LiFePO4 was synthesized using hydrothermal method and coated with different amounts of citric acid as carbon source.The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),surface area measurement—Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET),discharge capability,cyclic voltammetry(CV),and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results show that the quality and thickness of the carbon coating on the surface of LiFePO4 particles are very important.The optimum carbon content(about 30 wt%)can lead to a more uniform carbon distribution.Electrochemical results show that the samples containing 20 wt%,30 wt%,40 wt%,and50 wt% carbon deliver a discharge capacity of 105,167,151,and 112 mAhg-1,respectively,at the rate of 0.1C.The increase of carbon content leads to the decrease of discharge capacity of LiFePO4/C,owing to the fact that excess carbon delays the diffusion of Li+ through the carbon layers during charge/discharge procedure.The LiFePO4/C with low carbon content exhibits poor electrochemical performance because of its low electrical conductivity.Therefore,the amount of carbon must be optimized in order to achieve excellent electrochemical performance of LiFePO4/C for its application in a lithium ion battery.  相似文献

The hybrid complex consist of molybdenylacetylacetonate complex covalently linked to a lacunary Keggin-type polyoxometalate, K8[SiW11O39] (POM), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, SEM, XRD, diffuse reflectance UV–Vis and FT-IR spectroscopic methods. The hybrid complex, [MoO2(acac)–POM] (1), was used for alkene epoxidation with tert-BuOOH in 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent. The complex (1) can catalyze epoxidation of various olefins including non-activated terminal olefins. The effect of reaction parameters such as oxidant, solvent, and temperature on the epoxidation of cyclooctene was also investigated. This heterogeneous catalyst was reused several times in the oxidation of cyclooctene.  相似文献

Attempts have been made to use different amount of ground tire rubber (GTR) powder as a partial substitute for natural rubber (NR) in thermoplastic elastomer based on linear low‐density polyethylene (LLDPE, 60 wt%) and NR (40wt%). Maleic anhydride (MA) and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) were used, during melt mixing of the compound, to modify GTR and vulcanize the rubber phases of the blends. Morphology of the blends was studied by scanning electron microscopy and rheological behavior investigated through rheomechanical spectroscopy. Mechanical properties of the blends were also measured, and the effect of GTR concentration on properties was evaluated. Obtained results showed that modification of GTR with MA and using DCP in the blends containing GTR improves the bonding between GTR and matrix. This leads to a distinctive rheological behavior and enhances tensile strength and elongation at break compared to its corresponding simple blend. It can be said that using of MA and DCP during melt mixing of thermoplastic elastomers based on LLDPE/NR containing GTR, concludes to a better dispersion of GTR and formation of morphology similar to that of a dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer, which improves interfacial bonding between phases and causes a dramatically increase in mechanical properties. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The experimental techniques used to obtain the solubilities of clozapine and lamotrigine in supercritical carbon dioxide include a simple static technique. The solubility measurements were performed at temperatures between 318 and 348 K and pressures between 121.6 and 354.0 bar. These chemicals have solubilities with values ranging from 3.6 × 10−6 to 4.2 × 10−5 (clozapine) and 1 × 10−6 to 6 × 10−5 (lamotrigine) mole fraction. The solubility data were correlated using four semi-empirical density-based models (Chrastil, Bartle, K-J and M-T models). Correlation of the results shows good self-consistency of the data obtained with the Bartle model for clozapine with an overall average absolute relative deviation (AARD%) of 11.21. The calculated results with each four models show satisfactory agreement with the experimental data for lamotrigine with an overall AARD% 11.72, 8.99, 2.75, 3.86 for Chrastil, K-J, Bartle, M-T models, respectively. Using the correlation results, the heat of drug-CO2 solvation and that of drug vaporization were approximated.  相似文献

The effects of gum tragacanth obtained from two species of Astragalus Gossypinus (GT-G) and A. Parrowianus (GT-P) at two levels of 10% and 30% combined with cellulose nanofibers (CNF; 5%) on the physico-mechanical and structural properties of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanocomposite film were investigated in this study. The water solubility and water vapor permeability of the films decreased with increasing the content of both gums, especially in the film containing 30% GT-P. The highest values of the tensile strength (39.3 MPa) and elongation at break (445%) belonged to the treatment containing 10% GT-P (90/10P/0). The FTIR and DSC analyses confirmed good interactions between GT and PVA in the 90/10P/0 treatment. SEM images indicated the dense structure of this film as the optimum treatment. Although the presence of CNF in the films containing GT-G improved some properties, especially the Young modulus, it impaired all the functional properties of nanocomposite GT-P film.  相似文献

In the present investigation, La1-xCoxCr1-yFeyO3 (x,y = 0.0, 0.12, 0.36, 0.60) perovskite was fabricated via a facile micro-emulsion route. The synthesized perovskites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) techniques to examine the effect of Co and Fe ions on the physico-chemical properties. The ferroelectric, dielectric, and magnetic properties of La1-xCoxCr1-yFeyO3 were changed significantly as a function of dopants contents (Co and Fe ions). Outcomes revealed that the dielectric, ferroelectric and magnetic properties of LaCrO3 perovskite can be tuned significantly via Co and Fe doping and La0.40Co0.60Cr0.40Fe0.60O3 have potential for photocatalytic dye removal under (visible) light expoure. The photocatalytic activity (PCA) of the pristine LaCrO3 and La0.40Co0.60Cr0.40Fe0.60O3 photocatalyst was evaluated under (visible) light irradiation for crystal violet (CV) dye. Experimental results revealed that La0.40Co0.60Cr0.40Fe0.60O3 photocatalyst degrdae almost 77.21% CV dye with the rate constant value of 0.01475 min?1. In the presence of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) scavenger, the PCA of the La0.40Co0.60Cr0.40Fe0.60O3 photocatalyst and rate constant value of the photocatalytic reaction decreased to 32.5% and 0.00491 min?1, suggesting the superoxide as main active specie. Results revealed that Co and Fe doping doped material is efficient for photocatalytic presentations under solar light expoure.  相似文献

Viscosity is a parameter that plays a pivotal role in reservoir fluid estimations. Several approaches have been presented in the literature (Beal, 1946; Khan et al, 1987; Beggs and Robinson, 1975; Kartoatmodjo and Schmidt, 1994; Vasquez and Beggs, 1980; Chew and Connally, 1959; Elsharkawy and Alikhan, 1999; Labedi, 1992) for predicting the viscosity of crude oil. However, the results obtained by these methods have significant errors when compared with the experimental data. In this study a robust artificial neural network (ANN) code was developed in the MATLAB software environment to predict the viscosity of Iranian crude oils. The results obtained by the ANN and the three well-established semi-empirical equations (Khan et al, 1987; Elsharkawy and Alikhan, 1999; Labedi, 1992) were compared with the experimental data. The prediction procedure was carried out at three different regimes: at, above and below the bubble-point pressure using the PVT data of 57 samples collected from central, southern and offshore oil fields of Iran. It is confirmed that in comparison with the models previously published in literature, the ANN model has a better accuracy and performance in predicting the viscosity of Iranian crudes.  相似文献

Abstract

Achieving more accurate reacting flow numerical solutions apparently demand employing higher-order schemes, utilizing finer grids, and benefiting from more advanced chemistry models. One major objective of this work is to extend an inclusive low-order upwind-biased scheme in the context of finite-volume-element method to predict turbulent reacting flows on coarse grid resolutions very reliably. In this regard, a low-order upwind-biased scheme is suitably extended to approximate the mixture fraction variances at the cell-faces. This scheme implements the reacting flow physics explicitly in deriving the proposed mixture fraction variance expressions. These physical implementations enhance the derived expressions to result in superior turbulent reacting flow solutions even on coarse grid resolutions. To assess the accuracy of new expressions, we simulate a sample turbulent non-premixed flame with strong non-equilibrium effects of turbulence on chemistry. The comparisons show that the current low-order scheme is robust enough to predict the complex structure of non-premixed flames very reliably even on coarse grids.  相似文献
