Crystal structures of room-temperature ionic liquid (RTIL)-H2O mixtures are determined by the X-ray diffraction method. The RTIL is N,N-diethyl-N-methyl-N-2-methoxyethyl ammonium tetrafluoroborate, [DEME][BF4]. At 0.9 mol pct H2O, two kinds of superstructures occur simultaneously without a strain. Also, the volume of the unit cell is very small only at 0.9 mol pct additives. This relates to the composite domain structure, including a twin-related one, as an elastic anomaly. At other water concentrations, such an extraordinary behavior is not observable. By assuming a sublattice having an equivalent lattice constant, a water network at 1 mol pct H2O is simulated using a Monte Carlo (MC) method. The network develops over the medium range in the simulation box.  相似文献

Polystyrene-b-poly(methyl acrylate) (PS-b-PMA) block copolymer with PS volume fraction of 25.2 vol% was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization. Non-pretreated silicon wafers were used as the substrates to prepare perpendicular oriented PS cylinders in PMA matrix via solvent annealing which could induce the transformation of spheres to vertically oriented and hexagonally packed cylinders. The spherical microdomains were formed after the evaporation of solvents from the solutions of the block copolymer in selective solvents mixed from methanol, acetone and dichloromethane. The thickness of films could be as thick as 1000 nm, which were much thicker than usual cases and the cylinders came from the directional coalescence of the spheres, thus any pre-treatments of the substrates were not required for perpendicular orientation. The structures were characterized by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), transmission electron microscope (TEM), atom force microscopy (AFM) and grazing incidence small angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS).  相似文献

In this paper, an anti‐windup design problem for a model predictive control system is studied. The plant is assumed to be stable. First, we propose the structure of an output feedback model predictive controller with an anti‐windup compensator. Then we show a design method of the anti‐windup compensator that guarantees closed‐loop stability and improves the transient response. The design problem of the anti‐windup compensator is reduced to a linear matrix inequality (LMI) optimization problem. Further, it is shown that there always exists an anti‐windup compensator that ensures global asymptotic stability. © 2016 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. The concept of ‘recycling’ was adopted to solve the overuse of resources by mass production and mass consumption of products in the 20th century. In the latter half of the 20th century, all companies started recycling activities slowly but positively, and some of them established their own recycling plants. This article introduces the processes through which used home appliances are made into materials (for reuse), and the machines, facilities, and methods for such reuse, as well as the results of their actual application by the study of a recycling plant. The change in morphology and interface quantities have been analyzed for an immiscible polymer blend during reactive processing. A model polymer/polymer combination, hydroxy-terminated poly(ε-caprolactone)/liquid rubber with α, ω-carboxy groups, was employed. The blend was subjected to light scattering measurements, ellipsometry, and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Size reduction of the dispersed phase during processing was followed by a systematic decrease in the correlation distance ζ and an increase in the specific interfacial area Ssp, both by the Debye-Bueche plot of light scattering profiles. Also observed was the time variation of the volume fraction of interface Vλ estimated as a product of the Ssp and the interfacial thickness by ellipsometry. The changes in ζ, Ssp, and Vλ with processing were accelerated when a coupling agent,γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS), was added. The amount of block copolymer formed in-situ in the APS-loaded system was estimated by GPC with RI and UV detectors. For the size reduction kinetics in both APS-loaded and -unloaded systems, Rittinger's law was found to be applicable.  相似文献

A new hot dip Zn-7Al alloy coating was performed on a structural steel by double coating of fine Zn and Zn-7 wt.% Al alloy, to prevent severe corrosion in coastal area. The alloy-coated steels were exposed to seaside, quasi-industrial, and rural districts to compare with conventional Zn coating. Double coating was significantly effective in preventing corrosion, particularly in a seaside. It was estimated from the exposure test for 10 years that the life of the Zn-7Al alloy-coated steel would be almost four times that of the Zn-coated steel in the seaside. A bending test showed that no exfoliation occurred at the interface between the coated alloy and substrate steel. TEM observation revealed that the excellent adhesiveness of the doubly coated fine Zn and Zn-7Al alloy to the steel substrate was due to formation of the interface region consisting of heterogeneous fine phase mixture of zinc, aluminium and iron.  相似文献

We propose a method of evaluating the vibration of motor-operated electric tools (MOETs) by using a self-organizing feature map (SOM). The vibration spectrum is used to evaluate the MOET vibration. These vibration spectra are derived from 18 vibration data obtained by measurements on three different positions of a MOET. The spectra are then sent to the SOM network for the calculations. The vibration spectra are classified by the SOM, and calculations give the Euclidean distance from the weight vector in order to develop a quantitative evaluation. A statistic analysis of the Euclidean distance allows a quantitative evaluation of a MOET with respect to vibration stress and other relevant parameters.This work was presented, in part, at the 9th International Symposium on Artificial Life and Robotics, Oita, Japan, January 28–30, 2004  相似文献

This paper introduces a technique to identify requirements discordances among stakeholders. This technique is validated in experiments. An extended version of the goal-oriented requirements elicitation method, named attributed goal-oriented analysis (AGORA), and its supporting tool are used. Two types of requirements discordances among stakeholders are defined: the first arises from the different interpretations by the stakeholders and the second is the result of different evaluations of preferences. Discordances are detected by the preference matrices in AGORA. Each preference matrix represents both preferences of each stakeholder and the estimated preferences of other stakeholders. A supporting tool for the AGORA method was developed. This tool is a groupware that seamlessly combines face-to-face meetings for goal elicitation and distributed individual sessions for scoring preference values. The experimental results showed that the proposed classification of discordances was sound and that the occurrences of the requirements discordances could be detected by preference matrices.  相似文献
