原油基压裂液研究

研制了一种适用于低压、低渗、水敏性储集层的新型原油基压裂液体系。根据基液原油的组分合成相应的增稠剂，增稠剂在原油中与交联剂反应，形成网状结构，使原油成为黏度可以调控的冻胶，从根本上改变了油基压裂液以柴油、煤油为基液的现状，降低了油基压裂液的成本，同时还提高了压裂液的抗温、抗剪切和破胶性能，并将交联时间缩短到2h以内，可以满足现场压裂施工的要求，大大降低了施工强度和压裂改造的综合成本。在青海油田进行的现场先导试验取得成功。图9表1参5     

Velocity selective filters recursively implemented in the spatiotemporal domain.

Energy-based methods for motion estimation in image sequences process the input data either in the spatiotemporal or in the frequency domain. In both cases, the algorithms already described in the literature often require a huge number of elementary operations. In this paper, we describe a class of velocity selective filters which yield an accurate detection of the edges moving in the sequence. We first present a filtering scheme based on a convolution operation computed on a finite size neighborhood and describe its properties in the spatiotemporal and frequency domains. Then, we show that filters with similar properties can be implemented recursively, i.e., as convolutions computed on infinite-size neighborhoods. As an example, we finally show the filters' responses in the case of two superimposed translational motions.

Josef Maria Bro?ek (1913-2004).

Presents an obituary and information about the life and accomplishments of Josef Maria Bro?ek. Born August 14, 1913, in the ancient town of Melnik, in central Bohemia, today the Czech Republic, Josef spent his childhood in Poland (Warsaw, 1913- 1915) and in Siberia (1915-1920). His education in Czechoslovakia culminated with a thesis on "Memory, Its Measurement and Structure" and a PhD awarded in June 1937. In the history of psychology, his lifetime project bore the title "Historiography of Psychology Around the World," and it covered about 20 geographical areas. Extensive attention was devoted to institutional and organizational developments as journals, academic settings, archives, museums, research groups, conferences, and institutes. 不同注F剂量与CMOS运放电路辐照损伤的相关性

在不同注F剂量条件下,对P沟和N沟两种不同差分对输入CMOS运放电路的电离辐照响应进行了研究.分析比较了注F和未注F运放电路电离辐照响应之间的差异.结果表明,在栅场介质注入适量的F,可有效抑制辐照感生的氧化物电荷尤其是界面态的增长,从而提高CMOS运放电路的抗辐照特性.     

Magnetotransport Calculations for Two-Dimensional Electrons with Spin-Orbit Interaction

We present calculations of the magnetoconductivity in a two-dimensional electron system including the Rashba spin-orbit interaction. Essential for these calculations is an extension of the self-consistent Born approximation which takes into account the electron spin degree of freedom. The calculated magnetoconductivity exhibits, besides the beating in the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations, a modulation related to the spin-orbit induced crossings of Landau levels, as a consequence of spin-conserving scattering between spin-orbit coupled states.     

岩石物理横波速度曲线计算技术

横波速度是地震勘探中的重要参数。针对实际生产中缺乏横波速度测井曲线资料，利用经验公式计算精确度不高的问题，通过对横波速度计算理论模型的研究分析，选择Blot-Gassman模型法，利用岩石矿物成分、流体成分、孔隙度及密度等测井曲线进行横波速度测井曲线的计算，并对横波速度计算技术和流程进行研究。在实际工区进行了横波速度曲线计算，计算结果与实测横波吻合程度较高，误差小于10％，该技术在储层和流体识别预测的应用中取得了较好效果。
