This paper deals with the problem of active damping of driveline oscillations in order to improve driveability and passenger comfort. Specifically, longitudinal vibrations which occur during transient changes in driver demand may affect driveability in a negative way. A robust and efficient controller is proposed, driving the engine in order to actively damp the driveline oscillations. The methodology considered is based on the prediction and compensation of the shaft torque at relevant frequencies. Contrary to previous work, it leads to a controller having only a few tuning parameters, with a clear meaning and can be adjusted directly on the vehicle.
The whole design is described, including robustness analysis (μ analysis), backlash sensitivity, and discretization in a way that is compatible with the engine controller unit that works at a varying sampling rate. Finally, the results obtained with two different test cars are shown. They illustrate the efficiency of the proposed approach that allows reducing significantly the development time. 相似文献

Suaeda fruticosa is an edible and medicinal halophyte known for its hypoglycaemic and hypolipidaemic activities. In this study, novel biological activities of the shoot extracts related to their phenolics were investigated. Results showed an appreciable total phenolic (31.8 mg GAE/g DW) in shoot extracts. The estimation of antioxidant capacities using oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC method) and a cell based-assay (WS1) of four extracts (hexane, dichloromethane, methanol and water) showed that shoot methanol extract exhibit the highest antioxidant activities. The same extract displayed the utmost anti-inflammatory activity, inhibiting nitric oxide (NO) release, by 66.4% at 160 μg/ml in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Besides, the dichloromethane extract showed the highest anticancer activity against human lung carcinoma (A-549) and colon adenocarcinoma cell lines (DLD-1, Caco-2 and HT-29) with specificity against DLD-1 (IC50 = 10 ± 1 μg/ml). These findings demonstrate the remarkable potentiality of this edible halophyte as valuable source of antioxidants which exhibit original and interesting anti-inflammatory and anticancer capacities. 相似文献

Raisins represent an economically important grapevine by-product. However, their quality is largely dependent on drying techniques and processing conditions. In this context, two drying processes were monitored: hot air drying in a convective oven and greenhouse drying. Grape berries were previously subjected to two chemical pre-treatments (olive oil and K2CO3 emulsion dipping (I) and NaOH solution bleaching (II)). Pre-treated grapes processed using both methods were compared with sun-dried samples. The results show that oven drying was more efficient and rapid (5 days) as compared with greenhouse drying (13 days). The end moisture content of grapes varied from 16.12% to 22.25% on a wet basis in dried samples, respectively. Significant differences in the pH value (3.85–4), acidity (1172.5–2730 mg TA/100 g DW) and total sugars (31.5–49.7%) were also observed, between raisin samples subjected to both treatments and drying methods, whereas protein levels (1–1.25%) were not affected. The analysis of minerals indicates that greenhouse-dried raisins had high amounts of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and sodium (Na). The highest polyphenol (417.70 mg GAE/100 g DW), flavonoid (115.87 mg CE/100 g DW) and tannin (368.13 mg CE/100 g DW) contents were recorded in sun-dried samples, respectively. The distribution of fungal flora shows a noteworthy variability among raisin samples, with a marked abundance of ochratoxinogenic species such as Aspergillus ochraceus and Aspergillus carbonarius (15.56% and 10.41%, respectively). Italia Muscat raisins processed using oven drying could be an economically interesting alternative to manage the excessive grapes production and consequently solve related marketing issues. 相似文献

In this work, artificial anterior cruciate ligaments were manufactured using braiding process. The mechanical behaviour of circular braids under tensile loads was studied. These braids were manufactured from different yarns and materials. A study of the effect of yarns characteristics and the machine parameters on the braid mechanical properties was done. Predictive models of the braid mechanical response based on the constituent yarn characteristics and the machine parameters have been developed. Since 2002, the emergence of multidrug resistant Salmonella enterica serovar Kentucky (S. Kentucky) and the associated salmonellosis with treatment failure were declared in different parts of the world and were in most of the case contracted during travels to Northeast and Eastern Africa. In the present work, we reported an epidemiological study of S. Kentucky isolated from different environmental and clinical origins in Tunisia, using Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE); Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus (ERIC-2) fingerprinting; Plasmid profiling; and antibiotic resistance profiles. ERIC-2 fingerprinting allowed the differentiation of 14 different patterns versus only 4 pulsotypes. Besides, a high proportion of strains were found to be nontypeable by XbaI-PFGE and/or by plasmid profiling (plasmid-free strains). The antibiotic resistance was mainly detected against streptomycin (80.7%), sulfonamides (42.1%) and tetracycline (15.7%). Furthermore, two avian strains were shown to be resistant to trimethoprim–sulfamethoxazole and three clinical strains have demonstrated multidrug-resistant phenotypes (against 5 to 10 antibiotics) and all of them exhibited resistance against nalidixic acid, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and tetracycline.ERIC-2 PCR was found to be the most discriminative. However, combination of the three typing methods offer a better mean for differentiating S. Kentucky isolates, monitoring the multiresistant types and determination of their origin. 相似文献

This study deals with the chemical characterization of a medicinal and an aromatic plant of the Tunisian flora: Allium roseum var. odoratissimum, and aimed to identify new bioactive natural compounds in its flower essential oil. These compounds were extracted by hydrodistillation and were analyzed by GC and GC/MS, using an apolar column. The most important compounds characterized were organo-sulphurous (46%), including methyl 2-propenyl trisulfide, di-2-propenyl trisulfide, di-1-propenyl disulfide, di-2-propenyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide, methyl 2-propenyl disulfide, and di-1-propenyl trisulfide, found as 10.75, 9.07, 5.81, 4.98, 3.90, 3.30, and 2.53%, respectively. Moreover, heneicosane and pentacosane were identified for the first time at relatively high rates (8.18 and 4.49%, respectively) in the Allium roseum essential oil. This essential oil composition exhibited newly identified sulphurous compounds at relatively high rates (46.53%) when compared with what was found while using polar column. 相似文献

Many sectors in the transport industry are concerned about the vehicle routing problem (VRP), hence the growing interest of researchers for this type of problem and its variants. This is due essentially to its many real applications in logistics for the transport of goods. The originality and contribution of our work is that we have dealt a problem that combines several variants: multiple vehicles (m), multiple depots (MD), pickup and delivery problem (PDP) with time windows (TW). Hence the notation of our problem: m-MDPDPTW. In this paper, we present the m-MDPDPTW, which is an optimisation problem belonging to the category of NP Hard problems. This problem must meet requests for transport between customers and suppliers satisfying precedence, capacity and time constraints. The goal is to find the best solution, which is the best route minimising the total travelled distance. To solve and optimise our m-MDPDPTW, we have developed a new algorithm based on the particle swarm optimisation (PSO) method. The performance of this new approach is tested on data set instances of Li and Lim's benchmark problems in which we have added multiple depot locations. Comparing with prior works, our proposed approach gave better results by decreasing the distance for several studied instances. 相似文献
