238C防盗报警系统的改进

漯河中波台自安装238C防盗报警系统以来,多次出现误报现象,严重影响了发射及其他工作的正常进行。首先对该系统的工作原理进行了简单介绍,然后对误报故障现象进行了分析、处理,并改进了电路设计中存在的不足。改进后的运行数据表明,系统误报率明显下降,达到了预期的目的。最后,对本系统的设计提出了进一步完善的建议。     

Reduced-rate retransmissions for spread-spectrum packet radio multimedia networks

A reduced-rate retransmission (RRR) scheme is proposed for improving the throughput performance of spread-spectrum packet radio networks. The scheme takes advantages of the available multi-rate scalable source coding techniques. It assumes that several versions of a data packet with different sizes (number of information bits) are available. The transmission of a packet starts from its full-size version. If the full-size version is not correctly received, its half-size version is used in the retransmission. If further retransmissions are needed, the quarter-size version and so on are used. The shrunk packets are transmitted either in a minislot if the processing gain is kept the same, or occupying a slot duration by increasing the processing gain proportionally. In both cases, the effective signal to interference ratio for a packet is increased. As a result, the system throughput is improved. Theoretical and numerical results are provided in this paper which illustrate the throughput improvement. Another advantage of the proposed RRR scheme is that the packet-size reduction provides finer granules for link adaptation. Therefore, it is especially suitable for multimedia applications for which codes of variable rate for the source data are available and which can tolerate gracefully degraded quality of service. The performance of the proposed scheme in fading channels is also addressed.     

用DSP实现多目标实时跟踪

介绍了在 TMS3 2 0 C62 0 3上实现 4个目标的快速跟踪技术。为了提高实时性和精确度 ,采用线性汇编优化实现。1个 3 2 0× 160主窗口的 DSP平均处理时间为 2 m s,3个 60× 60副窗口的 DSP平均处理时间各为 0 .4ms,实现了复杂背景下低对比度目标的快速跟踪。实验结果证明跟踪效果良好 ,解决了以前窗口开不大、跟踪速度慢的问题     

Magnetic Properties of Fe-Doped Rutile

Ball-milling method was applied to dissolve Fe into titanium dioxide (TiO₂). X-ray diffraction indicated the starting anatase changed to a rutile-type structure with oxygen deficiency after ball milling. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray absorption experiments were conducted to examine the possible existence of magnetic impurities in the ball-milled powders after they were leached in HCl solutions. Temperature dependence of the resistivity shows semiconducting behavior and the magnetic hysteresis loops at 5 and 300 K exhibit ferromagnetic characteristics. Fe-doped TiO₂ films were also prepared by pulsed laser deposition. The magnetic properties of the films are discussed.     

Performance limitation due to statistical Raman crosstalk in a WDM system with multiple-wavelength bidirectionally pumped Raman amplification

A general theoretical model of statistical Raman crosstalk and its impact on system performance in a multiwavelength bidirectionally pumped Raman fiber amplifier (RFA) is developed for the first time, where we have taken modulation statistics, dispersion-induced pulse walk-off and signal-induced pump depletion into account. Two kinds of statistical Raman crosstalk, from signal-induced forward-pump depletion and from signal-signal Raman interaction, are included in one model. Formulas for normalized Raman crosstalk, Raman crosstalk-induced relative intensity noise spectral density, and its variance and system performance impact in terms of Q penalty are presented for both a single-span system and a dispersion-compensated multispan wavelength-division-multiplexed (WDM) link. Based on these formulas, we numerically investigate the impact of Raman crosstalk on system performance in a three-wavelengths bidirectionally pumped 40 /spl times/ 40-Gb/s WDM system for various fiber types. In addition, Raman crosstalk in a four-wavelength bidirectionally pumped RFA was experimentally measured. The results agree well with our theory.     

Optical-transmission characteristics of optical-fiber cables and installed optical-fiber cable networks for WDM systems

Many cables containing 1.3-/spl mu/m zero-dispersion single-mode (SM) optical fibers are installed in trunk and access networks. Recently, there have been a number of studies on wavelength-division-multiplexing (WDM) systems designed to increase transmission capacity and flexibility. If we can construct WDM systems using SM optical-fiber cable networks designed to transmit using wavelengths in the 1.3-/spl mu/m window (O-band), this will prove very effective in reducing construction costs. It is therefore important to examine the wavelength dependence of the transmission characteristics of SM optical-fiber cables and networks that have already been installed and in which several optical fibers are joined. In this paper, we describe the measured optical characteristics of SM optical-fiber cables and installed optical-fiber cable networks at various wavelengths. The optical characteristics were stable in the 1.46 to 1.625-/spl mu/m wavelength range and we confirmed that the installed SM optical-fiber cable networks could be used for WDM system applications.

一种二元域上的快速计算哈希函数

论文从映射的角度,将哈希函数分为三类:严格哈希函数、计算哈希函数和实用哈希函数。在此基础上,根据二元域上二次方程x2 x c=0的部分不可解的性质,构造了一种计算哈希函数,它满足单向性和一一对应性,同时具有运算速度快的优点。
