Core/shell hybridized nanocrystals composed of Ag nanoparticle core and polydiacetylene shell were fabricated successfully by means of “co-reprecipitation/microwave irradiation method”. The hybridized nanocrystals were characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation and UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. UV–vis spectral measurements revealed that polydiacetylene shell was the red phase while π-conjugated backbone is distorted. Detailed mechanism of formation of the red phase was discussed. 相似文献

Transient temperature and thermal-stress distributions arising in an infinite long composite hollow circular cylinder subjected to internal heat generation decaying exponentially along the wall thickness resulting from γ-ray radiation are analyzed, under the thermal conditions of cooling by convection on the inner surface and insulation on the outer surface. Numerical calculations of the transient temperature and thermal-stress distributions are carried out for the case of a composite cylinder of stainless steel and carbon steel. Poly(butylene succinate-co-butylene adipate) (PBSA)-degrading bacterium, strain 1-A, was isolated from soil. Strain 1-A was identified as Bacillus pumilus on the basis of its physiological properties and partial 16S rRNA gene sequence. Strain 1-A also degraded poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) and poly(epsilon-caprolactone). On the other hand, poly(butylene adipate terephthalate) and poly(lactic acid) were minimally degraded by strain 1-A. The NMR spectra of degradation products from PBSA indicated that the adipate units were more rapidly degraded than 1,4-butanediol and succinate units. This seems to be one of the reasons why strain 1-A degraded PBSA faster than PBS. 相似文献

This study describes the development of a novel reproducible molecularly imprinted quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor for the accurate and sensitive analysis of the residue of enrofloxacin (ENRO) in animal-derived foods. This proposed sensor was easily fabricated by directly immobilizing molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) of ENRO on the surface of a QCM Au chip, which combined the advantages of selective recognition from the MIP with the high sensitivity and portability of a QCM sensor. The parameters in the fabrication and measurement process were optimized and discussed in detail. It was verified that the MIP-modified QCM Au chip performed favorably for the detection of ENRO residue in common animal-derived food products and demonstrated acceptable accuracy (recovery: pure milk 77.2–84.2%, egg 77.3–85.6%, chicken muscle 73.5–89.1%, pork 74.7–85.8%), precision (relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 3), pure milk 2.9–8.0%, egg 2.9–6.4%, chicken muscle 3.4–6.8%, pork 2.2–4.7%), and sensitivity (limit of detection, pure milk 0.31 μg L?1, egg 0.44 μg kg?1, chicken muscle 0.54 μg kg?1, pork 0.57 μg kg?1). The MIP-modified QCM Au chip for sensing ENRO was portable, could be stored for an extended period of time, and reused for more than 30 analysis cycles with a response attenuation of 7.8%. These results have demonstrated that the proposed MIP QCM sensor presents an accurate, sensitive, rapid, and low-cost methodology for ENRO residue detection in animal foods. The mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) consisting zeolitic-imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) nanoparticles in a polymer have been of considerable interest in separation applications. The fillers used are mostly synthesized using the solvothermal method. In this study, the ZIF-8 nanoparticles were synthesized using a solvent-less and salt-free mechanochemical method and were added to 6FDA-TrMPD polyimide to prepare MMMs. The single gas permeation of C3H6 and C3H8 through the MMMs was investigated. The C3H6 permeability and C3H6/C3H8 ideal selectivity of a 20 wt% mechano-synthesized ZIF-8/6FDA-TrMPD MMM were 70% and 32% higher than those of the neat polymer membrane at 0.1 MPa and 308 K, respectively. The C3H6/C3H8 separation performance of the mechano-synthesized ZIF-8 MMM was similar to that of the conventional solvothermal-synthesized ZIF-8 MMM. This separation performance was in good agreement with the Maxwell model. Temperature and pressure dependence analyses confirmed that the mechano-synthesized ZIF-8 nanoparticles acted as molecular sieves in the MMMs for the C3H6 and C3H8 permeation. 相似文献

Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of SiC ceramics at temperatures >1400°C were obtained using a laser ultrasonics method that included a Fabry-Pérot interferometer (LUFP). At temperatures <1000°C, Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio measured using the LUFP method agreed well with those measured using standard contact methods, such as the resonance method and the ultrasonic pulse method. These results showed that the LUFP method is a powerful tool for measuring high-temperature elastic properties of advanced ceramics in a noncontact manner. 相似文献

In order to understand mechanisms of oculomotor control systems, an oculomotor model based on eye's anatomical structure and physiological mechanism is developed. In this model, various types of eye movements are considered, and two learning systems, one based on adaptive characteristics of flocculus and the other on vestibular nuclei's are developed. The role of neural paths from ocular muscle stretch receptors into flocculus, which were thought to not contribute in eye movement, is discussed in detail from the viewpoint of system control engineering.
