Electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) of a novel phenyleneethynylene derivatives [4,4’‐(2,5‐dimethoxy‐1,4‐phenylene)bis(ethyne‐2,1‐diyl) dibenzoic acid; P‐acid] possessing carboxylic acid groups at the para positions in aqueous solutions and its first immunosensing application are studied. Nanotubular mesoporous Pt–Ag alloy nanoparticles are first used to fabricate the ECL immunosensor as a signal amplification carrier. Absorption, photoluminescence, cyclic voltammetry, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy are used as powerful tools to characterize P‐acid, Pt–Ag alloy nanoparticles, and the fabrication process of the immunosensor. P‐acid exhibits two ECL peaks at –1.07 (ECL‐1) and 0.64 (ECL‐2) V in air‐saturated pH 7.4, 0.1 M PBS containing 0.1 M KCl during the cyclic sweep between 1.51 and –2.67 V at 0.1 V s?1; the ECL mechanism of these two ECL peaks is demonstrated. The electron‐transfer reaction between electrochemically oxidized P‐acid and tri‐n‐propylamine (TPrA) radical cation is also demonstrated to produce high ECL emissions and used to develop an ultrasensitive ECL immunosensor. In addition, a Pt–Ag alloy nanoparticles amplification carrier for protein ECL analysis is applied for improvement of the detection sensitivity. Thus, this ECL immunosensor exhibits high sensitivity, good reproducibility, rapid response, and long‐term stability.  相似文献

Hydrogels have been widely explored to adapt to different application circumstances. As typical wet-soft materials, the high-water content of hydrogels is beneficial to their wide biomedical applications. Moreover, hydrogels have been displaying considerable application potential in some high-tech areas, like brain-computer interface, intelligent actuator, flexible sensor, etc. However, traditional hydrogel is susceptive to freezing below zero, dehydration, performance swelling-induced deformation, and suffers from mechanical damage in extremely mechanical environments, which result in the loss of wet-soft peculiarities (e.g., flexibility, structure integrity, transparency), greatly limiting their applications. Therefore, reducing the freezing point, improving the dehydration/solution resistance, and designing mechanical adaptability are effective strategies to endow hydrogels with the extreme environmental adaptability, thus broadening their application fields. This review systematically summarizes research advances of environmentally adaptive hydrogels (EAHs), comprising anti-freezing, dehydration-resistant, acid/base/swelling deformation-resistant, and mechanical environment adaptive hydrogels (MEAHs). Firstly, fabrication methods are presented, including the deep eutectic solvent/ionic liquid substituent, the addition of salts, organogel, polymer network modification, and double network (DN) complex/nanocomposite strategy, etc. Meanwhile, the features of different approaches are overviewed. The mechanisms, properties, and applications (e.g., intelligent actuator, wound dressing, flexible sensor) of EAHs are demonstrated. Finally, the issues and future perspectives for EAHs’ researches are demonstrated.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a low power 12 bit 5 MSPS, successive approximation converter architecture using pipeline technique. The converter consumes 4 mW at the Nyquist rate input with 1.8 V power supply. By combination of pipeline and successive architecture, the entire circuit, simulated at the transistor level in a 0.18 μ CMOS process, achieves a FoM (Figure of Merit) of 0.19 pJ/conversion. Jinghua Li was born in 1973. He received the MSEE and BSEE Degree from College of Electronics and information, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Harbin Engineering University in 1997 and 1994 respectively. He is currently pursuing Ph.D degree in Department of Electrical Engineering, Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA. In 1997, he joined Bell Laboratory (China), Lucent Technologies as a member of technical staff. He worked on single-chip HDTV decoder IC and Sonet/SDH SoC for various projects in Murray Hill, NJ, USA and Shanghai China. He also finished projects on hardware implementation of Video conference/Phone based on H.263 standard as his master thesis. Since 2000, he has been a research assistant in Analog Mixed Signal center, TAMU. Most currently his research interests are focused on low power analog to digital conversion IC design, CMOS implementation of 10 G/2.5 G clock data recovery IC for high speed serial communications. Franco Maloberti received the Laurea Degree in Physics (Summa cum Laude) from the University of Parma, Parma Italy, in 1968 and the Dr. Honoris Causa degree in electronics from the Instituto Nacional de Astrofisica, Optica y Electronica (Inaoe), Puebla, Mexico in 1996. In 1993 he was a Visiting Professor at ETH-PEL, Zurich. He was Professor of Microelectronics and Head of the Micro Integrated Systems Group University of Pavia, Pavia, Italy and the TI/J.Kilby Analog Engineering Chair Professor at the Texas A&M University. He is currently the Distinguished Microelectronic Chair Professor at University of Texas at Dallas and part-time Professor at the University of Pavia, Italy. His professional expertise is in the design, analysis and characterization of integrated circuits and analogue digital applications, mainly in the areas of switched capacitor circuits, data converters, interfaces for telecommunication and sensor systems, and CAD for analogue and mixed A-D design. He has written more than 250 published papers, three books and holds 15 patents. He was in 1992 recipient of the XII Pedriali Prize for his technical and scientific contributions to national industrial production. He was co-recipient of the 1996 Institute of Electrical Engineers (U.K.) Fleming Premium for the paper “CMOS Triode Transistor Transconductor for high-frequency continuous time filters.” He has been responsible at both technical and management levels for many research programs including ten ESPRIT projects and has served the European Commission as ESPRIT Projects' Evaluator, Reviewer and as European Union expert in many European Initiatives. He served the Academy of Finland on the assessment of electronic research in Academic institutions and on the research programs' evaluations. Dr. Maloberti was Vice-President, Region 8, of the IEEE Circuit and Systems Society from 1995 to 1997 and an Associate Editor of IEEE-Transaction on Circuit and System-II. He received the 1999 IEEE CAS Society Meritorious Service Award, the 2000 CAS Society Golden Jubilee Medal, and the IEEE Millenium Medal. He is the President of the IEEE Sensor Council and member of the Board of Governors of the IEEE CAS Society. He is a member of the Italian Electrothecnical and Electronic Society (AEI), the Editorial Board of Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, and Fellow of IEEE.  相似文献

设计了一种应用于EEPROM的片内电荷泵电路系统。该电路基于Dickson电荷泵结构,通过使用稳定的参考电压驱动压控振荡电路,从而产生了占空比小于50%的精确时钟,提高了电荷泵升压速度;通过使用调压电路,限制并稳定了输出电压。HSPICE仿真结果显示:在5 V电源电压下,时钟频率高达2.085 MHz。电荷泵仅需要56.256μs就可以输出15.962 V的高压。电荷泵的电压上升时间快,性能优越。  相似文献

A new feature selection method is proposed for high-dimensional data clustering on the basis of data field. With the potential entropy to evaluate the importance of feature subsets, features are filtered by removing unimportant features or noises from the original datasets. Experiments show that the proposed method can sharply reduce the number of dimensions and effectively improve the clustering performance on WDBC dataset.  相似文献
