在0.2%C的钢板中通过最佳的硅和锰含量的配合和最佳的热轧工艺,利用残留奥氏体转变诱导塑性,开发了拉伸强度和总延伸率(TS×EI=30000)都很高的800MPa级高强度热轧钢板。为了得到高含量的残留奥氏体,终轧温度和卷取温度是极其重要的因素,硅含量超过1.0%以后,由于从贝氏体+珠光体到贝氏体铁素体第二相的变化,导致残留奥氏体量的大幅度提高。0.2%C——2.0%Si——1.5%Mn钢可获得残留奥氏体含量最高,拉伸强度和延伸率的性能配合得最好。当锰含量超过1.5%时,由于在应变过程的早期阶段残留奥氏体发生转变,出现马氏体,残留奥氏体对延伸率的影响变化。  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to examine (1) the influence of 10 days of prolonged walking on plasma total-cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) concentrations, (2) the effect of age on any changes in plasma cholesterol and lipoprotein concentration, and (3) whether any changes in cholesterol and lipoprotein concentrations are correlated to the participants' physical activity level (PAL). Seventeen male participants were divided into two groups according to their age. The nine participants in group 1 constituted the younger group (age 24 +/- 3 (SD) years), whereas eight older participants were in group 2 (age 56 +/- 3 years). Both groups completed 10 consecutive days of high-intensity hill walking. Mean (range) daily distances and ascent were 21 km (10-35 km) and 1,160 m (800-2,540 m), respectively. Identical distances and ascents were covered by each group. For each participant, PAL was calculated from energy expenditure, assessed by the doubly-labeled water technique, divided by the individual's basal metabolic rate. Venous blood was sampled immediately prior to, and following, the 10 consecutive days of walking. Following these 10 days, the older group showed a greater decrease in both TC (-25 +/- 11% vs. -10 +/- 11%; P < 0.05) and LDL-C (-26 +/- 12% vs. -4 +/- 13%; P < 0.05) when compared with the young. Likewise, the older group showed a greater increase in HDL-C (38 +/- 15%; P < 0.05), after the 10 days, whereas no significant change was evident in the younger group. In the older participants, there were strong positive relationships between PAL and the decreases in TC (r = 0.79, P < 0.05) and LDL-C (r = 0.74, P < 0.05). Conversely, in the younger group there were strong negative relationships between PAL and the decreases in TC (r = -0.74, P < 0.05) and LDL-C (r = -0.86, P < 0.01). These correlations persisted when changes in lipid concentrations were corrected for changes in plasma volume. These data suggest an 'age-dependant' threshold for PAL, rather than a specific exercise intensity or duration, may be critical for inducing favourable changes in HDL-C, LDL-C and TC.  相似文献

A patient with end-stage renal disease presented with reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome (RSDS) on her left hand 1 month after arteriovenous fistula (AVF) surgery. Magnetic resonance angiography revealed steal syndrome at the AVF level. Bone scintigraphy revealed early-stage RSDS. We considered that arterial insufficiency because of steal phenomenon following AVF surgery and underlying occlusive arterial disease triggered RSDS development.  相似文献

Samples of psoas major and minor muscles were randomly collected weekly from 203 (99 hot and 104 cool seasons) Omani goats, 215 (106 hot and 109 cool seasons) Omani sheep, 212 (104 hot and 108 cool seasons) Somali goats, 242 (127 hot and 115 cool seasons) Somali sheep and 211 (110 hot and 101 cool seasons) Australian Merino sheep slaughtered at the Central Slaughterhouse in Oman to investigate the effect of season on meat quality. The collection period was during November 2004–October 2005 and divided into two seasons according to ambient temperatures and relative humidity. These were termed: cool season (average temperature of 21 °C and 59% relative humidity and hot season (average temperature of 35 °C and 47% relative humidity). Muscles collected during the hot season had significantly (P < 0.05) higher ultimate pH values (5.78) than those collected during the cool season (5.65). Myofibrillar fragmentation index was significantly (P < 0.05) higher for hot season samples (86.88%) than for cool season samples (85.59%). Expressed juice was significantly (P < 0.05) higher for cool season samples (36.84) than for hot season samples (35.74). Goat meat from the hot seasonal group was significantly (P < 0.05) darker than the cold season group based on L* (37.6 vs. 39.6), a* (20.0 vs. 23.3) and b* (3.6 vs. 4.2) colour measurements. These results indicated that high ambient temperatures had caused an increase in muscle ultimate pH leading to significant effects on meat quality.  相似文献

Multimedia environmental fate models are useful tools to investigate the long-term impacts of remediation measures designed to alleviate potential ecological and human health concerns in contaminated areas. Estimating and communicating the uncertainties associated with the model simulations is a critical task for demonstrating the transparency and reliability of the results. The Extended Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Test(Extended FAST) method for sensitivity analysis and Bayesian Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method for uncertainty analysis and model calibration have several advantages over methods typically applied for multimedia environmental fate models. Most importantly, the simulation results and their uncertainties can be anchored to the available observations and their uncertainties. We apply these techniques for simulating the historical fate of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) in the Grenland fjords, Norway, and for predicting the effects of different contaminated sediment remediation (capping) scenarios on the future levels of PCDD/Fs in cod and crab therein. The remediation scenario simulations show that a significant remediation effect can first be seen when significant portions of the contaminated sediment areas are cleaned up, and that increase in capping area leads to both earlier achievement of good fjord status and narrower uncertainty in the predicted timing for this.  相似文献

A methodology to obtain the most economical operational condition of membrane bioreactor (MBR) is developed. In order to achieve the optimum design parameters of MBR with which operational costs are minimized, aeration and sludge treatment costs were estimated for various operational conditions. Generally sludge treatment cost and aeration cost were inversely proportional to each other, which means sludge treatment cost is minimized when aeration cost is maximized and vice versa. Therefore, there might exist an optimum point between the two extreme cases. However, sludge treatment cost turned out to overwhelm the aeration cost over the reasonable operational conditions. Therefore, sludge minimization was considered to be a key for the economical operation of MBR. In the case of typical municipal wastewater of which COD was 400mgL(-1), steady-state MLSS was expected to increase from 11,000 to 15,000mg/L without sludge removal when HRT was decreasing from 16 to 12h. For the range of operational conditions considered in this study, economically optimum HRT and target MLSS were turned out to be 16h and 11,000mg/L, respectively. Under this condition, aeration for the biodegradation of organic matters would be 13.3m(3) air/min when influent was 1000m(3)/day.  相似文献

Fully exploiting the properties of graphene will require a method for the mass production of this remarkable material. Two main routes are possible: large-scale growth or large-scale exfoliation. Here, we demonstrate graphene dispersions with concentrations up to approximately 0.01 mg ml(-1), produced by dispersion and exfoliation of graphite in organic solvents such as N-methyl-pyrrolidone. This is possible because the energy required to exfoliate graphene is balanced by the solvent-graphene interaction for solvents whose surface energies match that of graphene. We confirm the presence of individual graphene sheets by Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. Our method results in a monolayer yield of approximately 1 wt%, which could potentially be improved to 7-12 wt% with further processing. The absence of defects or oxides is confirmed by X-ray photoelectron, infrared and Raman spectroscopies. We are able to produce semi-transparent conducting films and conducting composites. Solution processing of graphene opens up a range of potential large-area applications, from device and sensor fabrication to liquid-phase chemistry.  相似文献
