepared under each condition complied with model of the Knudsen diffusion.  相似文献

The present study was carried out to examine the chemopreventive effects of thiacremonone, which is found in heated garlic, on the formation of the preneoplastic foci and glutathione-dependent detoxifying enzyme activities in rat hepatocarcinogenesis. F344 rats were given an intraperitoneal injection of N-nitrosodiethylamine (DEN) at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight and were then administered a gavage of thiacremonone 2 weeks after initiating the DEN treatment. All animal were subjected to a 2/3 partial hepatectomy at 3 weeks after DEN initiation. The numbers and the placental glutathione S-transferase positive (GSTP+) foci in the thiacremonone-treated groups decreased significantly compared with those in the DEN alone group. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances content in the thiacremonone treated group (10 mg/kg) decreased significantly compared with that in the DEN alone. These results suggest that thiacremonone may have potential chemopreventive effects on rat hepatocarcinogenesis induced by DEN.  相似文献

Since Euler’s classical theory, which he proposed in 1759, many column curve formulations have been proposed. This study investigates the flexural buckling strength (F cr ) calculated using the allowable stress design specification and the load and resistance factor design (LRFD) specification of the American Institute of Steel Construction. It is noted that the exponential function of the column curve formulation using LRFD is difficult to use in practice. Therefore, a simple parabolic function is proposed for the inelastic buckling strength of a steel column loaded with uniaxial compression, and it is shown to be consistent with many design codes. The expressions for inelastic buckling strength formulation as defined previously for ASD are used here. To verify the proposed equation, 118 individual test results of steel columns are examined. The mean of the ratio of the column strength to the proposed flexural buckling strength is 1.089, indicating that the proposed strength curves are in good agreement with the test results.  相似文献

The efficacy of Ligularia fischeri (LF) for managing diabetic complications was evaluated by assessing inhibitory effects against advanced glycation end product (AGE) formation, rat lens aldose reductase (RLAR), and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging. The ethyl acetate fraction from 70% ethanol extracts of LF showed the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity of 53.90% at a concentration of 3.3 μg/mL. The ethyl acetate fraction exhibited the most potent AGE formation inhibition of 73.57% at a concentration of 55 μg/mL and showed the most potent RLAR inhibition of 88.97% at a concentration of 11.11 μg/mL. The ethyl acetate fraction exhibited the most potent antioxidant and anti-diabetic effects. Nuclear magnetic resonance via bioactivity-guided fractionation of the LF ethyl acetate fraction revealed that 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid was the bioactive compound. This compound from LF can be effective for prevention or treatment of diabetic complications.  相似文献

During gas chromatography (GC), the matrix can deactivate the active site during the transport of the compound from the injector to the detector. This deactivation capacity varies among matrices, as it is dependant on the concentrations of the different constituent compounds of each matrix. During the analysis of terbufos and its metabolites, two of its metabolites were highly thermolabile, and were readily decomposed inside the GC system. As the matrix can mask the active site, we carried out a matrix-matched calibration in an effort to protect the analyte against decomposition. As a component of our analysis, the pepper matrix was the first to be matched; however, it failed to completely protect the metabolites. Subsequently, a variety of different compounds, including 3-ethoxy-1,2-propanediol, gulonolactone, and sorbitol at 10, 1, and 1 mg/mL were tested; however, none of these generated the desired effect. We surmised that some of the compounds may have decomposed inside the injection port, so we introduced a carbofrit inlet liner, which is highly inert. But, this step did not improve the protective qualities of the matrices. Finally, pepper leaf matrix was added to the pepper matrix, and we observed a profound protective effect for almost all of the analytes tested. A selective detector (flame photometric detector with phosphorus filter) was used to facilitate a high matrix concentration without interaction with the analyte. After resolving the problem of these two metabolites, terbufos and its five toxic metabolites were analyzed in pepper and pepper leaf samples. The recovery rates for terbufos and its metabolites were 73–114.5% with a relative standard deviation of <12%. This method was successfully applied to field samples, and terbufos sulfone, terbufos sulfoxide, and terbufoxon sulfoxide were found as residues in the suspected pepper and pepper leaf samples.  相似文献
