To evaluate the possibility for development of apple wine containing medicinal herbs, we have prepared ‘Fuji’ apple (Malus domestica) wines containing pine (Pinus densiflora Siebold et Zuccarini) needle and hwanggi (Radix Astragali)/mistletoe (Viscum album). Normal apple wine was fermented rapidly, but after 40 days fermentation/maturation, the final ethanol content, pH, total acidity, and contents of sugar/organic acid showed similar levels in 3 kinds of apple wines. In other hands, the total phenols content, antocyanins content, and brightness were higher in apple-pine wine and apple-herb wine than in normal apple wine. Apple-herb wine had higher values in total phenol contents, brightness, free amino acid contents, and quenching activity for ABTS free radicals than normal apple wine, and had similar sensory evaluation values with normal apple wine. Taken together, it is supposed that hwanggi and mistletoe might provide functional components to normal apple wine and might be applied to development of functional apple wines. 相似文献

采用多频超声波技术对菜籽油的酶法(磷脂酶A1)脱胶效果及其脱胶后油品质变化展开了相关研究。结果表明,多频超声波作用能有效地提高磷脂酶A1对菜籽油的脱胶效率,大幅度降低脱胶后菜籽油中的含磷量;并且20/50 kHz双频超声处理对菜籽油的脱胶效果最佳。与磷脂酶A1脱胶后菜籽油相比,超声波作用后的脱胶油酸价和过氧化值略有上升(均在国家标准所规定的安全范围内),色泽变浅,脂肪酸组成的数值变化不明显。 相似文献

Interaction of aqueous Se(IV) with pyrite was investigated using persistently stirred batch reactors under O2-free (<1 ppm) conditions at pH ranging from 4.5 to 6.6. Thermodynamic calculations, an increase in pH during the experiments, and spectroscopic observation indicate that the reduction of aqueous Se(IV) by pyrite is dominated by the following reaction: FeS2+3.5HSeO3?+1.5H+=2SO4(2?)+Fe2++3.5Se(0)+2.5H2O. The released Fe(II) was partitioned between the bulk solution and pyrite surface at pH≈4.5 and 4.8, with the Fe2+ density at pyrite-solution interface about 4 orders of magnitude higher than that in the bulk solution, while iron oxyhydroxide precipitated at pH≈6.6, resulting in the decrease of dissolved iron. In the Se(IV) concentration range of the experiments, aqueous Se(IV) reduction rate follows the pseudofirst order which is in the form of ln mSe(IV)=?k′t+ln mSe(IV)0, where k′ is apparent rate constant combining the rate constant k and pyrite surface area to mass of solution ratio (A/M). And the aqueous Se(IV) reduction rate constant for a standard system (k) with 1 m2 pyrite surface area per 1 kg solution was obtained to be 1.65×10(?4) h(?1), 3.28×10(?4) h(?1), and 4.76×10(?4) h(?1) at pH around 4.5, 4.8, and 5.1, respectively. The positive correlation between reaction rate and pH disagrees with the theories that protons are consumed when HSeO3? is reduced to Se0, and negative charge density on pyrite surface increases as pH increases. Thus, a ferrous iron mediated electron transfer mechanism is proposed to operate during the reduction of aqueous Se(IV) by pyrite. pH and iron concentration affect significantly on Se(IV) reaction rate and reaction product. 相似文献

Between 2003 and 2005, a total of 11,716 samples were collected and analysed to determine the level of pesticides residues. Multi-residue methods (MRMs) capable of simultaneously determining 250 pesticides were used. Of the 11,716 samples, 89.1% had no detectable residues and 1.7% had violative residues. The detection rates by commodity group were 11.4, 8.6, 0.3, and 0.02% for vegetables, fruit, grain, mushrooms, and the others, respectively. Agricultural products with pesticide residues were pepper, Perilla frutescens, leafy lettuce and spinach in decreasing order. Of the 250 pesticides that were monitored, 70 pesticides were actually found. Procymidone, endosulfan, chlorfenapyr, metalaxyl, and diethofencarb were frequently detected. Of the samples, parsley, Petasites hybridus, Aster scaber and leek had high violative rates of 23.1, 12.6, 8.2, and 7.9%, respectively. From violative samples, procymidone, endosulfan, metalaxyl, diazinon and chlorpyrifos were frequently detected. The violation rates were 1.71, 1.68, and 1.76% in 2003, 2004 and 2005, respectively, and the detection rates were 8.5, 12.0, and 13.3% in 2003, 2004, and 2005, respectively. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the possible protective effects of maca (Lepidium meyenii) extract (MLE) by supercritical fluid extraction on dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced colitis. Experimental colitis was induced by giving male BALB/c mice 3% DSS in drinking water, and MLE (30 mg/kg BW), sulfasalazine (100 mg/kg BW) or vehicle were administered orally. DSS challenge caused significant body weight loss, rectal bleeding, diarrhea, shortened colon length, histological changes, and increased myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity in DSS-treated mice. Oral administration of MLE significantly relieved the symptoms of diarrhea and rectal bleeding, and reduced colonic MPO activity (p<0.05). MLE treatment inhibited expression of several colonic proteins related to inflammatory responses, such as interleukin (IL)-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α, IL-6, and S100 calcium-binding protein A8, whose expressions were increased significantly by DSS treatment. These results suggest that MLE can alleviate DSS-induced colitis in mice by modulating colonic inflammatory mediators. 相似文献

The fabrication of core–shell nanocrystals by incorporating microporous UiO-66 into mesoporous MIL-101 is reported. The growth of the core–shell MIL-101@UiO-66 nanocrystals was observed and supported by TEM and PXRD. The accessible pore volumes of the individual metal-organic framework (MOF) components and the core–shell hybrid crystals were also characterized. The hydrogen storage capacity exhibited by the resulting core–shell nanocrystals was 26% and 60% higher than those of pure phase MIL-101 and UiO-66, respectively. A new method for multi-residue determination of five synthetic glucocorticoids (betamethasone, dexamethasone, prednisone, prednisolone, and hydrocortisone) in milk powder is developed. The glucocorticoids in the samples were extracted with tert-butyl methyl ether under ultrasonication incubation, and then cleaned up through gel permeation chromatography. After C18 LC gradient elution separation using acetonitrile with 0.1% formic acid as a mobile phase, the eluents were determined by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry with multiple reaction monitoring and positive ionization modes. The effective separation for the five glucocorticoids was achieved. The limit of quantification of the method for testing five glucocorticoids in milk powder was in the range from 0.2 to 0.5 μg kg−1, which was lower than the maximum residue limits established by European Union for glucocorticoids in foods. Experiments on spiked samples of milk powder showed that the mean recoveries at addition level of 1.0, 3.0, and 5.0 μg kg−1 were in the range of 71.2% and 103%, and the relative standard deviation ranged from 4.7% to 16.8%. The calibration curves for these drugs between 1.0 and 100 μg l−1 showed good linearity, with correlation coefficient (r) more than 0.999. The real sample test showed that this method is sensitive and accurate. It can be used for qualitative and quantitative determination of studied glucocorticoid residues in milk powder samples. 相似文献
