This paper presents an approach to the problem of estimating the number of exponential functions and the pertinent parameters in the output of a radioactive tracer kinetic process. In particular, application of a criterion called an information theoretical criterion (AIC) for the estimation of the number of exponential functions is proposed; AIC was introduced by Akaike for the estimation of the order of linear dynamical systems and has been successfully applied for statistical model identification in a wide range of fields. Also, the maximum likelihood method was applied in order to evaluate AIC and to estimate decay constants and coefficients.  相似文献

A high efficiency quasi-optical (QO) mode converter for high-power, low-frequency gyrotron have been designed and tested. For low-frequency gyrotrons, the scales of the mode converter are comparatively small on the wavelength scale, thus causing significant diffraction losses. Over-1 MW power gyrotron with TE8,3 cavity at 28 GHz have been developed, which has a high efficiency mode converter designed by the use of numerical methods for launcher optimization. This calculation is sufficiently optimized to maximize the fractional Gaussian content of the far field. The total transmission efficiency from the mode converter to output window is 94.7%. For the experimental result of first tube, the output power of more than 1 MW has been obtained with about 40% efficiency and output burn pattern agrees fairly with the calculated profiles, which imply the design appropriateness. Besides, the frequency dependence for diffraction loss is discussed, and these results give the guiding design principle of the mode converter for high-power, low-frequency and long-pulse gyrotrons.  相似文献

Recent developments in computer algorithms, image sensors, and microfabrication technologies make it possible to digitize the whole process of classical holography. This technique, referred to as digitized holography, allows us to create fine spatial three-dimensional (3D) images composed of virtual and real objects. In the technique, the wave field of real objects is captured in a wide area and at very high resolution using the technique of synthetic aperture digital holography. The captured field is incorporated in virtual 3D scenes including two-dimensional digital images and 3D polygon mesh objects. The synthetic field is optically reconstructed using the technique of computer-generated holograms. The reconstructed 3D images present all depth cues like classical holograms but are digitally editable, archivable, and transmittable unlike classical holograms. The synthetic hologram printed by a laser lithography system has a wide viewing zone in full-parallax and give viewers a strong sensation of depth, which has never been achieved by conventional 3D systems. A real hologram as well as the details of the technique is presented to verify the proposed technique.  相似文献

Structural and optical properties of In-rich Cu–In–Se polycrystalline thin films (0.54<In/(Cu+In)<0.78) prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis (CSP) on glass substrate have been systematically studied in terms of In/(Cu+In) ratio. Lattice constants a and c of the films decrease with increase of In/(Cu+In) ratio. The films exhibit a characteristic Raman peak shifting higher frequencies as the In/(Cu+In) ratio increases. Optical bandgap energy is approximately 1.22 eV for 0.54<In/(Cu+In)<0.67, but increases from 1.22 to 1.36 eV when the In/(Cu+In) ratio increases from 0.67 to 0.78. Photoacoustic measurements reveal the existence of high concentration of nonradiative centers introduced by the deviation from the stoichiometric composition.  相似文献

For the development of industrial heat pump systems supplying a high-temperature heat source over 130°C, experiments were carried out on cooling heat transfer of supercritical pressure fluids flowing in a plate heat exchanger (PHE). Using two refrigerants of HFC134a and HCFC22 as the test fluids, heat transfer coefficient data were obtained at different pressure, flow rate, and heat load conditions. The heat transfer coefficient generally had a maximum in the vicinity of the pseudocritical point and showed seven- to ninefold values compared with tube flow. Based on the measurements, characteristics of cooling heat transfer of supercritical pressure fluids in the PHE were clarified and a correlation of heat transfer coefficient was developed.  相似文献

Using scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy (STM/STS) at 4.2 K, we observed Zn impurity resonance states in single crystals of Zn substituted Bi2Sr2Ca(Cu1?x Zn x )2O8+δ . Zn impurity resonances were characterized by the peak structure in the local density of states (LDOS). The peaks were appeared near the E F on each of Zn impurity sites. The peak energy showed a wide distribution from ?7 to 5 meV. The average peak energy was ?1.5 meV and the variance was 1.8 meV. We investigated the correlation between the peak energy at a Zn site and the energy gap value in the region where the Zn site is embedded. Although we observed about hundred Zn sites, no correlation between the local energy gap and the peak energy was observed.  相似文献

The creep properties of a Sn–Ag–Cu micro solder joint with a solder ball with 500 μm were investigated by a multi-temperature stress relaxation test performed using a specimen at three temperatures (298, 348, and 398 K). The stress exponents in Norton’s law were 8 at 398 K, 8.8 at 348 K, and 9 at 298 K, and the activation energies were found to be 39 kJ/mol in the high-stress region and 80 kJ/mol in the low-stress region. The stress exponent in Norton’s law for a micro solder joint was lower than that for a large-scale specimen, which resulted in more coarsened intermetallics in the microstructure than in the large-scale specimen. The activation energies for the micro solder joint were almost equal to those for the large-scale specimen in the high- and low-stress regions. These results reflect the microstructure of the micro solder joint, and the creep constitutive equation for the Sn–Ag–Cu joint could be derived by the multi-temperature stress relaxation test proposed in this study.  相似文献

In this study, experiments were performed to examine characteristics of flow boiling heat transfer and pressure drop of a low global warming potential refrigerant R32 flowing in a horizontal copper circular tube with 1.0 mm inside diameter for the development of a high-performance heat exchanger using small-diameter tubes or minichannels for air conditioning systems. Axially local heat transfer coefficients were measured in the range of mass fluxes from 30 to 400 kg/(m2·s), qualities from 0.05 to 1.0, and heat fluxes from 2 to 24 kW/m2 at the saturation temperature of 10°C. Pressure drops were also measured in the rage of mass fluxes from 30 to 400 kg/(m2·s) and qualities from 0.05 to 0.9 at the saturation temperature of 10°C under adiabatic condition. In addition, two-phase flow patterns were observed through a sight glass fixed at the tube exit with a digital camera. The characteristics of boiling heat transfer and pressure drop were clarified based on the measurements and the comparison with data of R410A obtained previously. Also, measured heat transfer coefficients were compared with two existing correlations.  相似文献

Antioxidant effects of soy-derived isoflavones are predicted to be mediated by the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway. Recently, we constructed an assay system to evaluate the antioxidant effects of dietary phytochemicals in zebrafish and revealed a relationship between these effects and the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway. In this study, we used this system to examine the antioxidant effects of seven isoflavones. Among those seven, equol showed strong antioxidant effects when arsenite was used as an oxidative stressor. The antioxidant effect of equol was also shown in Nrf2-mutant zebrafish nfe2l2afh318, suggesting that this effect was not mediated by the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway. To elucidate this unidentified mechanism, the gene expression profiles of equol-treated larvae were analyzed using RNA-seq and qRT-PCR, while no noticeable changes were detected in the expression of genes related to antioxidant effects, except weak induction of Nrf2 target genes. Because nfe2l2afh318 is an amino acid-substitution mutant (Arg485Lue), we considered that the antioxidant effect of equol in this mutant might be due to residual Nrf2 activity. To examine this possibility, we generated an Nrf2-knockout zebrafish nfe2l2ait321 using CRISPR-Cas9 and analyzed the antioxidant effect of equol. As a result, equol showed strong antioxidant effects even in Nrf2-knockout larvae, suggesting that equol indeed upregulates antioxidant activity in zebrafish in an Nrf2-independent manner.  相似文献
