采用电镜分析、反相色谱、毛细管流变仪和布拉本达塑性仪研究了由锦西化工研究院生产的PVC管用树脂的颗粒形貌、比表面积、流变性能和加工速率。结果表明,该树脂和疏松型树脂的形貌呈棉桃状不同,外形为球状,比表面积较大,约比普通SG-5型树脂增加1倍,最高可达1.007m^2/g;在从低剪切到高剪切速率范围内,该树脂的表观粘度均比SG-5型树脂低,不论是采用粒料还是粉料挤出,在聚合度相同时,该树脂的挤出速率  相似文献

A method has been developed to suppress the decomposition of propylene carbonate (PC) by coating graphite electrode foil with a layer of silver. Results from electrochemical impedance measurements show that the Ag-coated graphite electrode presents lower charge transfer resistance and faster diffusion of lithium ions in comparison with the virginal one. Cyclic voltammograms and discharge-charge measurements suggest that the decomposition of propylene carbonate and co-intercalation of solvated lithium ions are prevented, and lithium ions can reversibly intercalate into and deintercalate from the Ag-coated graphite electrode. These results indicate that Ag-coating is a good way to improve the electrochemical performance of graphitic carbon in PC-based electrolyte solutions.  相似文献

The infrared reflectance and transmission spectra of amorphous CdGe x As2 were investigated to study the amorphous structure with varying Ge content. The mid-infrared optical absorption edges of amorphous CdGe x As2 with 0<x<1.2, were observed in the range 1.6–1.7 m, indicating a structural similarity in short-range order throughout. Comparing the reflectance and transmission spectra of amorphous and devitrified crystalline phases established that the structures of amorphous CdGe x As2 transformed from the CdAs2 basic structure to the chalcopyrite (CdGeAs2) structure, as one progressed fromx=0 tox=1.2. The infrared spectra were interpreted interactively with radial distribution function, magnetic susceptibility, density measurements, and crystallization studies. The crystallization behaviour of amorphous CdGe x As2 that was heat treated at different temperatures was investigated using far-infrared transmission spectra.  相似文献

A wake-up receiver with high energy efficiency and low power consumption is proposed for solving the power consuming problems of wireless nodes communication in the Internet of Things. The proposed wake-up receiver based on the wake-up mechanism can effectively schedule the network nodes communication, and use the simple envelope detection structure to achieve frequency down-conversion, which can flexibly manage energy and reduce power consumption. Based on UMC 65nm CMOS process technology, the wake-up receiver is designed and simulated. The results show that it can achieve S11 of -21dBm and a sensitivity of -75dBm at a data rate of 1Mb/s, when operating at the central frequency of 780MHz and input signal adopting an on-off keying (OOK) modulation, and the power consumption is 82μW at 1.2V voltage supply.  相似文献

以NaY、液相Ce离子交换改性的Y型分子筛(L-CeY)为研究对象,运用N2吸附、XRD、NH3-TPD和Py-FTIR等实验方法表征两种Y型分子筛的物化性能。采用频率响应技术(FR)和智能重量分析仪(IGA)研究噻吩在两种分子筛上的吸附行为,并考察噻吩在稀土离子改性Y型分子筛上的不同吸附作用模式。结果表明,频率响应技术能够有效识别分子筛孔道内发生的不同传质过程。噻吩在NaY分子筛上的吸附行为较为简单,存在孔道吸附和π电子相互作用两种吸附过程;而在L-CeY分子筛上吸附行为较为复杂,同时存在孔道吸附和"S-M"吸附等多种吸附过程,另外,在高温条件下,还存在复杂的催化反应过程。  相似文献

该文提出了一种可以广泛应用于四阶PDE曲面的裁剪方法。利用PDE的参数域内的曲线在曲面上投影,得到所求裁剪曲面的边界曲线,然后通过边界曲线的导矢与曲面在边界曲线处的法向量得到边界曲线处的跨界导矢,最后以求得的裁剪曲面的边界曲线以及裁剪曲面在边界曲线处的跨界导矢为PDE曲面的边界条件,用四阶的PDE曲面方程求得PDE裁剪曲面。  相似文献

Bioglass (BG) possesses excellent bioactivity and has been widely used in the manufacture of biomaterials. In this study, a composite with different surface bioactivity was fabricated via in situ melting polymerization by incorporating BG and poly(amino acid) (PAA) at a suitable ratio. The structure of the composite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and XRD. The compressive strength of the BG/PAA composites was 139 MPa (BG:PAA = 30:70). The BG/PAA composites were degradable, and higher BG in composite showed higher weight loss after 4 weeks of incubation in simulated body fluid. In addition, the BG/PAA composite maintained adequate residual compressive strength during the degradation period. The SEM results showed the differences in surface bioactivities of the composites directly, and 30BG/PAA composite showed thicker apatite layer and higher Ca/p than 15BG/PAA. in vitro MG-63 cell culture experiments showed that the composite was noncytotoxic and thus allows cells to adhere, proliferate, and differentiate. This indicates that the composite has good biocompatibility. The implantations in the bone defects of rabbits for 4 and 12 weeks were studied. The composites had good biocompatibility and were capable of guiding new bone formation without causing any inflammation. The composite may be successfully used in the development of bone implants.  相似文献
