Different sensitivities to hydrogen embrittlement for the disordered and ordered B2 FeAl alloys have been investigated. The plasticity of annealed alloys (before hydrogenating) has been found to decrease with increasing the long-range order parameter. An intrinsic weakness of FeAl phase grain boundaries revealed at a high degree of ordering. The results of bending tests on specimens annealed and cathodically charged with hydrogen have shown that the influence of hydrogen on the plasticity diminishes with the increase in the degree of FeAl phase ordering. 相似文献

This article presents in closed form new influence functions for displacements and stresses to a boundary value problems (BVP) of thermoelasticity within a strip, caused by a unit point heat source. We also obtain the respective new integration formula of Green’s type, which directly determines the thermal stresses in the form of integrals of the products between specified internal heat sources, temperature, or heat flux prescribed on boundary and derived thermoelastic influence functions (kernels). The general Green’s type integral formula permits to derive new solution to one particular BVP of thermoelasticity for a strip in the form of elementary functions. There are no studies in the literature that comprehensively present the impact of factors related only to kosher slaughter on the content of minerals in beef. Therefore, learning the impact of such kosher determinants of beef as follows: no stunning during slaughter, cattle category, muscle, or the so‐called kosher treatment for mineral content in beef has an original character. In this connection, the aim of the research was a comprehensive analysis of the impact of kosher determinants (slaughter type, muscle, cattle category, and technological treatment) on the content of selected macro‐ and microelements in beef. On the content of minerals in muscles obtained from beef carcasses, the statistically significant (p < .05) impact was found in the case of slaughter type for such elements as: K, P, and Na. Higher content of phosphorus, potassium, and sodium was found in muscles of heifers and bulls from standard slaughter, compared with the amount of these elements determined in muscles of cattle from kosher slaughter. In turn, statistically significant (p < .05) impact of cattle sex was confirmed only in the case of iron and molybdenum content in beef. Higher amounts of these elements were determined in muscle from heifer carcasses (excluding the molybdenum content in MLT muscle of heifer carcasses from kosher slaughter). The process of koshering (soaking in brine) causes approximately 10‐fold increase in the amount of sodium in beef, regardless of the muscle or gender of cattle. The statistically significant impact of muscle was confirmed only in the case of zinc content. In the authors’ own research, there was found no statistically significant impact of the interaction effects between the analyzed factors (S × G, S × M, G × M, and S × G × M) on the content of particular mineral components. 相似文献

Short flax fibers reinforced polycaprolactone (PCL) was crosslinked using electron irradiation and triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) as coupling agent to improve mechanical properties. Effects of radiation dose and TAIC content on mechanical properties of PCL composites were studied using tensile, impact strength, and dynamic mechanical testing. Selected samples were examined using gel fraction analysis, thermogravimetry, and differential scanning calorimetry to define structural changes induced by electron irradiation at various content of TAIC. Biocomposites were manufactured by conventional extrusion and injection molding processing. Environmental stability of the biocomposites was evaluated for samples subjected to industrial composting. It was found that electron irradiation along with application of TAIC can improve both mechanical properties and environmental stability of flax fibers‐reinforced PCL. POLYM. The combination of mechanically modified lithium electrodes and solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) is investigated. So far, modified lithium electrodes, e.g., via structuring, are successfully used in combination with liquid electrolytes like ionic liquid‐based and organic solvent‐based ones. Specific SPEs have proven to be well compatible with lithium metal, even better than with liquid electrolytes. Nevertheless, the interface between lithium and SPEs is a complex issue. In this work, the challenge of the adequate wetting of the lithium electrode surface, especially a structured lithium surface, with a solid polymer is faced to successfully improve the interfacial properties and thus the performance, by a new method for the coating of such electrodes. The wetting of the micropatterned lithium surface by the SPE and the directed lithium electrodeposition in the patterns are verified by scanning electron microscopy analysis. The influence of temperature on the effective hydrogen diffusion coefficient, hydrogen permeation rate and hydrogen solubility was determined. The authors of this paper investigated the influence of esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids on the lubricating properties of
mineral lubricants containing chosen AW/EP additives. Methyl esters, ethylene glycol esters, and glycerol esters as well as
some commercial AW/EP packages based on zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, S–P organic compounds, and sulphurized esters of fatty
acids were tested. The tribological tests were carried out with the use of a four-ball machine. Antiwear (AW) properties of
tested compositions were determined using their limiting load of wear (Goz(40)). It appears that the AW action of esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids depends on their structure. The best AW action is shown
by compositions of mineral oil lubricants containing AW/EP additives and methyl esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids. The SEM/EDS
analysis of the scar surface layer indicated that the presence of these esters in lubricants causes a change in the interaction

In the paper two approximate analytical methods for calculating nonlinear dynamic responses of an idealised model of a rotor system are devised in order to obtain robust analytical solutions, and consequently speed up the computations maintaining high computational accuracy. The physical model, which is similar to a Jeffcott rotor, assumes a situation where gyroscopic forces can be neglected and concentrates on the dynamic responses caused by interactions between a whirling rotor and a massless snubber ring, which has much higher stiffness than the rotor. The system is modelled by two second-order differential equations, which are linear for non-contact and strongly nonlinear for contact scenarios. The first and the simpler method has been named one point approximation (1PA) and uses only one point in the first-order Taylor expansion of the nonlinear term. It is suitable for soft impacts and gives a reasonable prediction of responses ranging from period one to period four motion. The second and more accurate method of multiple point approximation (MPA) expands the nonlinear term many times when the rotor and the snubber ring are in contact and it can even be used for calculating chaotic responses. The methods are evaluated by a comparison with direct numerical integration showing an excellent level of accuracy. 相似文献

In assemblies constructed from components manufactured with radial deviations, cross-section deviations and deviations being combination of both, there occur variable values of local stresses and displacements. Both the types of shape deviations and their values need to be taken into account in the designing process and play an important role during machine operation. They have a crucial effect on the value and scatter of maximum reduced von Mises stresses and contact stresses. Axisymmetric joints were examined, in which shafts in selected shape variants and in variable angular positions were associated with a non-deformable hole. The aspects of contact zone problems are presented using the example of numerical simulation of contact between an elliptical saddle-shaped shaft placed in a rigid, non-deformable hole in different angular positions. Occurrence of both variable relative stresses and contact stresses as well as shaft's axial shift and rotary movement resistance were demonstrated. 相似文献
