Protein-protein interaction of myosin fragments from flying fish and white marlin muscles was studied by means of absorbance changes resulting from aggregation at temperatures of 20°C to 70°C. Subfragment-1 (S-1) exhibited a high extent of interaction with the transition temperature of 35–36°C, while the interaction of heavy meromyosin (HMM) was very weak. Though light meromyosin (LMM) gave lower interaction values throughout the heating temperature, the addition of butanol promoted markedly the interactions at the temperature above 50°C. The degree of promotion was high for flying fish and low for white marlin.  相似文献

Plating fog is often observed when metallizing a latent pattern by electroless copper plating. Metallic elements in the nuclei of plating fog particles are analysed using electron probe microanalysis (EPMA). Silver and iron are invariably found in the particles. The iron is driven into the board during the liquid honing process and reduces silver ions in the photosensitive material to silver metal which causes plating fog. Plating fog also arises from reduced copper particles or generated hydrogen gas bubbles when they are trapped on the unpatterned region. Mechanical stirring accompanied by substrate oscillation is an effective method of avoiding plating fog.  相似文献

The detectability by conventional step-hypothesized generalized-likelihood-ratio (SHGLR) method for detection of a parameter change (fault detection) in a linear discrete dynamic system is analysed and it is shown that a weakly-diagnosable-space (WDS) exists for dynamics and sensor faults. Based on the fault detectability, a reduced order SHGLR method is then developed which highly improves the detection rate and speed. In the same framework of the GLR method, another reduced order detection scheme is given, which makes the most use of the information about the input and the state of the system to raise the detectability for faults for the case where the step hypothesis cannot be applied effectively.  相似文献

The plasma fluid flow behavior and power generation characteristics in a Faraday magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) generator using a high‐temperature inert gas (argon) plasma have been examined in a time‐dependent two‐dimensional numerical simulation. The inhomogeneous and unstable plasma at an inlet total temperature of 7000 K results in reductions and fluctuations in the output power. The plasma becomes homogeneous and stable as the inlet total temperature increases to 9000 K. One of the reasons for the suppression of ionization instability may be weakness of the dependency of the electrical conductivity on the electron number density, because the Coulomb collision of electrons becomes dominant during deviation from Saha equilibrium.  相似文献

It is well known that the transient energy function (TEF) method is useful for an efficient transient stability assessment as represented by the estimation of the critical clearing time (CCT). However, there still remains an issue for practical use: most of the TEF methods adopt the classical model of a synchronous machine in which the internally generated voltage is assumed to be constant. Moreover, critical generated output can be a more practical stability index instead of the CCT used in the conventional TEF methods. In this paper, a conventional hybrid TEF method is developed in order to estimate the transient stable critical generated power by using an improved hybrid simulation. The proposed method can handle the detailed model for a synchronous machine and can estimate the critical generated power with higher accuracy. Experimental results for a large network model are given in order to verify the practicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper presents a simple method for determining synchronous machine quantities: d‐ and q‐axes time constants and reactances. This method determines them only by drawing additional lines in the frequency characteristics of operational impedances. A new systematic drawing strategy for determining transient/subtransient open‐circuit time constants and the d‐axis transient reactance is proposed. The frequency characteristics of operational impedances are obtained by the standstill dc test using a small dc power supply. Since the rotational test becomes unnecessary, the proposed method is suitable for tests in a factory. The validity of the proposed method was demonstrated with a numerical calculation example on a large‐capacity machine (800 MVA, 25 kV, two poles, 60 Hz) and an implementation test on a small‐capacity machine (10 kVA, 200 V, 31.9 A, four poles, 50 Hz).  相似文献
