Influence of lignite porosity on the density fluctuation and subsequent beneficiation efficiency was studied. Using copper as tracer element, SEM+EDS was used to study the wetting rate of medium to particles. Furthermore, the particle quality changes before and after the wetting was analyzed. Separation experiments were carried out to verify the hypothesis. Results show that the wetting process is less than three seconds and there is no significant relationship between the quality growth rate and the particle density, which leads to the irregular change of particle density. Separation experiment proved the low separation efficiency and high content of mismatch particles.  相似文献

基于离散数学理论和计算机技术,用数值仿真方法,以曲柄滑块机构中的铰链摩擦副磨损状态为研究对象,针对光面磨损失效形式,建立同时考虑压力和温度影响时铰链机构的磨损数值仿真模型,提出具体的算法方案并编写了通用程序.引入位置矢量和磨损步长的概念,使连续的磨损过程离散化,并对铰链机构的运动规律做了动态跟踪.提出磨损概率寿命的概念,利用蒙特卡洛法,通过算例实现对铰链机构磨损概率寿命的可靠性计算,解决了零件磨损寿命的可靠性预测问题.结果表明:复杂的磨损过程可用数值法进行模拟仿真,从而摆脱传统的仅依赖试验的研究方法,通过一系列离散性准静态模型解决经典微积分数学方法无法解决的动态和非线性磨损问题,具有良好的工程应用前景.  相似文献

针对目前电容层析成像(ECT)数据采集系统中控制模块和通讯模块制约数据采集速度的瓶颈问题,本文设计并研制了一套基于DSP处理器和USB2.0技术的高速ECT数据采集系统.该系统以DSP处理器(ADSP-2188N)为核心,辅以CPLD进行控制;同时采用USB2.0技术设计了ECT的通讯模块,实现了ECT数据采集系统与上位机的高速通讯.实验测试表明,该系统在保持较高采样精度的同时,数据采集的速度大为提高,每秒达到2264幅以上,突破了ECT系统数据采集速度的瓶颈,满足了工业应用的实时性要求.  相似文献

由于TA32钛合金板室温成形性差、精度难以保证,开展了电磁辅助弯曲成形方法的实验研究,通过拉伸和电磁成形实验探究了TA32钛合金的力学性能和成形性能,获得了TA32钛合金板在准静态和动态拉伸下的应力、应变关系,给出了在电磁成形状态下的成形极限应变,阐明了电磁成形作用下的TA32钛合金的增塑机制。采用匀压式电磁辅助弯曲成形的方法对TA32钛合金板开展实验研究,结果表明:电磁辅助弯曲成形方法能够有效地提高弯曲件的成形精度,并且在一定条件下,放电能量越高,贴模效果越好、成形精度越高。带压紧翼的弯曲件的变形区外层过度伸长而产生减薄并开裂,不带压紧翼的弯曲件通过合理地控制放电电压能够获得较好的成形效果。  相似文献

Nanotechnology has been successfully implemented in many applications, such as nanoelectronics, nanobiomedicine, and nanodevices. However, this technology has rarely been applied to the oil and gas industry, especially in upstream exploration and production. The oil and gas industry needs to improve oil recovery and exploit unconventional resources. The cost of research and oil production is under immense pressure, and it is becoming more difficult to justify such investment when the crude oil price is weak and depressed. There is a widespread belief that nanotechnology may be exploited to develop novel nanomaterials with enhanced performance to combat these technological barriers. Increasing funding resources from governmental and global oil industry have been allocated to exploration, drilling, production, refining, and wastewater treatment. For example, nanosensors allow for precise measurement of reservoir conditions. Nanofluids prepared using functional nanomaterials may exhibit better performance in oil production processes, and nanocatalysts have improved the efficiency in oil refining and petrochemical processes. Nanomembranes enhance oil, water and gas separation, oil and gas purification, and the removal of impurities from wastewater. Functional nanomaterials can play an important role in the production of smart, reliable, and more durable equipment. In this review paper, we summarize the research progress and prospective applications of nanotechnology and nanomaterials in the oil and gas industry.  相似文献

A polarized differential-phase laser scanning microscope, which combines a polarized optical heterodyne Mach-Zehnder interferometer and a differential amplifier to scan the topographic image of a surface, is proposed. In the experiment the differential amplifier, which acts as a PM-AM converter in the experiment, converting phase modulation (PM) into amplitude modulation (AM). Then a novel, to our knowledge, phase demodulator was proposed and implemented for the differential-phase laser scanning microscope. An optical grating (1800 lp/mm) was imaged. The lateral and the depth resolutions of the imaging system were 0.5 mum and 1 nm, respectively. The detection accuracy, which was limited by the reflectivity variation of the test surface, is discussed.  相似文献

Over the last several decades, many Software Reliability Growth Models (SRGM) have been developed to greatly facilitate engineers and managers in tracking and measuring the growth of reliability as software is being improved. However, some research work indicates that the delayed S-shaped model may not fit the software failure data well when the testing-effort spent on fault detection is not a constant. Thus, in this paper, we first review the logistic testing-effort function that can be used to describe the amount of testing-effort spent on software testing. We describe how to incorporate the logistic testing-effort function into both exponential-type, and S-shaped software reliability models. The proposed models are also discussed under both ideal, and imperfect debugging conditions. Results from applying the proposed models to two real data sets are discussed, and compared with other traditional SRGM to show that the proposed models can give better predictions, and that the logistic testing-effort function is suitable for incorporating directly into both exponential-type, and S-shaped software reliability models  相似文献
