A facile one-step approach to synthesize various phase-separated porous, raspberry-like, flower-like, core–shell and anomalous nanoparticles and nanocapsules via 1,1-diphenylethene (DPE) controlled soap-free emulsion copolymerization of styrene (S) with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), or acrylic acid (AA) is reported. By regulating the mass ratio of S/GMA, transparent polymer solution, porous and anomalous P(S-GMA) particles could be produced. The P(S-GMA) particles turn from flower-like to raspberry-like and then to anomalous structures with smooth surface as the increase of divinylbenzene (DVB) crosslinker. Transparent polymer solution, nanocapsules and core–shell P(S-AA) particles could be obtained by altering the mole ratio of S/AA; anomalous and raspberry-like P(S-AA) particles are produced by adding DVB. The unpolymerized S resulted from the low monomer conversion in the presence of DPE aggregates to form nano-sized droplets, and migrates towards the external surfaces of the GMA-enriched P(S-GMA) particles and the internal bulk of the AA-enriched P(S-AA) particles. The nano-sized droplets function as in situ porogen, porous P(S-GMA) particles and P(S-AA) nanocapsules are produced when the porogen is removed. This novel, facile, one-step method with excellent controllability and reproducibility will inspire new strategies for creating hierarchical phase-separated polymeric particles with various structures by simply altering the species and ratio of comonomers. The drug loading and release experiments on the porous particles and nanocapsules demonstrate that the release of doxorubicin hydrochloride is very slow in weakly basic environment and quick in weakly acidic environment, which enables the porous particles and nanocapsules with promising potential in drug delivery applications. 相似文献

从总风险控制的角度,提出了事故工况下场内工作人员剂量与辐射风险接受准则,并建立了相应的评估方法。以典型压水堆核电厂为例,采用概率安全分析(PSA)的全范围事故序列进行验证评价,评估了典型压水堆核电厂事故后场内工作人员的辐射剂量与辐射致死风险。通过验证结果可知,事故后场内工作人员总的辐射致死风险远低于公众由于自然灾害、疾病、交通事故及不同行业的总死亡风险值;事故后工作人员在燃料厂房进行操作时的辐射致死风险占比最高,故工作人员在燃料厂房进行相关操作时,可提前制定相应的辐射防护措施来降低辐射风险;工作群组中其他人员和意外受照人员事故后辐射致死风险占比较高,可通过采用气面罩等方式对气载放射性进行防护以降低其辐射风险。相应的分析结果可为后续核电厂事故后处理方案的制定和事故后场内工作人员辐射防护措施的制定提供借鉴。 相似文献

An LDMOS with nearly rectangular-shape safe operation area (SOA) and low specific on-resistance is proposed. By utilizing a split gate, an electron accumulation layer is formed near the surface of the n-drift region to improve current conduction capability during on-state operation. As a result, the specific on-resistance can be lowered down to 74.7 mΩ·cm2 for a 600 V device from simulation. Furthermore, under high-voltage and high-current conditions, electrons and holes flow as majority carriers in the n-drift region and p-type split gate, respectively. Due to charge compensation occurring between holes and electrons, the local electric field is reduced and impact ionization is weakened in the proposed device. Therefore, a higher on-state breakdown voltage at large VGS is obtained and snap-back is suppressed as well. 相似文献

SiO2 hollow spheres with movable Fe3O4 core were obtained by exposing the pre-synthesized Fe3O4SiO2 particles (with an adsorption interlayer of ethylene glycol) under the irradiation of electron beam inside transmission electron micrograph (TEM). In the formation process, the evaporation of adsorbed ethylene glycol and the evolution of amorphous SiO2 layer played important roles, and that should be attributed to the high temperature and trapped charges induced by the irradiation of electron beam. 天然气净化厂硫磺回收及尾气处理装置尾气中有机硫含量对SO_2减排有重要影响。研究表明,硫磺回收装置的燃烧炉、催化反应器及尾气处理装置的加氢水解反应器中均会生成有机硫。对此,可通过减少酸气中烃类含量、提高燃烧炉温度、选择合适催化剂类型以及保持较高的加氢水解反应温度等措施,有效降低有机硫的生成量。同时,对于过程中生成的有机硫,应优化催化剂组合方式,在各级反应器中叠加水解,并保持加氢水解单元的高效转化,将进入灼烧炉的有机硫含量降至最低,从而实现生产装置尾气排放达标。 相似文献
