An integrated Plate Mill has started it’s operation on July 7, 2010 in Gwangyang Steelworks, POSCO. The production capability is about 2.5 million tons per year and the main stream consists of Blast Furnace, Hot metal pretreatment (KR), Converter, Bubbling Station, RH/VTD and Continuous Casting. Particularly, it is possible to control sulfur concentration at excellent level in BOF without any further treatment in LF or VTD, which is attained by unique KR process and scrap usage strategy in BOF. In this paper, desulfurization efficiency and steel cleanliness was introduced by optimizing flux amount during tapping in BOF process. In addition, the effect of the flux addition on the refractory of ladle was investigated based on EPMA analyses with the viewpoint of phase diagram. A plastic plate with surface micro features was injection molded to investigate the effect of pressure rise of melt on the replication of the micro structures. Prism pattern, which is used in many optical applications, was selected as a model pattern. The prism pattern is 50 μm in pitch and 108° in the vertical angle. The overall size of the plate was 335 mm×213 mm and the thickness of the plate varied linearly from 2.6 mm to 0.7 mm. The prism pattern was firstly machined on the nickel plated core block using micro diamond tool and this machined pattern core was installed in a mold for injection molding of prism patterned plate. Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) was used as a molding material. The pressure and temperature of the melt in the cavity were measured at different positions in the cavity and the replication of the pattern was also measured at the same positions. The results show that the pressure or temperature profile through the process depends on the shape and the size of the plate. The replication is affected by the temperature and pressure profiles at the early stage of filling, which is right after the melt reaches the position to be measured. 相似文献

A multilevel PWM voltage source inverter, especially a five-level one, is introduced to obtain a static var compensator (SVC) as a large scale power source. The multilevel inverter has many advantages, such as better utilization of the switching devices, lower switching frequency at each semiconductor switch and reduced harmonics. In this paper, the SVC with five-level inverter is modelled using circuit DQ transformation and completely analysed including DC and AC characteristics. It is also pointed out that the modulation indexes depend on the values of the DC side capacitors to meet the DC side voltage balancing, Finally, through the experimental results from a 5kVA SVC, the validity of the analyses and the feasibility of the var compensation system are shown for high power applications. 相似文献

对机械合金化制备的玻璃工业中用作结构零件的Pt-5%ZrO2(体积分数)的进行表征。通过锆丝电爆炸法制备氧化锆(ZrO2)纳米颗粒(粒径100 nm),并在室温下与铂粉(粒径44?m)球磨2~72 h。普通球磨至48 h时,铂粒径遵循经典的递减趋势,至72 h时观测到颗粒团聚现象。晶粒尺寸演变规律与颗粒尺寸规律相似,48 h后减至50 nm左右。但是,铂晶粒的均方根应变规律相反,一直在增长,直至48 h时得到最大值,然后出现弛豫。粉末球磨48 h后,采用放电等离子体烧结制成块体。根据测量得到烧结体的质量损失表明:合金虽然相对密度较低,但有较好的热稳定性。 相似文献

Effect of Black Sea bream extracts on cytokine production in lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation
We investigated the effect of black sea bream extracts on changes in pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory
cytokines induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in murine splenocytes. The levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines
[interleukin (IL)-6, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), IL-12/IL-23(p40) and IL-17A] and anti-inflammatory cytokines
[IL-4, IL-10 and interferon-γ (IFN-γ)] were assessed. Incubation of murine splenocytes with acetone+methylene
chloride (A+M) and methanol (MeOH) extracts significantly decreased LPS-induced IL-6, IL-12/IL-23(p40) and
IL-17A productions after 6 h incubation (p < 0.05). The A+M and MeOH extracts significantly increased LPS-induced
IL-4 and IFN-γ productions at 48 and 72 h incubation (p < 0.05). Treatment with A+M extract resulted in
significantly higher IL-10 production in splenocytes after 72 h (p < 0.05). Conclusively, black sea bream extracts were
shown to be efficient in falling several pro-inflammatory cytokines while rising anti-inflammatory cytokines. Thus our

Comparative studies on the relationship between the welding parameters and joining efficiency in the friction welding of hybrid Al2O3-reinforced aluminum composites were conducted. Metal matrix composites (MMCs) with 37% (volume fraction) aluminum particle were joined by friction welding. The results show that the effects of the rotation speed on the reduction rate of particle size are greater than those of the upset pressure, and the area of the MMC weld zone decreases as the joining efficiency increases, while it is considered that the joining efficiency does not increase as the reduction rate of particle size decreases. During the macro-examination of the bonding interface, a gray discolored region was observed on the bonding interface, and the center of the region was dark gray. After the micro-examination of the bonding interface, base metal made some second particulate formed by condensed alumina particulate but discoloration part distributed minute alumina particulate without second particulate. Consequently, it was also observed that rotational speed of 3 000 r/min and upset pressure of 63.6 MPa showed a very good joint. 相似文献

An automated three-dimensional adaptive h-refinement strategy using the solid transition elements with variable midside nodes at edges and faces of the element is presented. The basic behaviour of these transition elements were improved by addition of associated non-conforming modes. By introducing these transition elements, some difficulties associated with imposing displacement constraints on irregular nodes to enforce interelement compatibility in the conventional adaptive h-refinement are easily overcome. A superconvergent patch recovery technique is also extended to three-dimensional problem. The intermediate phase formation and surface protection effects between SKD61 die mold alloys and aluminum alloys were investigated during a simulated die-casting process. The surface coatings of SKD61 alloy were carried out via Si pack cementation coatings at 900 °C for 10 h and the -FeSi phase formed. When the coated SKD61 alloy was dipped in the liquid aluminum alloy (ALDC12), the surface coated SKD61 alloys showed better surface properties compared with uncoated SKD61 alloys, i.e., the intermediate phases (FeSiAl compound) were not produced for the coated SKD61 alloy. The coating layer of -FeSi served as a diffusion barrier for the formation of FeSiAl compounds. 相似文献
