使用亲水性C18硅胶反相色谱柱同时分离测定红茶中11种有机酸。经ACCHROM XAqua C18 柱(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm)分离,以0.1%三氟乙酸-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25 ℃,检测波长214 nm。在此条件下11种有机酸可在13 min内实现基线分离,平均为回收率为92.07%~101.64%,相对标准偏差为0.54%~1.93%,各有机酸线性相关系数r >0.9986。对不同产地6个红茶样品进行测定,云南凤庆红茶样品有机酸含量最高(668.62 mg/L),锡兰红茶样品含量最低(386.67 mg/L);红茶有机酸以草酸为主,含量范围在119.67~193.18mg/L;乳酸(0~193.43 mg/L)和乙酸(36.62~193.98 mg/L)含量在不同产地红茶样品中相对差异较大。  相似文献

近年,由Henriques等人提出的核化相关滤波算法(KCF算法)在算法规模、复杂度、性能等方面表现优越.本文以KCF算法为核心,提出并设计了一种基于DSP的目标跟踪系统.硬件方面,本文设计实现了一套完整独立的硬件平台;软件方面,本文提出一系列针对DSP的算法优化方法,使优化后的KCF算法能够满足重要的工程指标要求.结果表明,系统在工程环境中表现良好,跟踪角速度可达20度/秒,平均帧率25 fps,跟踪准确率较高,为计算机视觉领域内的各类算法的嵌入式应用提供参考.  相似文献

The development of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes is determined by various factors, including defects within the insulin signaling pathway. Mediators of insulin resistance operate through activation of various protein kinase C isoforms, IκB kinase β (IKKβ), and/or c‐Jun N‐terminal kinase, and subsequent inhibition of the proximal insulin signaling pathway via the insulin receptor substrate 1 and Akt. These mechanisms are still largely unresolved because of the complexity of the molecular events. In this study, an expression and activation state profiling of multiple known key signaling biomolecules involved in insulin metabolic and mitogenic signaling pathways was evaluated using a phosphospecific antibody array platform. The results of the arrayed antibodies were verified by the multiplexed bead array assay and conventional Western blot analysis, and confirmed the well‐known inhibitory effects of phorbol esters on insulin signaling pathway activation. Of interest, the increase in protein kinase C signaling responses with phorbol esters was associated with activation of the lipid phosphatase PTEN and a 27 kDa HSP. Thus, this insulin signaling antibody array provides a powerful and effective way to investigate the mechanism of insulin resistance and likely assist the development of innovative therapeutic drugs for type 2 diabetes.  相似文献

The effect of microbial easily degradable substrate (MEDS) on the anaerobic degradation of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in two upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactors was investigated. The results indicated that glucose-utilizing activity decreased with the increase of PCP concentration in the mixed culture, and MEDS promoted PCP-dechlorination and degrading activities. The concentration of MEDS increased from 917 to 4580 mg L(-1) with the increase of PCP concentration from 100 to 181 mg L(-1)in influent, which was necessary for maintenance of steady operation of the experimental reactors, the removal rate of PCP and COD ranged up to 99.5 and 90.0% and the concentration of PCP in the effluent was less than 0.5 mg L(-1). The concentration of PCP in effluent was linearly or logarithmically related to sucrose concentration in the influent while PCP was less than the maximum permissible PCP concentration. The activity of anaerobic sludge in the reactor decreased as the concentration of PCP increased, but it could be recovered step by step as time progressed. In the lowest layer of the reactor, the activity of sludge was the highest. So it is feasible to accelerate the degradation of the organic toxic compounds like PCP, by adding suitable quantities of microbial easily degradable substrate to the system.  相似文献

With a high theoretical capacity, the MnS anode, however, exhibits a rather complex sodium diffusion kinetics and poor mechanical stability that hinder its application in sodium-ion batteries (SIBs). In this work, a simple, economical, and scalable strategy is developed to inherently coat nanoporous MnS with a 3D N, S co-doped thin carbon layer by using commercially available MnCO3 as precursors. Specifically, the strategy involves a two-step annealing process, which converts the MnCO3 microparticles into nanoporous Mn2O3 and MnS step by step. The 3D N, S codoped carbon layer is in situ formed during the second annealing process by first coating the nanoporous Mn2O3 with a polyaniline layer. Due to the inherent 3D carbon protection and the strong electronic interaction between N, S dopants and MnS, the N, S codoped carbon protected MnS obtained at 900 °C (NS-C@MnS-900) anode displays a high specific capacity of 845 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1, which is higher than all reported MnS-based SIB anodes. It also shows an outstanding cyclability and rate performance, maintaining a stable capacity of ≈493 mAh g−1 after 1300 cycles at 10 A g−1, which is also the best according to knowledge. These exceptional electrochemical performances and the scalable/simple/low-cost synthesis make the NS-C@MnS-900 attractive for industry application.  相似文献
