长江"百船工程"船舶选型研究

为落实中央关于“把疏河道和建设堤防结合起来”的具体指示，水利部拟定了“百船工程”计划，即从全国范围引进百艘挖泥船进行疏浚与吹填施工，解决堤防工程土源问题和疏浚工程弃土问题。结合长江中下游的具体情况，提出了适合治理长江“百船工程”的施工船舶类型，型号。经国内外挖泥船比选，对大中型绞吸式挖泥船，建议购买部分国外整船；对其它类挖泥船，拟利用国外资金和技术，在国内合作，合资生产。     

Growth of Strained Si1－xGex Layer by UV/UHV/CVD

Strained Si1－xGex and Si materials are successfully grown on Si substrate by ultraviolet light chemical vapor deposition under ultrahigh vacuum at a low substrate temperature of 450℃ and 480℃，respectively.At such low temperature,autodoping effects from the substrate and interdiffusion effects at each interface could be suppressed efficiently.The strained Si1－xGex and multilayer Si1－xGex /Si structures are examined by X-ray diffraction,SMIS,etc.,and it is found that the materials have good crystallinity and the rising and falling edges are steep.The technique has a capability of growing highquality Si1－xGex /Si strained layers.     

Al2O3-CaO基预熔精炼渣吸收Al2O3夹杂的动力学研究

通过改进的粘度测试装置，测试和研究了成分(％)为：4-10MgO，34-39Al2O3，33042CaO，3-9CaF2，8SiO2，1．3-8．7SrO精炼渣中Al2O3圆柱体旋转线速度对Al2O3夹杂熔解速度的影响和Al2O3在渣中的熔解速度常数。结果表明，降低精炼渣粘度和减少渣中初始Al2O3含量，有利于提高精炼渣吸收Al2O3的能力。     

Encapsulated cerium nitrate inhibitors to provide high-performance anti-corrosion sol–gel coatings on mild steel

A rapid cure silane sol–gel coating containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors that can be applied to a mild steel substrate to form a crack-free coating has been developed. The benefit of this system is that it appears to emulate the protection mechanism found with traditional chrome (VI) based systems, but without the environmental disadvantages, namely that it is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic. The high corrosion resistance performance of this coating is derived from the combination of the hydrophobic nature of the sol–gel coating and the presence of the encapsulated rare earth corrosion inhibitor which can be released at defects within the coating resulting in cerium hydroxide precipitation which hinders the reduction reaction at cathodic sites. The proposed mechanism for this protection is based upon an evaluation of the barrier properties of the coating using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and long-term immersion/salt spray tests.     

基于MSP430 单片机的智能手枪枪-弹识别系统

为解决丢失枪、弹后给社会带来的危害及加强警方对枪、弹的管控等问题,基于MSP430 单片机与无线 射频技术(radio frequency identification,RFID)设计一套智能枪-弹识别系统。该系统包括接触式电子击发手枪弹、 枪内处理单元2 部分,可以实现枪-弹识别：正常击发编写过特殊识别码的子弹,对码失败或没有编写识别码的普通 子弹无法完成击发,并在击发失败后触发失败提醒。结果表明：该系统可以有效减少因枪支违法外流带来的生命财 产损失,加强枪、弹管控。     

采用近红外光谱技术检测蜂蜜中蔗糖含量的研究

利用近红外透射光谱快速测量蜂蜜中的蔗糖含量,采用偏最小二乘方(PLS)回归,建立光谱测量值与化学值之间的校正模型,找出二者的相关性,探讨近红外检测技术应用于蜂蜜品质分析的可能性。     

电容式套管卷绕机的S型切割控制技术

本文介绍了电容式套管卷绕电控系统中S型切割控制技术。采用日本三菱公司的FX3U系列可编程控制器(PLC)控制步进电机实现S型切割控制。     

基于小波变换与反锐化掩模的图像对比度增强

针对传统空间域图像对比度增强算法存在灰度级空间分配不合理和噪声敏感的问题,基于图像的局部细节信息分析,提出了一种新的基于小波变换和反锐化掩模(UM)的图像对比度增强算法.该算法以小波变换作为工具,运用反锐化掩模的思想,计算出代表局部细节信息且同时考虑了图像中的噪声信息的统计量,然后将这一新的统计量作为重新分配灰度级空间...     

基于ADAMS的夹持机构仿真及其优化

运用三维建模软件Pro/E对夹持机构进行三维建模,然后将模型导入运动学仿真软件ADAMS中。利用ADAMS软件对模型进行驱动和约束的添加,得到夹持机构的虚拟样机,并进行仿真,得到夹持机构中夹持装置的运动范围。在此基础上,针对夹持装置的运动范围利用ADAMS中的DS（设计研究）、DOE（试验设计）对其进行了分析和优化设计。
