在"中国青年咨询工程师论坛成立大会暨首届青年论坛"开幕式上的讲话

今天，我们召开“中国青年咨询工程师论坛”成立大会暨首届论坛会，我感到非常高兴。历时1年多的筹备工作就要画上一个圆满的句号，而“青年论坛”的发展即将掀开崭新的一页。在筹备过程中，各有关单位和许多同志给予我们协会积极配合和大力支持，特别是上海投资咨询公司的彭厚安董事长、梁玉源总经理(也是我们协会的副会长)以及周荣生同志为此做了大量的工作，付出了艰辛的劳动。     

基于V/T变换的电容传感器新型电容测量电路

提出了一种基于V／T变换的用于电容传感器的电容测量电路。它将被测微小电容变化量转换成时间信号并由单片机进行处理，电路结构简单，电路中没有影响测量稳定性和产生零点漂移的元器件，大幅度地降低了测量过程中的噪声。     

Estimation of the resident’s additional dose in bone-coal mining areas of the five provinces

1 Introduction In the National Investigation of Natural Radioac-tive Levels (abbreviated as “investigation of levels” hereinbelow) during 1983 to 1990, it is found that the specific activities of radionuclides in bone-coal are relatively high. The increase of radioactive level in the environment and the rise of the public accepted dose might be caused by some artificial activities, which include mainly mining and utilizing spontaneously bone-coal by local peasants, producing bone-coal cind…     

MPLS中的Loop避免机制及其Java实现

本文介绍了MPLS中回路问题的主要解决方法，分析了COLORED THREAD算法的主要思想，并使用Java技术实现了该算法，文中给出了Java实现的结构和主要技术要点，并提出了Java中实现MPLS节点时间调度的方法。

对干熄焦旋转焦罐车的开门机构、传动机构、定位机构、材料等设计问题进行了分析 ,探讨了解决的方法 ,提出了设计思路     

饮酒后人体血液中酒精含量变化规律的数学模型

本主要讨论饮酒后酒精含量在人体血液中的变化规律。根据已知的一组数据，利用MATLAB软件，采用分段非线性拟合的方法，得到酒精含量变化规律的数学模型。本得到的数学模型与已知数据的拟合效果好。以此为基本模型，推出了在几种不同的饮酒方式下，产生的相应的酒精含量变化规律的数学模型。并且根据我们的模型，通过图象及其数据分析，首先对某个司机碰到的违章情况给予了解释；其次对司机喝了3瓶啤酒后多长时间内驾车会违章给出了回答；第三估计了血液中酒精含量在什么时候最高；第四对司机天天喝酒。是否还能开车，进行初步分析。     

Control of acrobot based on Lyapunov function

Fuzzy control based on I-yapunov function was employed to control the posture and the energy of an acrobot to make the transition from upswing control to balance control smoothly and stably. First, a control law based on I-yapunov function was used to control the angle and the angular velocity of the second link towards zero when the energy of the acrobot reaches the potential energy at the unstable straight-up equilibrium position in the upswing process. The controller based on I-yapunov function makes the second link straighten nature relatively to the first link. At the same time, a fuzzy controller was designed to regulate the parameters of the upper control law to keep the change of the energy of the acrobot to a minimum, so that the switching from upswing to balance can be properly carried out and the acrobot can enter the balance quickly. The results of simulation show that the switching from upswing to balance can be completed smoothly, and the control effect of the acrobot is improved greatly.     

提高第三方物流企业服务水平的对策

要促进第三方物流企业的发展,提高第三方物流企业的竞争力,使其具有参与国内外竞争能力,就必须提高其服务水平,使其与国际水平接轨。笔者分析了目前我国第三方物流企业的服务现状,并提出改进第三方物流企业服务水平的建议。     

Delay-dependent criteria for robust stability of time-varying delay systems

This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent robust stability for systems with time-varying structured uncertainties and time-varying delays. Some new delay-dependent stability criteria are devised by taking the relationship between the terms in the Leibniz-Newton formula into account. Since free weighting matrices are used to express this relationship and since appropriate ones are selected by means of linear matrix inequalities, the new criteria are less conservative than existing ones. Numerical examples suggest that the proposed criteria are effective and are an improvement over previous ones.     

氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯制取对硝基苯甲酸的研究──Ⅱ:碱浓度对对硝基苯甲酸收率的影响

研究了碱浓度对氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯制取对硝基苯甲酸的影响,发现对硝基苯甲酸的收率随着碱浓度的增加而增加。当碱浓度为４．８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时,以甲醇为溶剂,在５０℃、２．０ＭＰａ氧压下反应１２ｈ可获得８１．１％的对硝基苯甲酸收率,粗品纯度可达９８．０％以上。
