微电子组装的大部份工艺开发都要求将元件做到更小,以便在尺寸日益缩小的便携式设备上实现更多功能。阐述了大元件的底部填充,即一侧的尺寸超过15mm,底部填充的胶量介于30~50mg。大尺寸晶元的制造工艺要求比现有生产线更大的产能,这就给底部填充点胶带来更大的挑战。大元件的产能超过3000个/h时,需要点胶机点出非常多的胶水。如此多的胶水在出胶前通过点胶阀,这将会带来加热的问题-某些工艺要求出胶前胶水必须要加热。这会对胶点尺寸有影响,因为随着温度的变化,底部填充的胶水黏度也会随之变化,从而轻微影响点出的胶量。从而将影响晶元相邻的“非沾染区”。稳定的温度是点胶稳定性的保证,并且能帮助胶水流进晶元下方同时也有助胶水分离从而更容易喷射出来。从研究中可以观察到:系统温度环境(点胶机内部)对点胶的胶水质量有影响。  相似文献

In this work, we present a simple method by which to preferentially detect either high molecular weight or low molecular weight ions generated by electrospray ionization. This approach, termed selective ion filtering by digital thresholding (SIFdT) is demonstrated on a commercial ESI-TOF instrument that employs a fast digitizer coupled to a microchannel plate detector. The digital representation of each individual scan is digitally filtered prior to spectral coaddition. As larger, more highly charged ions induce a more intense response than low molecular weight singly charged species, a digital threshold can be set that precludes the detection of singly charged species yet permits the efficient detection of larger, more highly charged species. In this work, we demonstrate the applicability of this approach to eliminate low molecular weight chemical noise in ESI-TOF spectra of oligonucleotide and protein ions, demonstrate improved dynamic range for analyte solutions containing high levels of low MW constituents, and show that spectra acquired at different digital thresholds can be subtracted to yield spectra of low molecular weight constituents with improved mass measurement accuracies. A notional scheme is presented in which an alternative digitization approach is employed using multiple differentially thresholded data streams to allow improved internal mass calibration and higher resolution ion partitioning.  相似文献

In this paper we derive new semi‐analytical expressions for calculating the electromagnetic torque between inclined circular coils in air. The torque calculation has been obtained from the corresponding mutual inductance between inclined circular coils using the filament method. The coils of rectangular cross‐section whose centers are at the same and the different axes have been considered. From this general case it is possible to calculate the torque between all possible coil combinations either with rectangular or neglected cross‐section. Results obtained by the presented approach are in very good agreement with already published data. This method can be used for industrial electromagnetic devices such as torque sensors, transducers and torque‐measuring devices. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Optimal tip sonication settings, namely tip position, input power, and pulse durations, are necessary for temperature sensitive procedures like preparation of viable cell extract. In this paper, the optimum tip immersion depth (20–30% height below the liquid surface) is estimated which ensures maximum mixing thereby enhancing thermal dissipation of local cavitation hotspots. A finite element (FE) heat transfer model is presented, validated experimentally with (R2 > 97%) and used to observe the effect of temperature rise on cell extract performance of Escherichia coli BL21 DE3 star strain and estimate the temperature threshold. Relative yields in the top 10% are observed for solution temperatures maintained below 32°C; this reduces below 50% relative yield at temperatures above 47°C. A generalized workflow for direct simulation using the CONSOL code as well as master plots for estimation of sonication parameters (power input and pulse settings) is also presented.  相似文献

Monoclinic scheelite-type BiVO4 is currently considered as one of the most promising non-titania photocatalysts, wheras tetragonal zircon-type BiVO4 is still poorly understood. Herein, a new and simple synthetic approach was applied and nanostructured single-phase zircon-type BiVO4 was successfully prepared by a controllable ethylene-glycol colloidal route. In addition, nanostructured monoclinic scheelite-type BiVO4 powders were also fabricated through annealing of the as-prepared samples. A comparative study of the two BiVO4 polymorphs was conducted and it turned out that the novel synthetic approach had a significant impact on porosity and photocatalytic performance of zircon-structured BiVO4. All the prepared materials, as-prepared and annealed, were mesoporous, while measured values of specific surface area of some zircon-structured samples (~34?m2/g) were ~7 times higher than those reported thus far for this phase. Interestingly, for the first time, zircon-type BiVO4, previously considered to be a poor photocatalyst, exhibited a better overall performance in degradation of methyl orange compared to monoclinic scheelite-type BiVO4. Hence, it could be expected that the here-presented synthesis and observations will both arouse interest in scarcely studied tetragonal zircon-type BiVO4 and facilitate as well as speed up further research of its properties.  相似文献

Lipids play an essential role in platelet functions. It is known that polyunsaturated fatty acids play a role in increasing platelet reactivity and that the prothrombotic phenotype plays a crucial role in the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events. The ongoing increase in cardiovascular diseases’ incidence emphasizes the importance of research linking lipids and platelet function. In particular, the rebound phenomenon that accompanies discontinuation of clopidogrel in patients receiving dual antiplatelet therapy has been associated with changes in the lipid profile. Our many years of research underline the importance of reduced HDL values for the risk of such a rebound effect and the occurrence of thromboembolic events. Lipids are otherwise a heterogeneous group of molecules, and their signaling molecules are not deposited but formed “on-demand” in the cell. On the other hand, exosomes transmit lipid signals between cells, and the profile of such changes can be monitored by lipidomics. Changes in the lipid profile are organ-specific and may indicate new drug action targets.  相似文献

Buildings consume more than one-third of the world’s primary energy. Reducing energy use and greenhouse-gas emissions in the buildings sector through energy conservation and efficiency improvements constitutes a key strategy for achieving global energy and environmental goals. Building performance simulation has been increasingly used as a tool for designing, operating and retrofitting buildings to save energy and utility costs. However, opportunities remain for researchers, software developers, practitioners and policymakers to maximize the value of building performance simulation in the design and operation of low energy buildings and communities that leverage interdisciplinary approaches to integrate humans, buildings, and the power grid at a large scale. This paper presents ten challenges that highlight some of the most important issues in building performance simulation, covering the full building life cycle and a wide range of modeling scales. The formulation and discussion of each challenge aims to provide insights into the state-of-the-art and future research opportunities for each topic, and to inspire new questions from young researchers in this field.  相似文献
