Bioactive glass 46S6 and biodegradable therapeutic polymer (Chitosan: CH) have been elaborated to form 46S6-CH composite by freeze-drying process. The kinetics of chemical reactivity and bioactivity at the surface were investigated by using physicochemical techniques, particularly solid-state MAS-NMR. Immortalized cell line used to construct multicellular spheroids was employed as three-dimensional (3D) cell cultures for in vitro studies. Obtained results showed a novel structure of the composite; the chemical treatment (ultrasound, magnetic stirring, freeze drying process and lyophilization) led the bioactive glass particles to be loaded in the chitosan-based materials. 29Si and 31P MAS-NMR results showed the emergence of two new species, Q Si 3 (OH) and Q Si 4 , which are characteristic of the vitreous network dissolution in simulated body fluid (SBF). MAS-NMR also confirmed the formation of amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) at the surface of the initial 46S6-CH. Three-dimensional (3D) cell cultures highlighted the effect of chitosan, where the cell viability reached up to 78% in 46S6-CH composite and up to 67% in 46S6. The association of (CH) and bioactive glass (BG) matrix promotes a highly significant bioactivity, demonstrating surface bone formation and satisfactory behavior in biological environment.  相似文献

Flavanones, a class of flavonoids present in large amounts in fruits and vegetables, have been assayed by LC–MS/MS and derivatization chemistry using d0/d3-labelled derivatized internal standards obtained by simple reaction procedures which involves d0/d3 methoxyamine. The assay method considers 13 flavanones including aglycones, neohesperidosides, rutinosides and 3-hydroxy-3-methyl glutaryl derivatives. The strengths of the method consist in a relative short analysis time (16 min) and good repeatability and reproducibility values which are in most cases under 10% (RSD%). The accuracy values range from 95.4% to 111.3% whilst the LOQ values ranges from 0.05 to 0.29 mg/L depending on the analyte.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of continuous aggregate nearest-neighbor (CANN) queries for moving objects in spatio-temporal data stream management systems. A CANN query specifies a set of landmarks, an integer k, and an aggregate distance function f (e.g., min, max, or sum), where f computes the aggregate distance between a moving object and each of the landmarks. The answer to this continuous query is the set of k moving objects that have the smallest aggregate distance f. A CANN query may also be viewed as a combined set of nearest neighbor queries. We introduce several algorithms to continuously and incrementally answer CANN queries. Extensive experimentation shows that the proposed operators outperform the state-of-the-art algorithms by up to a factor of 3 and incur low memory overhead.  相似文献

Cloud computing is taking more extensive space in the research field. Cloud architectures will need to worry about energy in its various forms, to be profitable, on the one hand, and comply with environmental constraints (energy consumption and CO2 emission) on the other hand. VM (virtual machines) consolidation (VMs in this document), among other techniques, must take into account the consumption of electrical energy, for example, while providing a level of performance that meets the requirements of SLAs (service level agreements). In our work, we focus on an architecture configuration to manage virtual machines in a data center, in order to optimize the consumption of energy, and meet SLAs's constraints at the same time, by grafting a tracing component of the multiple consolidation plans that leads to an optimal configuration to finally give the order of the migration machinery to a minimum number of servers switched on, knowing that VMs (virtual machines) that coexist in the same server, are at risk of congestion and interference.  相似文献

E-commerce (business-to-consumer electronic commerce), one form of which is Web-based shopping, is defined as electronic-based economic transactions conducted between individual consumers and organizations. While this form of ecommerce is forecasted to grow rapidly for the foreseeable future, it still represents only a small fraction of total consumer spending. To better take advantage and be prepared for this economic phenomenon, organizations need to identify and understand factors that may impact consumers' decisions to engage in Web-based e-commerce. In this paper, an adaptive neural network sensorless control scheme is introduced for permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs). The control strategy consists of an adaptive speed controller that capitalizes on the machine’s inverse model to achieve accurate tracking, two artificial neural networks (ANNs) for currents control, and an ANN-based observer for speed estimation to overcome the drawback associated with the use of mechanical sensors while the rotor position is obtained by the estimated rotor speed direct integration to reduce the effect of the system noise. A Lyapunov stability-based ANN learning technique is also proposed to insure the ANNs’ convergence and stability. Unlike other sensorless control strategies, no a priori offline training, weights initialization, voltage transducer, or mechanical parameters knowledge is required. Results for different situations highlight the performance of the proposed controller in transient, steady-state, and standstill conditions.  相似文献

This article proposes an adaptive and modified Perturb and Observe (P&O) maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm, using fuzzy logic step size controller, for a wind energy conversion system (WECS) based on wound rotor synchronous generator. The modified P&O controller uses additional current information of the dc-link, to decrease power oscillation around MPP, and choose the correct direction of the perturbation, while wind speed increase condition, depending on the sign of dc-link current change. So, in this contribution, a modified drift-free P&O algorithm was chosen because it gives better results, but the duty cycle step size in the proposed MPPT controller has been varied adaptively, using a fuzzy logic inference system based on the variation of the rectifier output power and the previous change of the duty cycle to get fast convergence until the MPP is reached in increasing and decreasing wind speed conditions. Performances and robustness of the proposed speed sensorless MPPT controller are evaluated in an experiment implementation, using a WECS emulator and dSpace DS1104 controller board, where experimental results show that the proposed method guarantees fast convergence with better energy quality and high robustness against speed or load change conditions.  相似文献
