This paper proposes a new set of 3D rotation scaling and translation invariants of 3D radially shifted Legendre moments. We aim to develop two kinds of transformed shifted Legendre moments: a 3D substituted radial shifted Legendre moments (3DSRSLMs) and a 3D weighted radial one (3DWRSLMs). Both are centered on two types of polynomials. In the first case, a new 3D radial complex moment is proposed. In the second case, new 3D substituted/weighted radial shifted Legendre moments (3DSRSLMs/3DWRSLMs) are introduced using a spherical representation of volumetric image. 3D invariants as derived from the suggested 3D radial shifted Legendre moments will appear in the third case. To confirm the proposed approach, we have resolved three issues. To confirm the proposed approach, we have resolved three issues: rotation, scaling and translation invariants. The result of experiments shows that the 3DSRSLMs and 3DWRSLMs have done better than the 3D radial complex moments with and without noise. Simultaneously, the reconstruction converges rapidly to the original image using 3D radial 3DSRSLMs and 3DWRSLMs, and the test of 3D images are clearly recognized from a set of images that are available in Princeton shape benchmark (PSB) database for 3D image.  相似文献

In this paper, we show that a new edge detection scheme developed from the notion of transition in nonlinear physics, associated with the precise computation of its quantitative parameters (most notably singularity exponents) provide enhanced performances in terms of reconstruction of the whole image from its edge representation; moreover it is naturally robust to noise. The study of biological vision in mammals state the fact that major information in an image is encoded in its edges, the idea further supported by neurophysics. The first conclusion that can be drawn from this stated fact is that of being able to reconstruct accurately an image from the compact representation of its edge pixels. The paper focuses on how the idea of edge completion can be assessed quantitatively from the framework of reconstructible systems when evaluated in a microcanonical formulation; and how it redefines the adequation of edge as candidates for compact representation. In the process of doing so, we also propose an algorithm for image reconstruction from its edge feature and show that this new algorithm outperforms the well-known ‘state-of-the-art’ techniques, in terms of compact representation, in majority of the cases.  相似文献

A reliable factorial experimental design was applied to DRIE for specifically producing high-aspect ratio trenches. These trenches are to be used in power electronics applications such as active devices: deep trench superjunction MOSFET (DT-SJMOSFET) and passive devices: 3D integrated capacitors. Analytical expressions of the silicon etch rate, the verticality of the profiles, the selectivity of the mask and the critical loss dimension were extracted versus the process parameters. The influence of oxygen in the passivation plasma step was observed and explained. Finally, the analytical expressions were applied to the devices objectives. A perfectly vertical trench 100-μm deep was obtained for DT-SJMOSFET. Optimum conditions for reaching high-aspect ratio structures were determined in the case of high-density 3D capacitors.  相似文献

The superposition calculus (Bachmair and Ganzinger, J. Log Comput. 3(4), 217–247, 1994; Nieuwenhuis and Rubio 1994) is the state-of-the-art inference system used in saturation-based theorem proving for first-order logic with equality.We present an extension of this calculus that permits us to reason on formulae built on primal grammars (Hermann and Galbavý, Theor. Comput. Sci. 176(1–2), 111–158, 1997) a schematization language that has been devised to denote infinite sequences of structurally similar terms, defined by primitive recursion. Fish gelatin-pectin (GelExt/Pec) composite films incorporated with Mentha pulegium essential oil (MEO) and Lavandula angustifolia essential oil (LEO) at two concentrations (0.5% and 1.5%) were developed and their physicochemical, mechanical, and antimicrobial properties were determined. GelExt/Pec-based film incorporated with 1.5% MEO (GelExt/Pec + 1.5% MEO) showed the highest antimicrobial activity against all bacterial strains tested. Incorporation of essential oils decreased significantly the tensile strength of all the films investigated. The film showing the best functional and antimicrobial properties (Gelext/Pec + 1.5% MEO) was used to prolong the shelf life of tilapia fillets under refrigeration. Control (unwrapped) and wrapped fillets were analyzed every 3 days in terms of microbiological (total viable count (TVC), psychrotrophic bacteria count (PC), lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and Enterobacteriaceae (ENT), and physicochemical parameters (total volatile base nitrogen [TVB-N] and pH). Gelext/Pec + 1.5% MEO antimicrobial film retarded significantly (p < .05) the growth of TVC, LAB, PC, and ENT, throughout 12 days of storage compared with the control. Gelext/Pec + 1.5% MEO could be considered as an effective packaging to maintain the quality and extend the shelf life of tilapia fillets under refrigeration.  相似文献
