O2n+4 films synthesized by a three-target sequential sputter deposition technique. The intergrowth structure was quantitatively evaluated by X-ray analysis technique. An averagedc-axis (half) unit length and a plane spacing d0-0.31 nm
in the intergrowth structure are considered as a modulation wavelength and an average lattice of superlattice in the analysis. It is shown that the X-ray diffraction patterns observed in our films are in good agreement with that predicted by the superlattice model. 相似文献

Using Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation, we study quasiparticle excitations in layered superconductors in the presence of a straight vortex line which is parallel to the layers. We proposed a new method (;linearized method') to analyze neuroleptic ligand-receptor specific binding in a human brain using positron emission tomography (PET). We derived the linear equation to solve four rate constants, k(3), k(4), k(5), k(6) from PET data. This method does not demand a radioactivity curve in plasma as an input function to the brain, and can perform fast calculations in order to determine rate constants. We also tested the nonlinearized method including nonlinear equations which is a conventional analysis using plasma radioactivity corrected for ligand metabolites as an input function. We applied these methods to evaluate dopamine D(2) receptor specific binding of [(11)C] YM-09151-2. The value of B(max)/K(d)=k(3)/k (4) obtained by the linearized method was 5.72+/-3.1 which was consistent with the value of 5.78+/-3.4 obtained by the nonlinearized method. 相似文献

The coupled-mode approach is a powerful tool for analyzing surface acoustic wave (SAW) periodic structures such as reflectors and interdigital transducers. The relations among the terminal quantities at two acoustical ports and one electrical port of an interdigital transducer (IDT) are derived from coupled-mode equations. Piecewise linear regression has potentially broad applications in medical data analysis as well as other types of regression. Various kinds of algorithms have been proposed for finding optimum piecewise linear regressions. This paper presents a BMDP program for obtaining near optimum piecewise linear regression equations. An idea intrinsic to the method is that restricting parameter space to a discrete set makes the difficult problems become standard problems. The formation of Schardinger ß-dextrin from starch by an alkalophilic Bacillus sp. (ATCC 21783) has been studied. Factors affecting the yield of cyclodextrins include the type, concentration, and dispersion of the starch; the time of the enzymolysis, the amount of enzyme used. A method for the preparation of Schardinger ß-dextrin on a industrial scale without using precipitants was devised. The final yield of ß-cyclodextrin was 3.6 kg from 15 kg of potato starch. 相似文献

An analytical model has been developed to study the nuclear-coupled density-wave instability in the Indian advanced heavy water reactor (AHWR) which is a natural circulation pressure tube type boiling water reactor. The model considers a point kinetics model for the neutron dynamics and a lumped parameter model for the fuel thermal dynamics along with the conservation equations of mass, momentum and energy and equation of state for the coolant. In addition, to study the effect of neutron interactions between different parts of the core, the model considers a coupled multipoint kinetics equation in place of simple point kinetics equation. Linear stability theory was applied to reveal the instability of in-phase and out-of-phase modes in the boiling channels of the AHWR. The results indicate that the stability behavior of the reactor is greatly influenced by the void reactivity coefficient, fuel time constant, radial power distribution and channel inlet orificing. The delayed neutrons were found to have a strong influence on the Type I and Type II instabilities observed at low and high channel powers, respectively. Also, it was found that the coupled multipoint kinetics model and the modal point kinetics model predict the same threshold power for out-of-phase instability if the coupling coefficient in the former model is half the eigen value separation between the fundamental and the first harmonic mode in the latter model. Decay ratio maps were predicted considering various operating parameters of the reactor, which are useful for its design. 相似文献
