Consolidation of Nano-Sized TiN Powders by Spark Plasma Sintering

Nano-sized TiN powders with an average particle size of 19 nm were synthesized via a new method, reduction–nitridation reaction in liquid ammonia. A consolidation procedure using spark plasma sintering (SPS) was used, and a dense TiN ceramic (>98% of theoretical) with mean grain size of 100–150 nm was obtained at 1380°C. The influence of sintering temperature on grain growth and microstructural evolution was also discussed.     

Control of the photorefractive effect using a low Tg sol-gel glass

Summary We prepared the photorefractive sol-gel glass based on organic-inorganic hybrid materials containing a charge transporting molecule, second-order nonlinear optical chromophore, photosensitizer, and plasticizer. Carbazole and 2-{ 4-[(2-hydroxyethyl) methylamino]benzylidene}malononitrile were reacted with 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane and the functionalized silanes were employed to fabricate the efficient photorefractive media including 2,4,7-trinitrofluorenone (TNF) to form a charge transfer complex. The simplest way to vary the composition in the matrix was to mix the desired amount of the functionalized alkoxysilane. The prepared sol-gel glass samples contained a large amount of nonlinear optical (NLO) chromophore compared to that of the charge transporting molecules. They showed a large net gain coefficient and high diffraction efficiency at certain conditions. Development of modified stokes expression to model the behavior of expanded beds containing polydisperse resins for protein adsorption

Expanded bed behavior was modeled by using the Richardson-Zaki correlation between the superficial velocity of the feed stream and the void fraction of the bed. A polydisperse material, Chelating excellose® (70-210 Μm in diameter, 1.21 g/cm³ in density), which has Ni²⁺ ions for the selective binding of histidine-tagged proteins, was used as the resin. A method to modify the Stokes expression to express the terminal settling velocity of the resins by introducing two empirical parameters, the effective diameter of the resins and an exponent for(ρ _p -ρ)/Μ term, was developed. Combined use of the Richardson-Zaki correlation and the modified Stokes expression was successful in modeling the bed expansion by incorporating physical properties of feed streams and the resins.     

超细粉流化机理和团聚现象的探讨

在直径60mm的流化床中，以SiO2和TiO2超细粉为原料，考察了粉体物性、粉体填充状态和空气湿度等因素对超细粉流化行为和聚团性质的影响，结果表明：超细粉的流态化经历了活塞流、过渡区和聚团流化3个阶段；聚团的流化行为与大颗粒相似；初始填充状态对超细粉流化行为和聚团大小有重要影响，松填充有利于减小聚团尺寸和减少颗粒夹带，提高流化质量；并结合粉体层受力分析，对超细粉的流化机理和团聚现象进行了探讨。     

增强反应法制备的废轮胎胶粉增韧聚苯乙烯

用增强反应法制备机械破碎的废胎胶粉增韧的聚苯乙烯复合材料研究表明,当胶粉质量分数为40%时,其冲击强度比纯聚苯乙烯提高10倍,而拉伸强度比纯聚苯乙烯仍保持50%以上.胶粉粒度为40目时,增韧效果最佳,粒度分布对增韧效果影响不大.这表明用增强反应法制备机械破碎的废轮胎胶粉增韧的聚苯乙烯复合材料时,不必过分磨细废胎胶粉,也不必过分追求胶粉粒度均一.     

Mobile phase composition for resolving whey proteins in reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography

Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was successfully developed for the simultaneous and rapid separation for the main whey proteins, α-Lactalbumin and β-Lactoglobulin. This method consisted of a linear gradient of the two mobile phases of 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid in water and 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid in acetonitrile. The total run time for this separation was approximately 30 min, and α-Lactalbumin was eluted followed byβ- Lactoglobulin. The injection volume was fixed at 20 μl and the flow rate was 1 ml 1/min. The optimum mobile phase composition and gradient conditions to separate α-Lactalbumin and β-Lactoglobulin (A+B) were experimentally obtained at the 15 μm particle with a pore size of 300 Å on the linear-gradient mode.     

酚醛泡沫塑料研究

针对影响酚醛泡沫性能的诸多因紊的不确定性，对树脂粘度、发泡剂、固化剂、表面活性剂、工艺温度及其他因素对泡沫性能的影响进行了讨论。研究表明：当树脂粘度控制在2000-10000cps，发泡剂用量为3．7％-9．5％，固化剂用量为7．5%-2．5％，表面活性剂用量为3．5％-8.5％，发泡温度控制在70℃-80℃之间时，可制得质量较好的酚醛泡沫塑料。     

煤气化试车总结

中石化南化公司煤气化装置首次采用水煤浆8.5 MPa高压气化及1开1备的气化运行模式,于2006年1月11日投料成功,并在8.2 MPa、83%负荷下运行正常.该文对试车、生产情况做了分析和总结.

在BVT3浮阀塔板基础上,开发研制了新型BVT4浮阀塔板.BVT4塔板是一种适用于焦化分馏塔的高效组合塔板,它不仅具有BVT3浮阀塔板低压降,低泄漏和低雾沫夹带的特点,而且根据焦化分馏塔的特点,在浮阀结构和塔板开孔方面进行了结构优化,使其能够有效的降低焦粉夹带和塔板上的结焦结盐倾向,适用于焦化分馏塔.
