选择有代表性的 1 4种吸附和离子交换树脂进行了橄榄绿链霉菌E 86来源的木聚糖酶固定化试验 ,筛选出固定化效果较好的 72 4和D3 80两种树脂 ;对含伯氨基的离子交换树脂D3 80采用戊二醛进行交联固定化 ,研究了其固定化条件。结果表明 ,戊二醛浓度为1 % ,处理 3 0min ,加酶量为 0 8~ 1mL ,酶液pH 5 8,2 5℃ ,5~ 1 0h固定化处理效果最好 ,获得的固定化酶活力可达 64U/ g(载体 )。 相似文献

A micro‐grooved evaporator is composed of µm‐wide grooves on a heat transfer plate in which the inter‐line regions at the liquid–vapor meniscus of coolant become identifiable. The high‐heat performance of the evaporator is realized by this inter‐line region (ILR) where the liquid thin film reduces the thermal resistance on the heat transfer surface. In this report, we propose a numerical simulation model of heat and mass transfer in a single groove to predict its capillary force and heat flux. The capillary force performance (capillary‐rise length in a groove) of a single groove was measured for samples of varying width, superheat, and inclination. The performance was found to be a maximum at a specific groove width of 200–400 µm, which is in good agreement with the predicted results calculated by the proposed model. For a better prediction of capillary‐rise length, the effective capillary force and the effective flow resistance were considered. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The contribution of this paper is three-fold: first, we propose a novel scheme for generalized minor subspace extraction by extending an idea of dimension reduction technique. The key of this scheme is the reduction of the problem for extracting the ith (i ≥ 2) minor generalized eigenvector of the original matrix pencil to that for extracting the first minor generalized eigenvector of a matrix pencil of lower dimensionality. The proposed scheme can employ any algorithm capable of estimating the first minor generalized eigenvector. Second, we propose a pair of such iterative algorithms and analyze their convergence properties in the general case where the generalized eigenvalues are not necessarily distinct. Third, by using these algorithms inductively, we present adaptive implementations of the proposed scheme for estimating an orthonormal basis of the generalized minor subspace. Numerical examples show that the proposed adaptive subspace extraction algorithms have better numerical stability than conventional algorithms. 相似文献

Although many aspects of microchannel emulsification have been covered in literature, one major uncharted area is the effect
of viscosity of both phases on droplet size in the stable droplet generation regime. It is expected that for droplet formation
to take place, the inflow of the continuous phase should be sufficiently fast compared to the outflow of the liquid that is
forming the droplet. The ratio of the viscosities was therefore varied by using a range of continuous and dispersed phases,
both experimentally and computationally. At high viscosity ratio (η
d/η
c), the droplet size is constant; the inflow of the continuous phase is fast compared to the outflow of the dispersed phase.
At lower ratios, the droplet diameter increases, until a viscosity ratio is reached at which droplet formation is no longer
possible (the minimal ratio). This was confirmed and elucidated through CFD simulations. The limiting value is shown to be

The effect of thermal treatment to improve the metal adhesion into poly-(p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA), e.g. aramid fiber, has been investigated. After palladium(II)-hexafluoroacetylacetonate metal complex, Pd(hfac)2, seeding into the fiber using supercritical fluid carbon dioxide, scCO2, a post-thermal treatment was conducted. As a result, after carrying out electroless copper plating, the adhesive strength between polymer substrate and copper layer greatly increased. Also, in order to have a better comprehension on decomposition reactions of Pd(hfac)2 under supercritical conditions, remains of metal complex were analyzed using electron ionization mass spectrometry technique (EI-MS). EI-MS mass spectra derived from Pd(hfac)2 gave us useful information about its dissociation reactions and reaction temperature under supercritical conditions. Additionally, to verify the Pd particles seeding in the fiber surface, X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS) analyses were performed. The results confirmed that post-thermal treatment induced Pd particles diffusion and deeper penetration of Pd complex and its fragments into the fiber. 相似文献

The premelting behavior of bacterially synthesized polyester poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate), abbreviated as P(HB-co-HHx), was investigated by two-dimensional Fourier-transform infrared (2D FTIR) correlation spectroscopy. The temperature-dependent dynamic spectra were measured over a temperature range of 25–300°C. We focused our study on the thermally induced intensity fluctuations of bands for CO (1700–1760 cm−1), C H (2910–3010 cm−1) and C O C groups (1220–1310 cm−1) stretching vibrations. Changes of crystalline conformation due to the thermal perturbation could be detected by the intensity and location variations of those characteristic bands responding to the variations of dipole moments. 2D correlation analysis indicated that the appearance of fully amorphous component did not happen simultaneously with the disappearance of crystalline component, suggesting that there was an intermediate state between ordered crystalline and amorphous states in P(HB-co-HHx). © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Integral benchmark experiments with DT neutrons are not always sufficient for nuclear data benchmarking in the MeV region, below 10 MeV. A neutron spectrum shifter, which will be placed between a sample and a DT neutron source, is effective to moderate DT neutrons incident to the sample. In order to estimate effects of the spectrum shifter, the ratio of the contribution of 14 MeV neutrons in the leakage neutron and gamma-ray spectra was calculated with MCNP-4C for an experimental configuration at FNS of JAEA, Japan. The calculations were carried out for a Li2TiO3 sample with a Be, D2O, or 7LiD spectrum shifter. It was found out that the Be shifter was superior to others and the Be shifter was effective to decrease the contribution of 14 MeV neutrons especially for secondary gamma-ray spectrum measurements. 相似文献

A methodology for the analysis and design of fall sequences of robots that minimize joint/articulation injuries, and the damage of valuable body parts is proposed. These fall sequences can be activated/triggered by the robot in case of a detected unintentional fall or an intentional fall, which are common events in humanoid soccer environments. The methodology is human-based and requires the use of a realistic simulator as development tool. The obtained results show that fall sequences designed using the proposed method produce less damage than standard, uncontrolled falls. 相似文献
