Uniform and beads free fibers of pristine syndiotactic PMMA (s-PMMA), isotactic PMMA (i-PMMA), and their blends in the ratio of s:i = 3:1, 1:1 and 1:3 were successfully prepared using the electrospinning technique. The tactic PMMA blend fibers showed unique thermal stability and glass transition temperatures compared to their pristine counterparts. An interesting endotherm peak was observed for the s:i = 1:3 electrospun fibers, which might indicate a complex formation between the two tactic PMMAs. Systematic surface functionalities study by attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) revealed the interactions between these two tactic PMMAs. Biocompatibility of tactic PMMA and their blend fibers was first time comparably investigated using HeLa as the model mammalian cell line; an intriguing observance was first revealed that the blend fibers showed better biocompatibility than both pristine ones, though the behind mechanism is not well understood yet.  相似文献

Ag2MoO4 ceramic was prepared by using the solid‐state reaction method, which could be sintered at 450°C for 2 h, having a relative permittivity of 8.08, a Qf value of 17 000 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonance frequency about ?133 ppm/°C. Ag2MoO4 ceramic was chemically compatible with silver but reacted seriously with aluminum to form (Ag0.5Al0.5)MoO4 during the sintering. The fitting of infrared spectra and the Shannon's additive rule were employed to study intrinsic dielectric behaviors of the ceramics at microwave region. Ionic displacive polarization and the electronic polarization contributed almost equally to the dielectric permittivity of the ceramic at microwave region. The Ag2MoO4 ceramics could be a good candidate for ultra‐low temperature co‐fired microwave devices.  相似文献

采用碱性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、胰酶、风味酶四种酶水解青养蛋白,探讨了各种酶对青养蛋白的酶解特性、清除DPPH·能力和ORAC值的差异。结果表明,木瓜蛋白酶和风味酶复配酶解青养蛋白可以得到较好的抗氧化活性肽,且水解度、蛋白回收率均较好;酶解产物的氨基酸组成中EAA/TAA为45.06%,EAA/NEAA为82.01%均高于FAO/WHO的推荐值,表明青养蛋白酶解物是较优的营养补充剂,且富含抗氧化性氨基酸;分子量分布表明,大于10ku的组分含量为3%,5~10ku肽段的含量为9%,低于3ku的组分含量达到73%。构建模拟了胃肠道消化,青养多肽的抗氧化活性在0~0.5h之间都有一个显著增加的过程(p<0.05),在2.5~4.0h消化的过程中得到的肽的抗氧化活性均较低,且不同时间段之间的活性差异不显著。   相似文献

内置缓存技术是内容中心网络(Content Centric Networking, CCN)的核心技术之一。现有的研究大多主要针对网络资源利用率的优化,而忽略了网络能耗的问题。该文首先建立了一个能耗模型对CCN的网络能耗进行分析,并设计了一个能效判决条件来优化缓存过程的能效性。进而,在此基础上综合考虑内容流行度和节点中心性等因素提出一种能效感知的概率性缓存机制(E2APC)。仿真结果表明,该机制能在保证较高的缓存命中率和较小的平均响应跳数的同时有效地降低网络的整体能耗。  相似文献

TKS5 promotes invasion and migration through the formation of invadopodia in some tumour cells, and it also has an important physiological function in cell migration through podosome formation in various nontumour cells. To date, the role of TKS5 in urothelial cells, and its potential role in BC initiation and progression, has not yet been addressed. Moreover, the contribution of TKS5 to ploidy control and chromosome stability has not been reported in previous studies. Therefore, in the present study, we wished to address the following questions: (i) Is TKS5 involved in the ploidy control of urothelial cells? (ii) What is the mechanism that leads to aneuploidy in response to TKS5 knockdown? (iii) Is TKS5 an oncogene or tumour-suppressor gene in the context of BC? (iv) Does TKS5 affect the proliferation, migration and invasion of BC cells? We assessed the gene and protein expressions via qPCR and Western blot analyses in a set of nontumour cell strains (Y235T, HBLAK and UROtsa) and a set of BC cell lines (RT4, T24, UMUC3 and J82). Following the shRNA knockdown in the TKS5-proficient cells and the ectopic TKS5 expression in the cell lines with low/absent TKS5 expression, we performed functional experiments, such as metaphase, invadopodia and gelatine degradation assays. Moreover, we determined the invasion and migration abilities of these genetically modified cells by using the Boyden chamber and wound-healing assays. The TKS5 expression was lower in the bladder cancer cell lines with higher invasive capacities (T24, UMUC3 and J82) compared to the nontumour cell lines from human ureter (Y235T, HBLAK and UROtsa) and the noninvasive BC cell line RT4. The reduced TKS5 expression in the Y235T cells resulted in augmented aneuploidy and impaired cell division. According to the Boyden chamber and wound-healing assays, TKS5 promotes the invasion and migration of bladder cancer cells. According to the present study, TKS5 regulates the migration and invasion processes of bladder cancer (BC) cell lines and plays an important role in genome stability.  相似文献

Mitochondria have many forms and can change their shape through fusion and fission of the outer and inner membranes, called “mitochondrial dynamics”. Mitochondrial outer membrane proteins, such as mitochondrial fission protein 1 (FIS1), mitochondrial fission factor (MFF), mitochondrial 98 dynamics proteins of 49 kDa (MiD49), and mitochondrial dynamics proteins of 51 kDa (MiD51), can aggregate at the outer mitochondrial membrane and thus attract Dynamin-related protein 1 (DRP1) from the cytoplasm to the outer mitochondrial membrane, where DRP1 can perform a scissor-like function to cut a complete mitochondrion into two separate mitochondria. Other organelles can promote mitochondrial fission alongside mitochondria. FIS1 plays an important role in mitochondrial–lysosomal contacts, differentiating itself from other mitochondrial-fission-associated proteins. The contact between the two can also induce asymmetric mitochondrial fission. The kidney is a mitochondria-rich organ, requiring large amounts of mitochondria to produce energy for blood circulation and waste elimination. Pathological increases in mitochondrial fission can lead to kidney damage that can be ameliorated by suppressing their excessive fission. This article reviews the current knowledge on the key role of mitochondrial-fission-associated proteins in the pathogenesis of kidney injury and the role of their various post-translational modifications in activation or degradation of fission-associated proteins and targeted drug therapy.  相似文献
