加强电力企业中、高层员工职业生涯管理的措施

放电等离子烧结氧化锆陶瓷的工艺优化及性能

采用放电等离子烧结制备了氧化锆陶瓷,利用正交试验方法优化了烧结工艺参数,研究了烧结温度、时间、压力等工艺参数对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,影响氧化锆陶瓷强韧性能的主要因素是烧结温度,其次是烧结时间;最佳放电等离子烧结工艺参数为烧结温度1400 ℃、烧结时间5 min、烧结压力15 MPa;经最佳SPS工艺烧结后的氧化锆陶瓷,其组织为均匀单一的四方相氧化锆,致密度为95.9%、硬度1332 HV0.5、断裂韧性为5.18 MPa·m^0..5。     

贵金属化学气相沉积的研究进展

简要介绍了贵金属薄膜和涂层材料化学气相沉积(CVD)技术的研究进展,包括贵金属的CVD制备方法、沉积贵金属的各种前驱体化合物以及CVD制备的贵金属薄膜和涂层的应用状况等。     

双锥对置锥螺杆海水液压泵流场数值模拟分析

为了深入分析泵压对双锥对置锥螺杆海水液压泵特性的影响,建立了该液压泵系统的三维模型及其流体动力学分析模型,运用CFD软件对液压泵的内部流场进行仿真分析,分别得出了不同进出口压差条件下和不同转子位置时的腔室液体压力分布以及转子受到的液压力。分析表明：新型海水液压泵腔室压力分布以啮合线为界限,由入口处到出口处交叉分布,且压力值逐级递增;左右转子受到的轴向液压力大小相等,方向相反;转子受到的液压力的方向沿转子自转的相反方向转动,而液压力大小基本不变。     

Antioxidant and antiproliferative capacities of phenolics purified from Phyllanthus emblica L. fruit

Phyllanthus emblica is a widely distributed tropical medicinal plant with good therapeutic properties. Gallic acid, ellagic acid, mucic acid 1,4-lactone 3-O-gallate, isocorilagin, chebulanin, chebulagic acid and mallotusinin were isolated and purified from this plant. The antioxidant activities of these compounds were evaluated by in vitro models of scavenging superoxide anion radicals, DPPH radicals and ABTS radicals, chelating ability of ferrous ion and inhibition capability of Fe (II)-induced lipid peroxidation, respectively. The results revealed that all the tested phenolics showed strong radical scavenging activity, good potency to chelate Fe²⁺ and good inhibition ability of lipid peroxidation. Amongst mallotusinin and mucic acid 1,4-lactone 3-O-gallate were reported for the first time to have antioxidant activity. In addition, the in vitro antiproliferative activities of those phenolics against MCF-7 breast cancer cell lines were assessed. Although the growth inhibition values induced by different phenolics on MCF-7 cell line yielded different effects, all the tested phenolics had apparent capacities of inhibiting the survival of MCF-7 human cancer cell line.     

高压可燃气体泄漏动力学过程与喷射火热灾害分析

以高压可燃气体泄漏诱发的喷射火为研究对象,对泄漏过程中喷口处稳态气流状态参数变化及其被点燃之后的喷射火火焰形态与辐射热流场预测模型研究进展进行了综述。归类分析了基于理想气体状态方程和Abel-Noble状态方程的高压气体泄漏模型及其适用情况,并对不同浮力控制和动量控制范围的几种喷射火火焰几何尺寸模型进行了概括性总结,同时对不同火焰形态下的点源、多点源、固体以及线源4种热辐射模型进行了汇总,最终提出将3种模型耦合联用以建立适用于不同泄漏条件下喷射火热灾害分析预测方法。分析表明,该分析预测方法具有很好的适用性。     

Prediction of state property,flow parameter and jet flame size during transient releases from hydrogen storage systems

The accidental leakage of high-pressure gas storage systems including tank, pipe, etc. can lead to hazardous jet fires resulting in a serious of disastrous events. With the isentropic process assumption on the high-pressure gas leakage or release, the ideal gas equation of state is firstly used to solve the gas transfer problem, and then the Abel-Noble equation of state (AN-EOS) is adopted for the effect of gas molecule volume. Given both the molecule volume and intermolecular attraction should not be ignored for the high-pressure gas, this paper attempts to build the high-pressure gas leakage process model based on the van der Waals equation of state. Together with the available notional nozzle model and the flame size model, the gas leakage process model is used to calculate the gas state property and flow parameter of hydrogen tank leakage and its subsequent jet flame height. The predicted gas mass flow rate, flame height, and gas pressure and temperature are compared to the experimental measurements for validation and the predictions of the model based on ideal gas equation of state and AN-EOS. It is found that the proposed model can give more encouraging results compared to the previous models. The proposed theoretical model shows a great implication for the calculation of other gas tank leakage and can help to predict the thermal radiation field of jet fires.     

利用颜色进行模式分类与图象检索的方法及应用

本文论述了利用颜色进行模式分类与图象检索的基本概念和一般方法。颜色是图象的一个重要视觉特征。用计算机描述和处理图象颜色首先要选择合适的颜色空间（模型），并提取图像的主要颜色特征。彩色图象模式分类可分三个级别：象素级，区域级及图象级，图象检索主要利用颜色的直方图特征及其各种距离度量来实现。     

ART2网络结构与算法的改进

ART2网络中的模式匹配过程,以及相似度警戒测试过程均以模式的相似性量度值为基础。传统ART2网络的相似量度是一种关于模式相位信息的量度,在需要考虑模式幅度信息及处理集群分布样本时,效果很不理想。文章针对此不足,提出以欧氏距离为相似测度的新型网络:MART2。输入模式的幅度信息被提取出来,并送到相应的中间模式和警戒测试部分。新网络中引入三个辅助函数共同计算输入模式与存贮模式的相似度,使得在进行模式匹配和警戒测试时,幅度信息没有丢失。实验证明,MART2在处理集群分布样本时,性能优于传统ART2。MART2是对ART2网络的一种补充。
