Traditionally the usage of a tuned mass damper (TMD) is to improve the survivability of the primary structure under an extraordinary loading environment while the design loading condition is often described by a harmonic function, or sometimes by a stationary random process that can be fully characterized by a power spectral density (PSD) function. In contrast, this paper considers the environmental loading to be a long-term nonstationary stochastic process characterized by a probabilistic PSD function. One engineering motivation to design a TMD under a long-term random loading condition is for prolonging the fatigue life of the primary structure. The primary contribution of this study is to provide the theoretical framework for designing a TMD that can optimally minimize structural fatigue damage.  相似文献

Cancer is a heterogeneous disease characterized by changes in the levels and activities of important cellular proteins, including oncogenes and tumor suppressors. Genetic mutations cause changes in protein activity and protein expression levels that result in the altered metabolism, proliferation, and metastasis seen in cancer cells. The identification of the critical biochemical changes in cancer has led to advances in its detection and treatment. An important example of this is the measurement of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), where increased expression occurs in approximately 20–30% of breast cancer tumors. HER2 is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor family and is an important biomarker expressed on the cell surface. Measurement of the HER2 levels in tumor cells provides diagnostic, prognostic, and treatment information, because a targeted therapeutic is available. The most common methods to measure HER2 levels are immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization assays. The accurate and reliable measurements of the specific changes in protein biomarkers for detection and treatment of cancer are important challenges. This review is focused on efforts to improve the quantitation and reliability of cancer biomarkers by using standards and reference materials.  相似文献

近年,由Henriques等人提出的核化相关滤波算法(KCF算法)在算法规模、复杂度、性能等方面表现优越.本文以KCF算法为核心,提出并设计了一种基于DSP的目标跟踪系统.硬件方面,本文设计实现了一套完整独立的硬件平台;软件方面,本文提出一系列针对DSP的算法优化方法,使优化后的KCF算法能够满足重要的工程指标要求.结果表明,系统在工程环境中表现良好,跟踪角速度可达20度/秒,平均帧率25 fps,跟踪准确率较高,为计算机视觉领域内的各类算法的嵌入式应用提供参考.  相似文献

A novel multi-channel satellite cloud image fusion algorithm constructed in the tetrolet transform domain is proposed. Tetrolet is successfully applied in image denoising, image sparse representation, and image restoration. In this paper, tetrolet transform was introduced into the field of satellite cloud image fusion since its sparse degree is high. Tetrolet can describe the geometric structure feature of the satellite cloud image very well. First, tetrolet transform must be implemented into the multi-channel satellite cloud images to obtain low- and high-frequency coefficients and corresponding covering distribution values. Then, a Laplacian pyramid algorithm must be used to decompose the low-frequency portion in the tetrolet domain by averaging the values of its top layer and taking the maximum absolute values of the other layers. While reconstruction is implemented in this stage, the algorithm takes the maximum standard deviation of the high-frequency parts for each block in the tetrolet domain. Last, an inverse tetrolet transform must be used to obtain the final fused image. This paper compares the proposed image fusion algorithm to three similar image fusion algorithms: the curvelet image fusion algorithm, the non-subsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) image fusion algorithm, and the tetrolet image fusion algorithm. Mutual information, joint entropy, mean structural similarity (MSSIM), standard deviation, and average relative deviation are used as objective criteria to evaluate the quality of the fused images. In order to verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm, the fusion cloud image is used to determine the centre location of eye and non-eye typhoons. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm performs well when fusing the information in multi-channel satellite cloud images and improves the precision of locating the typhoon’s centre. The proposed algorithm’s comprehensive performance is superior to similar image fusion algorithms.  相似文献

采集近海水域水样,采用固相萃取技术,在pH<2的条件下,选用ENVI-18柱对水样中目标有机物进行有效吸附,用CH2Cl2洗脱并收集洗脱液,经氮吹至一定体积后用GC-MS测定.测定了不同水文期和潮期的水样,共检出100多种有机污染物,其中杂环类、酚、醇、酯、脂肪烃等是江水中主要污染物,说明沿江企业存在一定的乱排放现象.  相似文献

随着现代企业应用开发的规模越来越大,系统的性能与可伸缩性对系统的成败起着越来越重要的作用。在整个分层的企业级应用架构中,数据库层的访问速度通常会成为整个系统的瓶颈。采用Cache技术将已访问的数据缓存在应用层,从而减少数据库访问的负载量,可以使系统的性能与可伸缩性得到根本性的提高。在吸取了前人Cache开发经验的基础上,我们设计了DartCache,它是一套基于哈希表的分布式Cache系统。经实验证明,DartCache使系统的性能与可伸缩性都得到了根本性的提高。  相似文献

对苦楝籽油的理化性质和脂肪酸组成进行了分析.将样品进行甲酯化处理后,用GC-MS方法分析鉴定出各种脂肪酸成分及其相对含量.结果表明,苦楝籽油的主要脂肪酸为棕榈酸7.17%、硬脂酸4.16%、油酸25.72%、亚油酸62.47%、花生酸0.24%、花生一烯酸0.23%.  相似文献
