射频电缆组件组装工艺浅谈

近年来国内外射频电缆组件的发展很快,射频电缆组件的性能不断提高,对射频电缆组件组装工艺也提出了更高的要求.射频电缆组件组装过程多是手工操作,产品的一致性及性能很难控制,要求有良好的工艺保证,为此介绍了射频电缆组件组装工艺,包括电缆的裁剪及剥皮、内导体的连接、外导体的连接和电气性能的测试;探讨了在组装过程中应注意的问题,以及针对内导体焊接易出现虚焊问题进行研究.     

地理信息系统在石油天然气长输管道中的应用

地理信息系统是利用现代计算机图形和数据库技术来处理地理空间及其相关数据的计算机系统,是融地理学、测量学、几何学、计算机科学和应用对象为一体的综合性高新技术。在石油天然气管道的管理向现代化、科学化和智能化方向发展的过程中,地理信息系统是有利的辅助手段之一。文章对地理信息系统发展、基本功能要求、建设内容及其在石油天然气管道中的应用进行了论述。     

Properties of high reinforcement-content aluminum matrix composite for electronic packages

Aluminum matrix composites reinforced by a high volume fraction of ceramic particles provide a novel solution to electronic packaging technology, because of their high thermal conductivity, compatible and tailorable coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) with chips or substrates, low weight, enhanced specific stiffness, and low cost. In this paper, SiC-particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites are fabricated by the cost-effective squeeze-casting technology, and their microstructure characteristics, thermo-physical, and mechanical properties are investigated. The reinforcement volume fraction is as high as 70% and composites with linear CTE of 6.9–9.7×10^–6 °C^–1 and thermal conductivity of 120–170 W m^–1 °C^–1 are produced. The composites can be electric-discharge machined, ground, and electric-spark drilled. An electroless nickel layer is plated on the composite by the conventional procedures. Finally, their potential applications in electronic packaging and thermal management are illustrated via prototype examples.     

A medium-access control protocol for a cellular packet CDMAcarrying multirate traffic

We propose and evaluate a medium-access control (MAC) protocol for synchronous cellular packet direct-sequence code-division multiple-access (DS/CDMA). The protocol is designed for handling a variety of multimedia traffic types in an integrated wireless-access network (IWAN). For instance, the protocol is suited for carrying multiple traffic types of different priorities. An analytical model for the equilibrium state has been developed for the proposed protocol. A comparative evaluation of the protocol is done for three different radio frequency bandwidths currently under consideration for personal communication services (PCS), i.e., 1.25 MHz, 5 MHz, and 10 MHz. Our results demonstrate that the proposed protocol is both robust and flexible for the intended IWAN applications. It offers a significant multiplexing gain as the bandwidth increases     

Mechanical Model on Brittle Crack Initiation and Propagation

A mechanical model is presented in this paper to describe the initiating and propagating of brittle cracks. Two criteria have been deduced from the model to determine the effects of such factors as local stress state, surface and grain boundary energies as well as local grain boundary orientation on the initiating and propagating of both intergranular and transgranular brittle cracks. By which the role of adding B in Ni3Al base alloys to improve their ductility,temper and hydrogen embrittlements in steels and other alloys as well as the random feature of brittle crack initiation could be explained     

提高前馈神经网络推广能力的若干实际方法

提高前馈神经网络的推广能力是深受关注的问题，本文根据我们最近提出了一个网络有效推广的准则，从提高网络特征提取能力，分类能力和修改神经元激活函数等几方面给出了若干实际方案，我们在任意手写数字识别问题上的实验结果证实了这些方法的有效性。

Freelance 2000 DCS在轴流机上的应用

简要介绍了Freelance 2000 DCS的功能特点以及轴流机的控制要求.结合轴流机的控制特点，用Freelance 2000 DCS对原模拟电子系统进行改造，实现并改进了轴流机流量－静叶位置调节、防喘振控制、逻辑控制、状态监测、信息管理等功能。改造后的系统可靠性高、技术先进、信息管理功能强，其设计思想和方法均可供石化企业大型压缩机控制系统的设计和改造借鉴。     

再生用碱的质量对阴离子交换树脂性能的影响

我国许多电厂在再生阴离子交换树脂时都习惯采用隔膜法生产的工业氢氧化钠，这种氢氧化钠中的杂质离子含量较高，会对阴离子交换树脂的性能产生很大的影响。就碱中杂质成分对阴离子交换树脂的影响，通过比较两种不同纯度的碱再生后的阴离子交换树脂的技术经济性，提出再生阴离子交换树脂时应优先选择纯度较高的碱。     

铜线材酸性高速电镀致密光亮锡、锡铜合金

为了寻找低成本、低腐蚀、低污染高速电镀锡、锡铜合金工艺 ,在含光亮剂、柔软剂DL0 1、0 2、0 3的硫酸槽中在不同的电流密度、不同的搅拌速度下 ,在Φ0 .5mm的铜线上电镀Sn和Sn Cu合金镀层。DL0 1、0 2的主要成分是无芳香族的希夫碱 ,DL0 3的主要成分是醇醛缩合物。结果表明 ,在含有DL0 1、0 2、0 3和 35g/LSnSO4 ,137g/LH2 SO4 的镀液中 ,在Jc=10～ 90A/dm2 ,v=16 0～ 314m/min时 ,所得镀层致密、柔软、光亮。在含CuSO4 ·5H2 O 0 .5 ,3.5g/L的硫酸镀槽中 ,在Jc=9,18A/dm2 ,v=16 0m/min时获得了致密、柔软、光亮的Sn (0 .3%～ 0 .6 % )Cu合金镀层。
