The increasing number of Intellectual Property (IP) cores challenges the traditional electrical Network on Chip (NoC). Silicon nanophotonics becomes a leading technology because of offering several benefits for NoC. Also, On-chip services, including guaranteed service and best-effort service, have different traffic characteristics. This has an important influence on the performance of NoC. This paper proposes a hybrid packet-circuit switched router for optical Network on Chip (ONoC). It can support optical circuit switching (OCS) and optical packet switching (OPS) in parallel and simultaneously, in order to optimize the performance of the network with both services. According to the simulation results, the proposed architecture achieves lower latency and higher throughput than the traditional architectures in the same network scale. 相似文献

With the number of CPU cores on a processor chip increasing rapidly, conventional electronic interconnects for core-to-core communication have run into a bottleneck. Recently, rapid development has been achieved for photonic technologies, which makes optical network on chip become an emerging solution to breakthrough electronic interconnect limitations. Multistage optical network on chips (MONoCs), by adopting multiple stages in the architecture, have great potentials to achieve the advantages of energy efficiency, high performance and scalability. To benefit from these advantages, we design a novel system-level model for MONoCs, which allows us to evaluate the performance by modeling and analyzing the latency, loss and crosstalk. The model is validated by simulation, which demonstrates that we can identify and predict some potential problems, such as latency jitter and asymmetry insertion loss distribution. Results show that our proposed model can provide insightful guidance for designing multistage optical network on chip. 相似文献

为弄清谷氨酰胺酶(TG)催化交联前、后大米蛋白对大米淀粉理化特性的影响,测定淀粉的膨胀系数与溶解度、直链淀粉溢出率。采用红外光谱法、可见分光光度法、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、快速粘度分析仪(RVA)等技术手段分析淀粉共混体系的结构特征和功能特性。结果表明,蛋白在TG酶催化下对淀粉的结构、消化率与其它功能特性均有显著影响,且大米蛋白与淀粉二者间相互作用增强,表现为:大米淀粉的膨胀系数由13.24 g/g降至最低,为7.02 g/g,其直链淀粉溢出量降低38.7%。在TG酶作用下,随着蛋白含量的增加,淀粉短程有序结构的稳定性逐渐增强。添加量为10%的蛋白在TG酶的催化下对淀粉消化性减轻效果更好。TG酶作用前、后蛋白对淀粉的热特性影响不大,而其糊化特性参数均明显下降,黏度也显著降低。TG酶催化蛋白使得淀粉颗粒网络结构更加致密且聚集。结论:TG酶催化交联蛋白对淀粉的改性效果显著。 相似文献

Isomalto‐oligosaccharides (IMO) belong to a group of prebiotics that can significantly increase the number of protective gut microflora. A one‐step method using neopullulanase (NPN) in conjunction with saccharifying α‐amylase (SAA) for the bioconversion of rice starch into IMO was investigated. Purified rice starch slurry (30% w/w) was mixed with NPN (3.5 U g?1 starch substrate) and SAA (6.5 U g?1 starch substrate) and the slurry was incubated at 57 °C for 92 h under constant stirring. The carbohydrate composition of the resulting syrup was analysed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the dextrose equivalent (DE) determined by titration. The amount of IMO in the syrup reached maximum (59.2%, dry basis) after 72 h of bioconversion. The concentration of glucose and maltose, which were the main carbohydrate residues of the IMO syrup, was 25.5% while the concentration of other oligosaccharide residues was about 1.0%. The results demonstrate that rice starch is a suitable matrix for producing IMO syrup and the one‐step conversion procedure appears to be an efficient method for converting starch into IMO syrup. 相似文献
