Comparing the offers for machinery and other technical equipment, it is advantageous to undertake a numerical evaluation of technical and economical properties, to avoid poor investments. For this purpose suitable indices are given here, with respect to the indices in the VDI-guidelines No. 2225 which enable the evaluation of constructional design. The so-called “technical valuex” of these guidelines can be taken over unchanged. Instead of the nonsuitable “economic valuey”, a “price related valuew” is suggested. By this and similar to the so-called “strength of constructional design” in the VDI-guidelines it may be possible to determine the “strength of the offer” with the help of a diagramme.  相似文献

Multiple-allergen testing for high throughput and high sensitivity requires the development of miniaturized immunoassays that allow for a large test area and require only a small volume of the test analyte, which is often available only in limited amounts. Developing such miniaturized biochips containing arrays of test allergens needs application of a technique able to deposit molecules at high resolution and speed while preserving its functionality. Lipid dip-pen nanolithography (L-DPN) is an ideal technique to create such biologically active surfaces, and it has already been successfully applied for the direct, nanoscale deposition of functional proteins, as well as for the fabrication of biochemical templates for selective adsorption. The work presented here shows the application of L-DPN for the generation of arrays of the ligand 2,4-dinitrophenyl[1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[6-[(2,4-dinitrophenyl)amino]hexanoyl] (DNP)] onto glass surfaces as a model system for detection of allergen-specific Immunoglobin E (IgE) antibodies and for mast cell activation profiling.  相似文献

Fluorescence spectroscopy provides potential contrast enhancement for near-infrared tissue imaging and physiologically correlated spectroscopy. We present a fluorescence photon migration model and test its quantitative predictive capabilities with a frequency-domain measurement that involves a homogeneous multiple-scattering tissue phantom (with optical properties similar to those of tissue in the near infrared) that contains a fluorophore (rhodamine B). After demonstrating the validity of the model, we explore its ability to recover the fluorophore's spectral properties from within the multiple-scattering medium. The absolute quantum yield and the lifetime of the fluorophore are measured to within a few percent of the values measured independently in the absence of scattering. Both measurements are accomplished without the use of reference fluorophores. In addition, the model accurately predicts the fluorescence emission spectrum in the scattering medium. Implications of these absolute measurements of lifetime, quantum yield, concentration, and emission spectrum from within multiple-scattering media are discussed.  相似文献

A large-scale point to point hydrogen transport is one strategy for a prospective energy import scenario for certain countries. The case for a hydrogen transport from Australia to Japan has been addressed in several studies. However, most studies lack transparency and detailed insights into the made assumptions thus a fair evaluation of different transport pathways is challenging. To address this issue, we developed a model where a large-scale point to point hydrogen transport of liquid hydrogen is compared with the transport via liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC), namely via methyl cyclohexane and hydrogenated dibenzyl toluene. We analyzed, where energy is required along the different pathways, where hydrogen losses do occur and how the costs are put together. Furthermore, the influence of hydrogen feed costs is also considered. For hydrogen production costs of 5 €2018/kgH2 the total delivery costs are in the range of 6.40– 8.10 €2018/kgH2.  相似文献

Sheet metal forming is an inherent part of todays production industry. A major goal is to increase the forming limits of classical deep-drawing processes. One possibility to achieve that is to combine the conventional quasi-static (QS) forming process with electromagnetic high-speed (HS) post-forming. This work focuses on the finite element analysis of such combined forming processes to demonstrate the improvement which can be achieved. For this purpose, a cooperation of different institutions representing different work fields has been established. The material characterization is based on flow curves and forming limit curves for low and high strain rates obtained by novel testing devices. Further experimental investigations have been performed on the process chain of a cross shaped cup, referring to both purely quasi-static and quasi-static combined with electromagnetic forming. While efficient mathematical optimization algorithms support the new viscoplastic ductile damage modelling to find the optimum parameters based on the results of experimental material characterization, the full process chain is studied by means of an electro-magneto-mechanical finite element analysis. The constitutive equations of the material model are integrated in an explicit manner and implemented as a user material subroutine into the commercial finite element package LS-DYNA.  相似文献

We report the experimental realization of efficient tunable nanosources of second harmonic light with individual multiresonant log-periodic optical antennas. By designing the nanoantenna with a bandwidth of several octaves, simultaneous enhancement of fundamental and harmonic fields is observed over a broad range of frequencies, leading to a high second harmonic conversion efficiency, together with an effective second order susceptibility within the range of values provided by widespread inorganic crystals. Moreover, the geometrical configuration of the nanoantenna makes the generated second harmonic signal independent from the polarization of the fundamental excitation. These results open new possibilities for the development of efficient integrated nonlinear nanodevices with high frequency tunability.  相似文献

In this paper, we focus on a critical aspect of work in organizations: using information in work tasks which is provided by information systems (IS) such as enterprise content management (ECM) systems. Our study based on the IS success model, 34 interviews, and an empirical study of 247 ECM system users at a financial service provider indicates that it is appropriate to differentiate between contextual and representational information quality as two information quality dimensions. Furthermore, we reveal that in addition to system quality, the two information quality dimensions are important in determining end-user satisfaction, which in turn influences the manifestation of workarounds. Our study also finds that employees using workarounds to avoid an ECM system implemented several years is negatively related to individual net benefits of the ECM system. Hence, we conclude that when investigating large-scale IS such as ECM systems, it is important to differentiate among information quality dimensions to more deeply understand end-user satisfaction and the resulting manifestation of workarounds. Moreover, this research guides organizations in implementing the most appropriate countermeasures based on the importance of either contextual or representational information quality.  相似文献
