为用高分辨透射电子显微术(HRTEM)表征聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维和炭纤维的微细结构,从纤维性能出发,探讨研碎、离子束减薄和超薄生物切片三种制备方法及其工艺步骤,结合实验结果,对比了三种制备方法的原理、优缺点,提出了制备方法的适用范围和选择原则,并推断适于表征预氧化纤维微细结构的样品制备方法。与生物样品的制备方法类似,把超薄生物切片法引入到纤维材料HRTEM样品制备领域,为系统研究炭纤维微细结构的演变提供了线索。 相似文献

本文介绍了对两种压水反应堆一回路模拟腐蚀氧化物(铁镍铬氧化物和铁镍氧化物)的溶解去污试验结果。选择的去污剂为0.3%草酸、0.1%柠檬酸和0.1%高锰酸钾。结果表明,实验温度为95℃、去污时间在6-48h范围内,0.3%草酸对铁镍铬氧化物和铁镍氧化物的溶解率分别为24.1%-65.3%和4.9%-64.4%;0.1%柠檬酸对二者的溶解率分别为2.2%-4.4%和0.37%-1.55%;0.1%高锰酸钾对二者几乎没有溶解作用。采用在草酸或柠檬酸去污前使用高锰酸钾去污剂的二步去污法,对两种氧化物的溶解度小于单独使用草酸或柠檬酸去污的一步法。 相似文献

This paper presents a new route about producing carbon black,by wich the natural gas cracking is carried out in the absence of oxygen thanks to an electric energy supply externally given by a plasma jet.The carbon black produced by this process has a narrow size distribution and a small average diameter of 38nm as well as a highly branched aggregate.The higher DBP value of 1.40ml/g shows it should be a high structure carbon black.The FTIR spectra shows that there are lots of aromatic c-c bonds and a large amount of nitrogen-coutaining functional groups on the carbon blacks surface,such as-NH,-CN as we3ll as -CH,-OH,-COOH groups. 相似文献

With substitution of La by Tb in (La_(1-x)Tb_x)_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3, the room temperature magnetoresistance △R/R_0drops at first, then undergoes an increase near x≈0.1, and finally drops again. The value of room temperaturemagnetoresistance at a field H=12 kOe for (La_(0.9)Tb_(0.1))_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3 is -3.56%. The enhancement of the roomtemperature magnetoresistance induced by an appropriate Tb substitution in (La_(1-x)Tb_x)_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3 is correlatedwith the shifts of the Curie temperature and metal-insulator temperature to near room temperature. The drop ofthe room temperature magnetoresistance at large Tb doping-contents may be due to its lower T_C and T_(MI) far fromthe room temperature. 相似文献

One of the important components of a flexible pavement structure is granular material layers. Unsaturated granular pavement materials (UGPMs) in these layers influence stresses and strains throughout the pavement structure, and have a large effect on asphalt concrete fatigue and pavement rutting (two of the primary failure mechanisms for flexible pavements). The behavior of UGPMs is dependent on water content, but this effect has been traditionally difficult to quantify using either empirical or mechanistic methods. This paper presents a practical mechanistic framework for determining the behavior of UGPMs within the range of water contents, densities, and stress states likely to be encountered under field conditions. Both soil suction and generated pore pressures are determined and compared to confinement under typical field loading conditions. The framework utilizes a simple soil suction model that has three density-independent parameters, and can be determined using conventional triaxial equipment that is available in many pavement engineering laboratories. 相似文献

Concomitance of diverse synaptic plasticity across different timescales produces complex cognitive processes. To achieve comparable cognitive complexity in memristive neuromorphic systems, devices that are capable of emulating short‐term (STP) and long‐term plasticity (LTP) concomitantly are essential. In existing memristors, however, STP and LTP can only be induced selectively because of the inability to be decoupled using different loci and mechanisms. In this work, the first demonstration of truly concomitant STP and LTP is reported in a three‐terminal memristor that uses independent physical phenomena to represent each form of plasticity. The emerging layered material Bi2O2Se is used for memristors for the first time, opening up the prospects for ultrathin, high‐speed, and low‐power neuromorphic devices. The concerted action of STP and LTP allows full‐range modulation of the transient synaptic efficacy, from depression to facilitation, by stimulus frequency or intensity, providing a versatile device platform for neuromorphic function implementation. A heuristic recurrent neural circuitry model is developed to simulate the intricate “sleep–wake cycle autoregulation” process, in which the concomitance of STP and LTP is posited as a key factor in enabling this neural homeostasis. A study has been made of the elastic behaviour of Polyvinylchloride commercial samples at high shear stresses, under similar conditions to those used in the processing industry, by means of an extrusion capillary rheometer.The influence in the die swell of variables as molecular weight, temperature and shear rate has been studied. Results are in agreement with general literature data.Smooth extrudates are obtained only in the zone of intermediate shear rates.
