为了保证矿体的安全开采,采用有限差分程序FLAC3D模拟桂家冲铁(铜)矿矿体开采对地表的影响,计算了矿体开采过程中不同区域的地表及建筑物的变形量,并参照我国评判建筑物破坏等级的标准进行评判。模拟结果表明:岩层移动是一个自下而上传递的动态过程。采取合理的采矿方法才是控制地表沉降、防止地面建筑物变形和破坏的有效途径,同时提出了相应的开采工艺和建筑结构的技术防范措施。  相似文献

This paper is conceived as a tutorial on rotation averaging, summarizing the research that has been carried out in this area; it discusses methods for single-view and multiple-view rotation averaging, as well as providing proofs of convergence and convexity in many cases. However, at the same time it contains many new results, which were developed to fill gaps in knowledge, answering fundamental questions such as radius of convergence of the algorithms, and existence of local minima. These matters, or even proofs of correctness have in many cases not been considered in the Computer Vision literature. We consider three main problems: single rotation averaging, in which a single rotation is computed starting from several measurements; multiple-rotation averaging, in which absolute orientations are computed from several relative orientation measurements; and conjugate rotation averaging, which relates a pair of coordinate frames. This last is related to the hand-eye coordination problem and to multiple-camera calibration.  相似文献

A simulation model based on self-consistent mean field theory (SCMFT) has been developed to inspect the approaching process of the polymer chain grafted AFM tip to a substrate. The effects of various controlling parameters, such as grafting position, chain number, chain length, as well as solvent- and substrate-chain interactions, on the force curve were investigated. Real force spectroscopy of AFM tips modified by poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) chains interacting with the fresh mica has been recorded, and several typical types of the force curves that correspond to the different states of the grafting chain were assorted. The simulations fit the experimental results well, providing a strong support to the model.  相似文献

In this work, a series of porous terpolymers with degrees of crosslinking at 30–65% were synthesized by suspension polymerization. Fe3O4 nanoparticles were used to modify the porous terpolymer with degree of crosslinking at 30%. The resulting terpolymers with mean pore size of 10–30 nm were used as supports for immobilization of cellulases through covalent bondings. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravity analysis measurements demonstrated that cellulases were immobilized onto the porous terpolymers. The effects of pH and temperature on enzyme activity were investigated in acetate buffer medium by hydrolysis of sodium carboxymethyl celluloses. The reusability of immobilized cellulases was also investigated. The result showed that immobilized cellulases exhibited higher residual activities and enzyme activities than free cellulases in wide ranges of pH and temperature. We also found that the reusability of cellulases immobilized on terpolymers with magnetism was better than that of cellulases immobilized on terpolymers without magnetism. POLYM. ENG.
