Supercritical (SC) CO2 extraction of dried Immortelle flowers was performed at different process parameters. The optimal extraction conditions related to the yield were determined by response surface methodology (yield 4.09% at 20 MPa and 52°C). The extracts were analyzed by GC-MS and tremetone derivatives dominated: bitalin A, 12-acetoxytremetone, gnaphaliol, 1-[2-(2-methyl-2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl]ethanone, isobutyl bitalin A, and 1-[2-(acetylprop-1-en-2-yl)-3-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl]ethanone. Striking differences were found among the essential oil and SC-CO2 extracts composition. The major oil compounds were γ-curcumene, α-pinene, β-selinene, α-selinene, and limonene. Mono- and sesquiterpene were found among minor constituents of the extracts. Neryl acetate was present in the extracts and essential oil. 相似文献

This paper presents a method for the diagnosis of active systems, these being a class of distributed asynchronous discrete-event systems, such as digital networks, communication networks, and power transmission protection systems. Formally, an active system is viewed as a network of communicating automata, where each automaton describes the behavior of a system component. The diagnostic method encompasses four steps, namely system modeling, reconstruction planning, behavior reconstruction, and diagnosis generation. System modeling formally defines the structure and behavior of system components, as well as the topology of the active system. Based on optimization criteria, reconstruction planning breaks down the problem of system behavior reconstruction into a hierarchical decomposition. Behavior reconstruction yields an intensional representation of all the dynamic behaviors that are consistent with the available system observation. Eventually, diagnosis generation extracts diagnostic information from the reconstructed behaviors. The diagnostic method is applied to a case study in the power transmission network domain. Unlike other proposals, our approach both deals with asynchronous events and does not require any global diagnoser to be built off-line. The method, which is substantiated by an ongoing implementation, is scalable, incremental, and amenable to parallelism, so that real size problems can be handled. 相似文献

Microbiological contamination of polymeric membranes in the process of their exploitation is an essential problem of membrane technology. It results in the increase of manufacturing costs, destruction of membranes, operating life reduction and secondary contamination of water by the metabolism products of microorganisms. For the purpose of reduction of membrane biofouling and biodegradation investigation of adsorption of the guanidine containing oligomers on the surface of PET track membranes was conducted and their influence on the selectivity and antibacterial properties of the membranes was investigated. The determination of additions of soybean proteins in commercial bakery products containing soybean–wheat and soybean–rice binary mixtures has been achieved in this work by high-performance liquid chromatography using a perfusive column. Soybean proteins were solubilized in a 25:75 acetonitrile–water mixture containing 0.3% (v/v) acetic acid by ultrasonication for 10 min and centrifugation for 5 min. Soybean proteins were separated from rice and wheat proteins in less than 4 min using a linear binary gradient of acetonitrile–water containing 0.3% (v/v) acetic acid as ion-pairing agent. The proposed method was proved to be specific and sensitive making possible the detection and the quantitation of additions of about 0.10% (w/w) and 0.33% (w/w), respectively, of soybean proteins in soybean–wheat and soybean–rice products (related to 1 g of initial product). Anionic polymerization of ε‐caprolactam was performed in the presence of only 5 wt % of aromatic polyimides having five‐ and six‐membered imide cycles and bearing hexafluoroisopropylidene, ether, fluorene, siloxane, phthalide, or SO3H? groups, both in the polymer backbone and as side moieties. The synthesized new copolymers were fully characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermomechanical analysis, dilatometry, and X‐ray diffraction. Tough and frictional properties of the obtained copolymers were estimated as well. It was found that on the selection of polyimide activator it is possible to gain the desirable control over the polymer properties, namely the gel‐fraction content, phase composition, compression modulus, notched Izod impact strength, temperature of frictional contact, friction coefficient, etc. These investigations will facilitate the choice of the optimum macromolecular activator for the modification of both the synthetic method and the properties of the commercial polycaproamide. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Coastal populations with high seafood consumption in the Mediterranean have a significant exposure to dietary methylmercury, and areas where environmental mercury pollution is an issue due to industrial activities are of special concern. The study was undertaken with the aim of assessing methylmercury exposure through fish consumption in a community of north Morocco and characterizing the relevant health risk. Concentrations of total mercury were determined in human hair, a biomarker of methylmercury exposure, and in locally consumed fish by cold vapour atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Based on consumption frequencies reported by the 108 subjects included in the study the weekly intake of methylmercury was estimated and biomarker data were evaluated in relation to the estimated intake and the sociodemographic characteristics of the population. Multiple regression analysis was employed for the interpretation of hair mercury data in relation to fish consumption frequency, gender and the age of individuals. Mercury concentrations in hair ranged from 0.22 to 9.56 µg g-1 (geometric mean = 1.79 µg g-1) and were closely related to fish intake. Fisherman and their families consumed fish three to five times per week and were the most exposed population subgroup. A high proportion of women of child-bearing age (50%) had relatively high levels of mercury in their hair (3.08-7.88 µg g-1). 相似文献

The addition of foreign proteins (mainly soybean proteins and milk proteins) to heat-processed meat products is a common practice. This work approaches the determination of additions of soybean proteins in heat-processed meat products prepared with chicken meat, beef meat, and complex mixtures of meats from different species (chicken, pork, beef, and turkey) by perfusion reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The applied method was previously developed for the determination of soybean proteins in pork and turkey meat products but it has never been tested for the determination of soybean proteins in other heat-processed meat products containing other kinds of meats. This paper demonstrates the validity of this method for the detection of soybean proteins in heat-processed meat products containing different varieties of meats and even in the presence of other foreign proteins such as milk proteins. The specificity and existence of matrix interferences have been checked for these samples and accuracy has been evaluated by the comparison of the soybean protein contents determined by the proposed method and the official ELISA method. 相似文献

A failure investigation was performed on a ball joint from an ATV front suspension system. The location of the fracture was
the bearing ball/stud interface, which is a fusion-welded joint, and occurred after approximately 20 h of field-testing. The
two parts are made out of carbon steel and were previously heat-treated. Many elongated MnS inclusions were found in the stud
material, and these inclusions were parallel to the symmetry axis. Even though these inclusions were not significantly sized,
their number was important. Macroscopic evidence showed that the joint failed in a ductile mode under centered tensile overload.
Microscopic examination showed that MnS orientation changed in the fusion joint area. The inclusions had been redirected during
the welding process and laid parallel to the fracture surface. This reorientation caused a significant decrease in the effective
