This article showed that the catalytic activity of MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 monolithic catalyst toward the catalytic combustion of ethanol in a fixed bed reactor could be greatly improved by doping three metal oxides into Ce0.5Zr0.5O2. The catalytic activity of MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.45Zr0.45M0.1Ox (M=Y, La, Mn) is better than that of MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2. The order of activity of the catalysts is as follows: MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.45Zr0.45Y0.1Ox>MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.45Zr0.45La0.1Ox>MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.45Zr0.45Mn0.1Ox>MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2. The influence of the loading amount of manganese oxide in enhancing the catalytic activity of MnOx/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.45Zr0.45Y0.1Ox was investigated. The results showed that when MnO2 loading amount was 10%(mass fraction), the MnOx/Al2O3/Ce0.45Zr0.45Y0.1Ox catalyst recorded the highest activity. 相似文献

前坪水库溢洪道控制段基础开挖至建基面后,地质条件与前期地勘资料变化较大,经补充地质勘测,控制段位于安山玢岩与辉绿岩接触带处,建基面大部分位于强风化岩层上,岩石风化程度较深,辉绿岩岩体风化程度不均一,勘探点最大揭露深度为10.2 m,岩体性质不均匀,软硬相间,存在局部应力集中及不均匀沉降等风险。为较好解决控制段基础存在的问题,对溢洪道控制段基础进行了开挖换填混凝土、抗滑桩、钢筋混凝土抗滑槽等方案的优化研究,从技术、经济等进行综合比选,达到了基础处理的目的,也为其他工程提供参考和借鉴。 相似文献

In this study, Co-based laser cladding coatings reinforced by multiple phases were fabricated on titanium alloy. Co42 Co-based self-fluxing alloy, B4C, and CeO2 mixed powders were used as the precursor materials. The coatings were mainly composed of γ-Co/Ni, CoTi2, CoTi, NiTi, TiC, Cr7C3, TiB2, and TiB phases. A typical TiB2/Cr7C3/TiC composite structure was chosen. It was found that CeO2 did not influence the phase types of the coating significantly, but was effective in refining the microstructure and enhancing the microhardness and dry sliding wear resistance. Compared with the Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, the microhardness and wear resistance of the composite coatings were enhanced by 3.44–4.21 times and 14.26–16.87 times, respectively. 相似文献

A new type of sensor to directly detect angular acceleration is essential for inertial and control technology. The above interest motivates us to propose a novel micro electromechanical system (MEMS) pendulum angular accelerometer with electrostatic actuator feedback. It adopts a proof pendulum with optimized moment of inertia, suspended to dual anchors by a pair of torsion spring beams, as sensing component. A pair of electrodes are designed as differential capacitors to detect the torsional angular of pendulum, then measure input angular acceleration in sensing axis. Another pair of electrodes are designed as electrostatic actuators for feedback control loop. The structure and operating principle of the MEMS angular accelerometer are introduced. Then, the structure kinetics analysis and signal detecting scheme based on differential capacitors are provided in detail, and the sensitivity and resolution of sensor are derived. Compared with the other MEMS angular accelerometers, the proof pendulum with optimized moment of inertia improves sensitivity and resolution of sensor. The electrostatic actuators feedback loop optimizes the dynamic capability and nonlinearity characteristic. The sensor is fabricated by MEMS fabrication technology. The ANSYS simulation and test results prove the validity of the theoretical analyses. UAVs have become popular platforms for remote sensing data acquisition. However, airspace-related regulations are far behind the rapid growth in the number of UAVs and their wide applications. Much effort of the network-based UAV RS have been made by the UAV RS group of the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IGSNRR, CAS), which proposed the concept of UAV RS data carrier. UAV RS data carrier refers to UAV RS data platform with task planning, data storage, image processing, product generation and output products for various UAVs. In this paper, a new fluoranthene-based unsymmetrical organic cyanine dye I and the corresponding cyanine dye II containing ethynyl unit for the purpose of comparison were designed and synthesized as sensitizers for the application in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The absorption spectra, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties of I and II were extensively investigated. The DSSCs based on the fluoranthene dye I showed the better photovoltaic performance: a maximum monochromatic incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE) of 67%, a short-circuit photocurrent density (Jsc) of 7.83 mA cm?2, an open-circuit photovoltage (Voc) of 0.476 V, and a fill factor (ff) of 0.63, corresponding to an overall conversion efficiency of 2.34% under simulated AM 1.5G solar light condition. Also, the effects of chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) in a solution as a co-adsorbate on the photovoltaic performance of DSSCs based on cyanine dyes were also investigated. The presence of CDCA for 0.5 h, increases both the photovoltage and photocurrent of the DSSC incorporating I, in which the photovoltage and photocurrent increase 9.3% and 20%, respectively. The above photovoltaic results indicate that coadsorption of appropriate amount CDCA is effective to improve solar cell performance. 相似文献
